FIELD

The subject matter herein generally relates to carriage of goods.

BACKGROUND

A side wall of a cargo container is thin, the side wall of the cargo container can be damaged when the side wall is pushed or the container is lifted.

It will be appreciated that for simplicity and clarity of illustration, where appropriate, reference numerals have been repeated among the different figures to indicate corresponding or analogous elements. In addition, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments described herein. However, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the embodiments described herein can be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, methods, procedures, and components have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the related relevant feature being described. The drawings are not necessarily to scale and the proportions of certain parts may be exaggerated to better illustrate details and features. The description is not to be considered as limiting the scope of the embodiments described herein.

The present disclosure relates to a container for carrying goodscargo container.

FIG. 1 illustrates a cargo container. The cargo container comprises a case 10, a cover 30 covering the case 10, two mounting plate 50 coupled to insides of the case 10, a plurality of lifting members 70 mounted to the case 10, and a plurality of positioning members 90.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the case 10 comprises a bottom wall 11 and two side walls 13 vertically coupled to two sides of the bottom wall 11. A top portion of each of the side walls 13 defines at least one opening 131. In at least one embodiment, each opening 131 is a U-shaped. Each of the side walls 13 defines a plurality of through holes 133, and in at least one embodiment, the plurality of through holes 133 is arranged around each opening 131.

The positioning members 90 comprise a plurality of first positioning members 91 mounted below the opening 131, two second positioning members 93 mounted on each side of the opening 131, and two third positioning members 95. The two second positioning members 93, located at each side of the opening 131, are in a single line vertical to the bottom wall 11. Each third positioning member 95 is mounted on one side of the pair of second positioning members 93, away from the first positioning member 91. Each third positioning member 95 comprises a fixing portion 951 coupled to the side wall 11 and a hook 953 coupled to the fixing portion 951. In at least one embodiment, two first positioning members 91 are mounted on a level which is horizontally below that of each opening 131, and each hook 953 has elasticity and is V-shaped.

The cover 30 comprises a top plate 31 and two connecting plates 33 vertically coupled to two sides of the top plate 31. Each connecting plate 33 defines at least one opening 331 corresponding to the opening 131 of the side wall 13.

Each mounting plate 50 defines a plurality of through holes 51 corresponding to the first positioning members 91 and the second positioning members 93.

FIG. 3 illustrates an lifting member 70. Each lifting member 70 comprises an operating plate 71. The operating plate 71 defines a rectangular notch 711. An operating portion 712 is formed above the notch 711. A bottom of the notch 711 defines two spaced positioning grooves 7111. Two sides of the operating plate 71 respectively define a slide slot 713. Each end of the operating plate 71 defines a first lock opening 715 and a second lock opening 717, to lock the hooks 953. In at least one embodiment, the slide slots 713 are elongated, and the two slide slots 713 are parallel to each other. The first lock opening 715 and the second lock opening 717 are V-shaped.

Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in assembly of the cargo container, each lifting member 70 is located in the case 10. The slide slots 713 and the notch 711 of each lifting member 70 are opposite to the through holes 953, and the first lock opening 715 of the lifting member 70 is opposite to hook 953 of the third positioning member 95. Each lifting member 70 is laid against the corresponding side wall 13, and each lifting member 70 is attached to the corresponding side wall 13. The hooks 953 are locked into the first lock openings 715, and the second positioning members 93 are locked to the through holes 133 of the side walls 13 passing through the through holes 51 of the mounting plate 51 and the slide slots 713 of the lifting members 70. The second positioning members 93 provide a downward stop for the slide slots 713. The lifting members 70 are mounted between the side wall 13 and the corresponding mounting plate 50, and are positioned at a first location. The openings 331 of the cover 30 are opposite to the corresponding openings 131 of the case 10, and the cover 30 is attached to the top of the case 10. The operating portion 712 is received in the opening 331 of the cover 30 and the opening 131 of the case 10.

Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, when the cargo container is to be carried, the operating portions 712 are pulled out through the opening 331 of the cover 30 and the opening 131 of the case 10, and the hooks 953 are detached from the first lock openings 715. The lifting members 70 slide up the side wall, and the hooks 953 are locked into the second lock openings 717. The first positioning members 91 lock into the positioning grooves 7111 of the lifting members 70, and the second position member 93 provides a stop at a bottom end of the slide slot 713. The lifting members 70 are positioned at a second location of the case 10, the operating portion 712 and a part of the notch 711 extend out the case 10, allowing easy lifting and handling of the cargo container.

Claims

1. A cargo container comprising:

a case;
a cover mounting to the case;
a positioning member mounted on the case; and
an lifting member slidely mounted to the positioning member, the lifting member defining a first lock opening and a second lock opening and slidable in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the cover between a first location and a second location;
wherein when the lifting member is positioned at the first location, the first lock opening is mounted to the case and the lifting member is receive into the case, and when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, the second lock opening is mounted to the case and the lifting member extends out of the cover.

