GUARDRAIL CUSHION TRAMPOLINE

A guardrail cushion trampoline includes an upper guardrail and a lower guardrail, a cushion device is provided on the guardrail. The cushion device includes an upper connection, a lower connection, a cushion body and a pin axis; A through hole, matched with the pin axis, is provided at the bottom end of the upper connection and the top end of the lower connection, the cushion body is sleeved at the outside of the pin axis. The upper connection is provided at the bottom end of the upper guardrail, the lower connection is provided at the top end of the lower guardrail, an opening is provided at the one side of the connection portion of the upper connection and the lower connection, which faces the safety net, the center angle corresponding to the opening is 100-160°. After the cushion body is loaded through the pin axis, the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail are connected and constitute the guardrail cushion mechanism, thus having cushion and protection effects when a human body knocks against the guardrail during the use of the trampoline, reducing the impact force against the human body and injury against the human body, achieving better safety and protection effects, and prolonging the service life of the guardrail of the trampoline.

Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims the priority benefit of China patent application No. 201410605158.1, filed on Oct. 31, 2014. The entirety of the above-mentioned patent application is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of this specification.

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention belongs to the technical field of fitness and entertainment facilities, specifically to a trampoline with a guardrail cushion mechanism.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A trampoline is sports equipment which helps train the balance, response capability, dynamic vision and muscle softness of a human body. Meanwhile, the moderate shaking by the bouncing motion helps the development for young persons. Therefore, the trampoline is an entertainment and leisure activity for all ages. A conventional trampoline basically consists of the following components: a mat, a trampoline frame, a flexible component connecting the mat with the trampoline frame, a shield covering part of the trampoline frame and the flexible component, as well as a leg component connected with the trampoline. In order to improve safety, some trampolines also include a safety net preventing the user from falling off from the trampoline during use.

However, the trampoline of the current market has the following problems: (1) small elastic range, large impact on the human body, and backward damping functions; (2) a stiff guardrail structure, small bearing capacity, and poor bounce effect; (3) the lack of an electronic competition vocal device and thus low entertainment.

In order to address the problems of small elastic range and backward damping function, Invention Patent CN102000411A discloses a fence support structure of a trampoline. It is an improved connection structure between the trampoline and the fence. It is characterized in that it includes a main body of the trampoline, a plurality of support rods and a fence. The main body of the trampoline includes a bounce area in which bouncing motion is carried out. A support rod stands upright along the outer periphery of the main body of the trampoline. The top ends of the support rod are respectively provided with a cushion device and connected with a support frame through the cushion device. The top end of the support rod, in the direction toward the center of a bouncing area, is bent and forms a bending section and an end connected with the cushion device toward the bouncing area. Thus, the cushion device may obtain better stretching and cushion effects.

In order to solve the problems of a stiff guardrail structure, small bearing capacity and poor bouncing effect, Invention Patent CN201105113Y discloses a fence structure of a trampoline. A fence structure of the trampoline includes a main body of the trampoline and a fence provided at the outer periphery of the main body of the trampoline. The fence is connected with the main body of the trampoline through a fence rod. It is characterized in that the fence rod includes a rod body connected with the main body of the trampoline and a connection base at the top end of the rod body. A hook is provided on the connection base. The hook is connected with the fence rod through a flexible body. One end of the flexible body is fixed in the hollow rod body, and the other end passes through a port on the rod body and a through hole on the connection base and then is connected with the hook. Therefore, it may make the fence freely stretch and cushion the impact force on the fence.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

As to the current existing problems of a trampoline, the invention provides a trampoline with a bed-body connection mechanism and a guardrail cushion mechanism with boost, cushion and damping effects.

The invention adopts the following technical proposal: a guardrail cushion trampoline includes a bed-body frame, a mat and a safety net, the bed-body frame comprises a frame I (8) and a frame II which are horizontally provided, as well as a guardrail provided longitudinally, the frame I is provided at the bottom end, and the frame II is provided at the top end. The mat is connected with the frame I through a spring, a cushion pad covers the spring between the mat and the frame I. The bottom end of a safety net is connected with the mat, the top end of the safety net is connected with the frame II. The cushion pad adopts a direct lamination process, thus greatly reducing production processes, increasing production efficiency, reducing production cost and obtaining a protection effect that a vintage fabric includes the cushion pad.

