A box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel, which comprising a base, a inner shell and a buffer gasket, the internal surface of the base is matched with the outside surface of the inner shell, the inner shell is assembled in the base and the liquid crystal display panel is assembled in the inner shell, a plurality of hollow holes are opening at the base, the buffer gasket is provided for relieving the concussion of on the placing or transporting process, which is placed between the base and the inner shell or between the inner shell and the panel. The invention comprises supplying institution for carrying and loading the panel with the base and the inner shell superposing together. The base and the inner shell are made of different material. The base can play a main supplying role and the inner shell can play a limiting or sealing off role.

The present invention provided for a box to carry the liquid crystal display panel, the box comprises a base and a inner shell, the internal surface of the base is matched with the outside surface of the inner shell, the inner shell is assembled in the base and the liquid crystal display panel is assembled in the inner shell, a plurality of hollow holes are opening at the base.
Preferably, the box additional comprises a plurality of side gaskets which are located between the inner shell and the liquid crystal display panel or the inner shell and the base, for relieving the concussion to the liquid crystal display panel on the placing or transporting process and acting as a buffering role.
Preferably, the box additional comprises a plurality of side gaskets which are located between the inner shell and the liquid crystal display panel or the inner shell and the base for buffering at the side arm of the liquid crystal display panel.
Preferably, the hollow holes are opening at the bottom arm and/or side arm of the base. The side arm and the bottom arm of the base is a hollow body, the hollow hole is to be cuboid shaped, the relation of each side of the hollow hole is 2×L×W>2×L×H+2×W×H, L is the length of the hollow hole, W is the width of the hollow hole, H is the depth of the hollow hole. Because the hollowing area is larger than the injecting area, the material can be reduced to lighten the whole box.
Preferably, a plurality of supplying edges are interlaced at the base, the hollow holes at the bottom arm are formed by the supplying edges. The inner shell comprises a plurality of enhanced edges and grooves, the grooves are limited by the enhanced edges. The supplying edges of the base are interlaced to enhance the supplying power of the whole box.
Preferably, the inner shell is made by plastic molding or foam molding, the base is made of metal material by welding or blowing.

Compared to the prior art, the box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel of the present invention comprises a supplying institution for carrying and loading the liquid crystal display panel with the base and the inner shell superposing together. The base and the inner shell are made of different material respectively. Therein, the base can play a main supplying role, which is made of the metal material by welding or blowing. The inner shell can play a limiting or sealing off role, which is formed by plastic molding or foam molding. The base is a hollowing structure, so the material can be greatly reduced to save. Besides that, the supplying edges on the base is interlaced to the enhanced edges on the inner shell so as to improve the supplying intensity of the whole box to load the large size liquid crystal display panel. In addition, the inner shell and the base can also be formed by plastic molding. As a result, the requirement for the mould can be greatly reduced and the material can be saved to cut down the producing cost.

The base 1 and the inner shell 2 can be separated to each other. When the inner shell 2 is placed in the base 1, the outer wall of the inner shell 2 is stuck to the inner wall of the base 1. The base 1 is provided for supplying which is made of stiffness material. In the present invention, the base is made of metal by welding. Preferably, the base 1 is made of stainless steel with a certain strength and inflexibility. On the loading the large size liquid crystal display panel process, the load-bearing ability and the resistance to deformation ability can be improved. The inner shell 2 can be made by plastic molding or foam molding. Preferably, the inner shell 2 is made of Polyethylene terephthalate plastic (PET) or poly styrene (PS). The shape of the inner shell 2 can be altered with the shape of the loading liquid crystal display panel changing. The inner shell 2 is provided for supplying the liquid crystal display panel and avoiding contacting to the base 1, acting the action for buffer protecting the liquid crystal display panel.

The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel of the present invention comprises a supplying institution for carrying and loading the liquid crystal display panel 3 with the base 1 and the inner shell 2 superposing together. A box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel, wherein, the box comprising a base, a inner shell and a buffer gasket, the internal surface of the base is matched with the outside surface of the inner shell, the inner shell is assembled in the base and the liquid crystal display panel is assembled in the inner shell, a plurality of hollow holes are opening at the base, the buffer gasket is provided for relieving the concussion of the liquid crystal display panel on the placing or transporting process, which is placed between the base and the inner shell or between the inner shell and the liquid crystal display panel.
2. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 1, wherein the box additional comprising a plurality of side gaskets which are located between the inner shell and the liquid crystal display panel or the inner shell and the base.
3. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 1, wherein the hollow holes are opening at the bottom arm and/or side arm of the base.
4. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 2, wherein the hollow holes are opening at the bottom arm and/or side arm of the base.

The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 3, wherein the side arm and the bottom arm of the base is a hollow body, the hollow hole is to be cuboid shaped, the relation of each side of the hollow hole is 2×L×W>2×L×H+2×W×H, L is the length of the hollow hole, W is the width of the hollow hole, H is the depth of the hollow hole.

7. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of supplying edges interlaced at the base, the hollow holes at the bottom arm are formed by the supplying edges.
8. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 7, wherein the inner shell comprising a plurality of enhanced edges and grooves, the grooves are limited by the enhanced edges.
9. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 8, wherein the supplying edges of the base is interlaced to enhance the supplying power of the whole box.
10. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 1, wherein the inner shell is made by plastic molding or foam molding.
11. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 1, wherein the base is made of metal material by welding or blowing.

The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 12, wherein a buffer gasket is provided for relieving the concussion of the liquid crystal display panel on the placing or transporting process, which is placed between the base and the inner shell or between the inner shell and the liquid crystal display panel.
14. The box for carrying the liquid crystal display panel according to claim 13, wherein the box additional comprising a plurality of side gaskets which are located between the inner shell and the liquid crystal display panel or the inner shell and the base.
