Toilet Bowl Utility Cover
One embodiment of a cover to secure toilet bowl to prevent use, whether adult or child. The cover is secured inside the toilet bowl with a brace that fits under the inside rim of said toilet bowl.
The background of the invention relates generally to plumbing, specifically to toilet bowls and the prevention of their use.
SUMMARY OF INVENTIONThe Toilet Bowl Utility Cover prevents the use of said Toilet Bowl. Application includes, but is not limited to, a public toilet that is not flushing so people do not use it, or a house for sale where the homeowner does not want prospective buys using the bathroom. The Toilet Bowl Utility Cover can be used on any toilet, public or private, to prevent use.
- 1. A ½ inch polyvinyl chloride cover with two 3 inch long ⅜ wide slots cut out of the center (
FIG. 1 ). These slots makes the invention adjustable to fit different size toilets, a once size fits all application. - 2. A ½ inch 12 inch long polyvinyl chloride oval brace (
FIG. 2 ) with 2⅜ holes drilled 7.5 inches apart. - 3. Two 6 inch ⅜ plastic bolt.
A polyvinyl chloride cover draws the oval lock up against the inside of the toilet rim and locks the cover down on the toilet bowl. Turn the bolts until tight and the toilet bowl is now secure.