The guardrail includes an upper guardrail and a lower guardrail, a cushion device is provided on the guardrail. The cushion device includes an upper connection, a lower connection, a cushion body and a pin axis; A through hole, matched with the pin axis, is provided at the bottom end of the upper connection and the top end of the lower connection, the cushion body is sleeved at the outside of the pin axis. The upper connection is provided at the bottom end of the upper guardrail, the lower connection is provided at the top end of the lower guardrail, an opening is provided at the one side of the connection portion of the upper connection and the lower connection, which faces the safety net, the center angle corresponding to the opening is 100-160°. The guardrail has another technical solution: the bottom end of the upper guardrail and the top end of the lower guardrail are directly made into the upper connection and the lower connection. That is, a through hole, matched with the pin axis, is provided at the bottom end of the upper guardrail and the top end of the lower guardrail, the cushion body is sleeved at the outside of the pin axis. The opening is provided at the one side of the connection portion of the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail, which faces the safety net, the center angle corresponding to the opening is 100-160°.

The upper connection and the lower connection may be made of a square tube, a round tube, a flat oval tube, a round oval tube, etc. The cushion body includes various springs including a compression spring and a torsion spring and various flexible materials with cushion effect. After the cushion body is loaded through the pin axis, the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail are connected and constitute the guardrail cushion mechanism, thus having cushion and protection effects when a human body knocks against the guardrail during the use of the trampoline, reducing the impact force against the human body and injury against the human body, achieving better safety and protection effects, and prolonging the service life of the guardrail of the trampoline.

The bed-body frame still comprises a boost damping device, the boost damping device comprises a bed-body connection sleeve, a booster connection sleeve, a guardrail connection sleeve and a support connection standing tube; the bed-body connection sleeve is connected with the frame I, and the guardrail connection sleeve is connected with the guardrail. The bed-body connection sleeve, the booster connection sleeve and the guardrail connection pipe are fixedly connected, thus improving the simplicity and convenience of the installation of a structure of the trampoline. The bed-body connection sleeve is vertical to the booster connection sleeve, the guardrail connection sleeve is parallel to the booster connection sleeve. The booster connection sleeve is communicated with the support connection standing tube through a flexible device, the support connection standing tube is connected with a leg. An anti-friction inner sleeve is provided between the booster connection sleeve and the support connection standing tube, thus preventing the friction between tubes from destroying a protective layer of the tubes. The flexible device comprises an elastomer and an elastomer obstacle, the elastomer is provided in the inner part of the booster connection sleeve; a convex portion is provided on the elastomer obstacle, a hole, matched with the convex portion of the elastomer obstacle, is provided on the support connection standing tube, a groove, matched with the convex portion of the elastomer obstacle, is provided on the booster connection sleeve. The elastomer in the boost damping device, as a boost, cushioning and damping material, and in the course of jumping, plays a boost, cushion and damping role and increases bearing capacity, thus achieving a better jumping effect.

The elastomer is various flexible materials and the combination of flexible materials such as the spring, an elastic rubber, an elastic fibre and so on, the elastomer obstacle is a clip (preferably a twin clip), an elastomer barrier plate is provided at one end of the clip close to the spring. The convex portion of the clip passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube and the groove on the booster connection sleeve. Furthermore, the elastomer obstacle may be fixedly connected with the spring. The elastomer obstacle includes a main body and the convex portion provided on the main body, the main body of the elastomer obstacle may be a polyhedron or a cylinder provided in the support connection standing tube and is solid or hollow. More preferably, the elastomer obstacle is a cylinder shaft fixedly connected with the end of the spring, the end of the shaft bends and passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube and the groove on the booster connection sleeve. The elastomer obstacle is fixedly connected with the support connection standing tube and the booster connection sleeve, thus preventing the elastomer from falling off. Furthermore, during jumping, the movement of the elastomer is set through the groove on the booster connection sleeve, thus ensuring the bearing capacity of different trampolines.

The invention has the following effects: it provides a trampoline having the bed-body connection mechanism and the guardrail cushion mechanism with boost, cushion and damping effects. On one hand, the invention greatly expands bouncing range, plays a role of boost, cushion and damping when a man jumps, increases bearing force and achieves better bouncing effect; on the other hand, the guardrail has obvious cushion effect, thus prolonging the service life of the safety net and increasing bearing force.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

With the combination of the following drawings, the invention is further described in details.

