The nail applique according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may prevent an adhesive from being contaminated by impurities and thus becoming dirt or from deteriorating its adhesive force since a user may easily attach the nail applique onto a nail or toenail by gripping a handle.
This application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. §119 to Korean Utility Model Application No. 20-2014-0004594 filed on Jun. 18, 2014 in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
TECHNICAL FIELDThe following disclosure relates to a nail applique, and in particular, to a nail applique having a handle to enhance the convenience of a user.
BACKGROUNDRecently, as women actively express their beauties and an income level increases, nail polishes are frequently used for more beautiful nails or toenails and various kinds of nail polishes have been presented.
However, all of the existing nail polishes are so-called “applied nail polishes” in a liquid state which should be applied to nails or toenails by means of a brush or the like. In this case, a user needs a long time to apply such a nail polish, and since enamel components in the nail polish are not dried instantly, the user also should wait for a long time until the nail polish is dried, which gives restrictions in activity.
In addition, in order to peel off the nail polish, a remover containing an acetone component is used to remove the hardened enamel, which however gives a bad smell and also badly affects the nutrition of nails or toenails. Moreover, it takes much time to remove the nail polish.
In order to overcome the above disadvantages, an artificial nail has been developed and used as disclosed in the patent literature listed below. However, this artificial nail does not have an adhesive means on its rear surface, and thus an adhesive should be separately attached thereto.
At this time, when the artificial nail is attached onto a nail or the like, the adhesive on its rear surface may be contaminated by impurities, which may make the rear surface of the artificial nail dirt or deteriorate the adhesive force of the adhesive.