2. The cargo container of claim 1, wherein the case comprises a bottom wall and two side walls vertically coupled to two sides of the bottom wall, and a top portion of each of the side walls defines an opening to receive the lifting member.

3. The cargo container of claim 2, wherein the cargo container further comprises two mounting plate attached to inner sides of the side walls, and the lifting member is received between the side walls and the mounting plates.

The cargo container of claim 3, wherein the positioning member comprises a plurality of first positioning members mounted below the opening, two second positioning members mounted in two sides of the opening, and two third positioning members, the two second positioning members, located each side of the opening, are abreast vertical to the bottom wall, and the lifting member is slidely mounted to the second positioning members.

The cargo container of claim 4, wherein the lifting member defines a notch and two sliding slots arranged at two sides of the notch, the two second positioning member are locked to the side walls of the case passing through the corresponding slide slots, when the lifting member is positioned at the first location, a top end of the slide slot is stopped at one of the second positioning members, and when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, a bottom end of the slide slot is stopped at the other of the second position member.

6. The cargo container of claim 5, wherein a bottom of the notch defines two spaced positioning grooves, and when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, the first positioning members are locked into the positioning grooves.

The cargo container of claim 4, wherein each third positioning member comprises a fixing portion coupled to the side wall and a hook coupled to the fixing portion, when the lifting member is positioned at the first location, the hooks are locked into the first lock opening, and when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, the hooks are locked into the second lock opening.

8. The cargo container of claim 7, wherein each hook has elasticity and is V-shaped, and the first lock opening and second lock opening are V-shaped.

9. The cargo container of claim 8, wherein the cover comprise a top plate and two connecting plates vertically coupled to two sides of the top plate, each connecting plate defines at least one opening corresponding to the opening of the side wall, when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, the lifting member is extending out the cover through the opening of the connecting plate.

10. The cargo container of claim 9, wherein an operating portion is formed above the notch, the lifting member is received into the openings of the side walls and the openings of the connecting plates.

11. A cargo container comprising:

a case;
a cover covering the case;
a positioning member mounted on the case; and
an lifting member defining a first lock opening, a second lock opening and two sliding slots and slidable in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the cover between a first location and a second location, the lifting member slidely mounted to the positioning member through the two slide slots;
wherein when the lifting member is positioned at the first location, the first lock opening is mounted to the case, a top end of the slide slot is stopped at the positioning member, and the lifting member is receive into the case, and when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, the second lock opening is mounted to the case, a bottom end of the slide slot is stopped at the positioning member, and the lifting member extends out of the cover.

12. The cargo container of claim 11, wherein the case comprises a bottom wall and two side walls vertically coupled to two sides of the bottom wall, and a top portion of each of the side walls defines an opening to receive the lifting member.

13. The cargo container of claim 12, wherein the cargo container further comprises two mounting plate attached to inner sides of the side walls, and the lifting member is received between the side walls and the mounting plates.

14. The cargo container of claim 13, wherein the positioning member comprises a plurality of first positioning members mounted below the opening, two second positioning members mounted in two sides of the opening, and two third positioning members, the two second positioning members, located each side of the opening, are abreast vertical to the bottom wall, and the lifting member is slidely mounted to the second positioning members.

15. The cargo container of claim 14, wherein the lifting member defines a notch, the two sliding slots are arranged at two sides of the notch, the two second positioning member are locked to the side walls of the case passing through the corresponding slide slots, when the lifting member is positioned at the first location, a top end of the slide slot is stopped at one of the second positioning members, and when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, a bottom end of the slide slot is stopped at the other of the second position member.

16. The cargo container of claim 15, wherein a bottom of the notch defines two spaced positioning grooves, and when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, the first positioning members are locked into the positioning grooves.

17. The cargo container of claim 14, wherein each third positioning member comprises a fixing portion coupled to the side wall and a hook coupled to the fixing portion, when the lifting member is positioned at the first location, the hooks are locked into the first lock opening, and when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, the hooks are locked into the second lock opening.

18. The cargo container of claim 17, wherein each hook has elasticity and is V-shaped, and the first lock opening and second lock opening are V-shaped.

19. The cargo container of claim 18, wherein the cover comprise a top plate and two connecting plates vertically coupled to two sides of the top plate, each connecting plate defines at least one opening corresponding to the opening of the side wall, when the lifting member is positioned at the second location, the lifting member is extending out the cover through the opening of the connecting plate.

20. The cargo container of claim 19, wherein an operating portion is formed above the notch, the lifting member is received into the openings of the side walls and the openings of the connecting plates.