Example 1

A guardrail cushion trampoline includes a bed-body frame, a mat 7 and a safety net 1, the bed-body frame comprises a frame I 8 and a frame II 5 which are horizontally provided, as well as a guardrail 2 provided longitudinally. The frame I 8 is provided at the bottom end, the frame II 5 is provided at the top end. The mat 7 is connected with the frame I 8 through a spring 9, a cushion pad covers the spring 9 between the mat 7 and the frame I 8. The bottom end of the safety net 1 is connected with the mat 7, the top end of the safety net 2 is connected with the frame II 5.

A guardrail 2 comprises an upper guardrail, a lower guardrail, a cushion body 30 and a pin axis 21, the bottom end of the upper guardrail and the top end of the lower guardrail are both square tubes and both provided with a through hole matched with the pin axis, the cushion body 20 is sleeved at the outside of the pin axis 21. Through the pin axis 21 and the cushion body, the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail are connected and constitute a cushion mechanism, thus playing a cushion and protection role for a human-body loading guardrail tube, and reducing impact force on the human body. An opening is provided at the one side of the connection portion of the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail, which faces a safety net 1, the center angle corresponding to the opening is 130°. The cushion body is a spring.

Example 2

Example 2 is distinct from Example 1 in that: a guardrail 2 includes an upper guardrail and a lower guardrail, a cushion device is provided on the guardrail 2. the cushion device 3 comprises an upper connection 18, a lower connection 19, a cushion body 20 and a pin axis 21, a through hole, matched with the pin axis 21, is provided at the bottom end of the upper connection 18 and the top end of the lower connection 19, the cushion body 20 is sleeved at the outside of the pin axis 21. the upper connection 18 is provided at the bottom end of the upper guardrail, the lower connection 19 is provided at the top end of the lower guardrail. An opening is provided at the one side of the connection portion of the upper connection 18 and the lower connection 19, which faces a safety net 1, the center angle corresponding to the opening is 160°. The elastomer is an elastic rubber, the upper connection 18 and the lower connection 19 are round tubes.

Example 3

Example 3 is distinct from Example 1 in that: the bed-body frame still includes a boost damping device 4, the boost damping device 4 includes a bed-body connection sleeve 10, a booster connection sleeve 11, a guardrail connection sleeve 12 and a support connection standing tube 13, the bed-body connection sleeve 10 and the frame 18 are connected with each other and constitute a bed body, the guardrail connection sleeve 12 and the guardrail 2 are connected with each other and constitute a safety mechanism. the bed-body connection sleeve 10, the booster connection sleeve 11 and the guardrail connection sleeve 12 are fixedly connected and constitute an intercommunicating structure, the bed-body connection sleeve 10 is vertical to the booster connection sleeve 11, the guardrail connection sleeve 12 is parallel to the booster connection sleeve 11. the booster connection sleeve 11 is communicated with the support connection standing tube 13 through a flexible device, the support connection standing tube 13 and a leg 6 are connected with each other and constitute a trampoline, an anti-friction inner sleeve 16 is provided between the booster connection sleeve 11 and the support connection standing tube 13. The anti-friction inner sleeve 16 is made of a nylon material, thus preventing the booster connection sleeve 11 and the support connection standing tube 13 from directly contacting and hence having friction which may damage a protection layer of tubes.

The flexible device includes an elastomer and an elastomer obstacle, the elastomer is provided in the inner part of the booster connection sleeve 11; a convex portion is provided on the elastomer obstacle, a hole, matched with the convex portion of the elastomer obstacle, is provided on the support connection standing tube 13, a groove, matched with the convex portion of the elastomer obstacle, is provided on the booster connection sleeve 11. The elastomer is a spring 14, the elastomer obstacle is a twin clip 15, an elastomer barrier plate is provided at one end of the clip 15 close to the spring 14. The convex portion of the twin clip 15 passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube 13 and the groove on the booster connection sleeve 11. The center angle corresponding to the opening is 120°. The upper connection 18 and the lower connection 19 are flat oval tubes.

