Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of Invention

The present invention relates to a multi-functional rhythmic platform and more particularly to a multi-functional rhythmic platform that enables users to exercise in different ways.

Related Art

A common aerobic stepper is mainly composed of an elongated stepping board and two supporting legs fixed under two ends of a longer length of the elongated stepping board respectively. The elongated stepping board is supported uprightly by the height of the two supporting legs in order to form a stepping board resembling a stair. Users can perform aerobic exercise by stepping forward, backward, leftward, rightward, upward and downward in order to achieve the effects of legs and waist exercise.

A common balance board is disposed with a circular disc as a stepping board, and a downwardly protruded arc-shaped body is disposed under a center of the stepping board. When the arc-shaped body is pressed downward against the ground, a user's center of gravity is unbalanced due to the disposition of the arc-shaped body that causes swing movement in different directions. Therefore, the user's sense of equilibrium can be trained and effects of physical fitness can also be achieved.

Each of the above mentioned exercise equipment can only provide a single function for physical training. They are stand-alone equipment and can not replace each other. Therefore, users will need to buy them separately if they want the two different kinds of physical training. As a result, the economical burden on the users is increased and more space is also required for storing the equipment.