Example 4

Example 4 is distinct from Example 3 in that: the elastomer is an elastic rubber, the elastomer obstacle is made of a metal material and includes a main body and the convex portion provided on the main body. The main body of the elastomer obstacle is a solid cylinder, the outer diameter of the cylinder is smaller than the inner diameter of the support connection standing tube. A cylinder convex is provided on the cylinder, the cylinder convex passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube and the groove on the booster connection sleeve. The center angle corresponding to the opening is 100°. The elastomer is an elastic rubber, the upper connection 18 and the lower connection 19 are round oval tubes.

Example 5

Example 5 is distinct from Example 3 in that: the elastomer obstacle is a cylinder shaft fixedly connected with the end of the spring, the end of the shaft bends and passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube and the groove on the booster connection sleeve. The center angle corresponding to the opening is 130°.

Example 6

Example 6 is distinct from Example 3 in that: an elastomer obstacle is made of a metal material and includes a main body and the convex portion provided on the main body. The main body of the elastomer obstacle is a hollow cuboid, the size of the cross section of the cuboid is smaller than the inner diameter of the support connection standing tube. A cylinder convex is provided on the cuboid, the cylinder convex passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube and the groove on the booster connection sleeve. The center angle corresponding to the opening is 150°.

Claims

1. A guardrail cushion trampoline comprising a bed-body frame, a mat (7) and a safety net (1), wherein the bed-body frame comprises a frame I (8) and a frame II which are horizontally provided, as well as a guardrail (2) provided longitudinally, the frame I (8) is provided at the bottom end, the frame II (5) is provided at the top end; the mat (7) is connected with the frame I (8), the safety net (1) is connected with the mat (7) at the bottom end thereof, the safety net (2) is connected with the frame II (5) at the top end thereof, being characterized in that: the guardrail (2) comprises an upper guardrail, a lower guardrail, a cushion body (20) and a pin axis (21), a through hole, matched with the pin axis (21), is provided at the bottom end of the upper guardrail and the top end of the lower guardrail, the cushion body (20) is sleeved at the outside of the pin axis (21); an opening is provided at the one side of the connection portion of the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail, which faces the safety net (1), and the center angle corresponding to the opening is 100-160°.

2. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 1, being characterized in that: the guardrail (2) comprises the upper guardrail and the lower guardrail, a cushion device (3) is provided on the guardrail (2), the cushion device (3) comprises an upper connection (18), a lower connection (19), the cushion body (20) and the pin axis (21), the through hole, matched with the pin axis (21), is provided at the bottom end of the upper connection (18) and the top end of the lower connection (19), the cushion body (20) is sleeved at the outside of the pin axis (21); the upper connection (18) is provided at the bottom end of the upper guardrail, the lower connection (19) is provided at the top end of the lower guardrail; the opening is provided at the one side of the connection portion of the upper connection (18) and the lower connection (19), which faces the safety net (1), and the center angle corresponding to the opening is 100-160°.

A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 1, being characterized in that: the bed-body frame still comprises a boost damping device (4), the boost damping device comprises a bed-body connection sleeve (10), a booster connection sleeve (11), a guardrail connection sleeve (12) and a support connection standing tube (13), the bed-body connection sleeve (10) is connected with the frame I (8), the guardrail connection sleeve (12) is connected with the guardrail (2); the bed-body connection sleeve (10), the booster connection sleeve (11) and the guardrail connection sleeve (12) are fixedly connected, the bed-body connection sleeve (10) is vertical to the booster connection sleeve (11), the guardrail connection sleeve (12) is horizontal to the booster connection sleeve (11); the booster connection sleeve (11) is communicated with the support connection standing tube (13) through a flexible device, the flexible device comprises an elastomer and an elastomer obstacle, the elastomer is provided in the inner part of the booster connection sleeve (11); a convex portion is provided on the elastomer obstacle, the hole, matched with the convex portion of the elastomer obstacle, is provided on the support connection standing tube (13), and a groove, matched with the convex portion of the elastomer obstacle, is provided on the booster connection sleeve (11).

4. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 3, being characterized in that: an anti-friction inner sleeve (16) is provided between the booster connection sleeve (11) and the support connection standing tube (13).

A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 4, being characterized in that: the elastomer is one or combination of the spring (14), an elastic rubber and an elastic fiber, the elastomer obstacle is a twin clip (15), an elastomer barrier plate is provided at one end of the twin clip (15) close to the elastomer; the convex portion of the twin clip (15) passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube (13) and the groove on the booster connection sleeve (11).

A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 4, being characterized in that: the elastomer is a spring (14), the elastomer obstacle is fixedly connected with the spring (14), the elastomer obstacle comprises a main body and the convex portion provided on the main body, the main body of the elastomer obstacle is a polyhedron or a cylinder provided in the inner part of the support connection standing tube (13), and the main body of the elastomer obstacle is solid or hollow.

A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 6, being characterized in that: the elastomer obstacle is a cylinder shaft (17) fixedly connected with the end of the spring, and the end of the shaft bends and passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube (13) and the groove on the booster connection sleeve (11) in the direction toward the tube wall.

8. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 3, being characterized in that: the mat (7) is connected with the frame I (8) through the spring (9); and a cushion pad covers the spring (9) between the mat (7) and the frame I (8).

9. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 3, being characterized in that: the bed-body frame also comprises a leg (6), and the leg and the support connection standing tube (13) are connected with each other.

10. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 1, being characterized in that: the upper connection (18) and the lower connection (19) are a square, a round tube, a flat oval tube or a round oval tube; the cushion body is flexible materials comprising a spring or an elastic rubber; and the spring comprises a compression spring and a torsion spring.

11. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 2, being characterized in that: the bed-body frame still comprises a boost damping device (4), the boost damping device comprises a bed-body connection sleeve (10), a booster connection sleeve (11), a guardrail connection sleeve (12) and a support connection standing tube (13), the bed-body connection sleeve (10) is connected with the frame I (8), the guardrail connection sleeve (12) is connected with the guardrail (2); the bed-body connection sleeve (10), the booster connection sleeve (11) and the guardrail connection sleeve (12) are fixedly connected, the bed-body connection sleeve (10) is vertical to the booster connection sleeve (11), the guardrail connection sleeve (12) is horizontal to the booster connection sleeve (11); the booster connection sleeve (11) is communicated with the support connection standing tube (13) through a flexible device, the flexible device comprises an elastomer and an elastomer obstacle, the elastomer is provided in the inner part of the booster connection sleeve (11); a convex portion is provided on the elastomer obstacle, the hole, matched with the convex portion of the elastomer obstacle, is provided on the support connection standing tube (13), and a groove, matched with the convex portion of the elastomer obstacle, is provided on the booster connection sleeve (11).

12. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 11, being characterized in that: an anti-friction inner sleeve (16) is provided between the booster connection sleeve (11) and the support connection standing tube (13).

13. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 12, being characterized in that: the elastomer is one or combination of the spring (14), an elastic rubber and an elastic fiber, the elastomer obstacle is a twin clip (15), an elastomer barrier plate is provided at one end of the twin clip (15) close to the elastomer; the convex portion of the twin clip (15) passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube (13) and the groove on the booster connection sleeve (11).

14. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 12, being characterized in that: the elastomer is a spring (14), the elastomer obstacle is fixedly connected with the spring (14), the elastomer obstacle comprises a main body and the convex portion provided on the main body, the main body of the elastomer obstacle is a polyhedron or a cylinder provided in the inner part of the support connection standing tube (13), and the main body of the elastomer obstacle is solid or hollow.

15. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 14, being characterized in that: the elastomer obstacle is a cylinder shaft (17) fixedly connected with the end of the spring, and the end of the shaft bends and passes through the hole on the support connection standing tube (13) and the groove on the booster connection sleeve (11) in the direction toward the tube wall.

16. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 11, being characterized in that: the mat (7) is connected with the frame I (8) through the spring (9); and a cushion pad covers the spring (9) between the mat (7) and the frame I (8).

17. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 11, being characterized in that: the bed-body frame also comprises a leg (6), and the leg and the support connection standing tube (13) are connected with each other.

18. A guardrail cushion trampoline according to claim 2, being characterized in that: the upper connection (18) and the lower connection (19) are a square, a round tube, a flat oval tube or a round oval tube; the cushion body is flexible materials comprising a spring or an elastic rubber; and the spring comprises a compression spring and a torsion spring.
