SLOT BOARD STRUCTURE FOR A SHELF

A slot board structure for a shelf comprises a plurality of slot boards, two side plates, and a plurality of hanging arms. The slot boards are stacked one another from top to bottom. The two side plates are respectively connected with a left and right side of each slot board. Each side plate has a rear shielding plate portion, a connection plate portion, a front shielding plate portion, and a plurality of inverted L-shaped hook portions. Two side plates are respectively connected with the left and the right sides of each slot board so that one part of each L-shaped side plate may shield the front side of each slot board to prevent the connection among the slot boards from exposing. The quantity of the slot boards is different so as to adjust the volume of the slot board structure and further adapt to the shelf having different sizes.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a shelf, and more particularly to a slot board structure for a shelf.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The conventional slot board structure has lots of installation slots milled in a wooden plate. The builder may arrange the slot board made by wood on the wall or a flat surface according to design diagram. And then, the hooks may hook in the installation slots for provide the products to hang for showing and selling.

However, the conventional slot board has disadvantages. Sue to the slot board made by wood, the slot board must use larger wooden plate to machine so as to hang more products. As we know, the wooden plate with larger volume is hard to machine and the cost is higher.

In addition, please refer to TW patent no. M540577, it discloses an assembled slot board for a shelf. However, there is no connection among the slot boards so that the strength is not enough and hard to provide more products or heavy products to hang.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An objective of this invention is providing a slot board structure for a shelf. Two side plates are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of each slot board so that one part of each L-shaped side plate may shield the front side of each slot board to prevent the connection among the slot boards 1 from exposing. In addition, the quantity of the slot boards may be different so as to adjust the volume of the slot board structure and further adapt to the shelf having different sizes.

To achieve above objectives, a slot board structure for a shelf is provided. The structure at least comprises a plurality of slot boards, two side plates, and a plurality of hanging arms, the slot boards are stacked one another from top to bottom, an L-shaped slot is defined between two adjacent slot boards, the two side plates are respectively connected with a left side and a right side of each slot board, wherein: each side plate has a rear shielding plate portion, a connection plate portion, a front shielding plate portion, and a plurality of inverted L-shaped hook portions, the rear shielding plate portion is connected with a rear side of each slot board, the connection plate portion is forwardly extended from one side of the rear shielding plate portion adjacent to the slot boards, a center of the front shielding plate portion in length direction is connected with one side of the connection plate portion opposite to the rear shielding plate portion so that one part of the front shielding plate portion shields a front side of each slot board and a rear side surface of the other part thereof has the inverted L-shaped hook portions, the inverted L-shaped hook portions are backwardly extended from the rear side surface of the front shielding plate portion and spaced apart one another from top to bottom, and the front shielding plate portion is in parallel to the rear shielding plate portion.

In some embodiment, each slot board includes a first elongated plate body, a second elongated plate body, a third elongated plate body, a fourth elongated plate body, a fifth elongated plate body, a sixth elongated plate body, and a seventh elongated plate body, a length direction of the first elongated plate body is arranged horizontally and a width direction thereof is arranged vertically, a length direction of the second elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the second elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with a lower side of the first elongated plate body, the second elongated plate body is forwardly extended from the lower side of the first elongated plate body, a length direction of the third elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the third elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with a front side of the second elongated plate body, the third elongated plate body is downwardly extended from the front side of the second elongated plate body, a length direction of the fourth elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the fourth elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with a lower side of the third elongated plate body, the fourth elongated plate body is backwardly extended from the lower side of the third elongated plate body, a length direction of the fifth elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the fifth elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with a rear side of the fourth elongated plate body, the fifth elongated plate body is upwardly extended from the rear side of the fourth elongated plate body, a length direction of the sixth elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the sixth elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with an upper side of the fifth elongated plate body, the sixth elongated plate body is backwardly extended from the upper side of the fifth elongated plate body, and the seventh elongated plate body is downwardly extended from one side of the sixth elongated plate body opposite to the fifth elongated plate body; for the two adjacent slot boards, a rear side of the sixth elongated plate body of the upper slot board is connected with an upper side of the first elongated plate body of the lower slot board so that a first space and a second space are formed, the first space is defined between the fourth elongated plate body of the upper slot board and second elongated plate body of the lower slot board, the second space is defined between the fifth elongated plate body of the upper slot board and the first elongated plate body of the lower slot board, the first space and the second space are fluidly communicated with each other to form the L-shaped slot, and the seventh elongated plate body of the upper slot board is abutted against a rear side surface of the first elongated plate body of the lower slot board.

In some embodiment, the slot board structure further comprises at least one fixing plate, a front surface of the at least one fixing plate is connected with the rear side of the first elongated plate body of each slot board.

In some embodiment, each hanging arm has an embedding portion and an arm portion, the embedding portion includes an L-shaped section and a flat-plate section, one end of the L-shaped section is connected with the flat-plate section to form an N-shaped structure, the L-shaped section is slidably embedded in one of the L-shaped slots of the slot boards, the flat-plate section is exposed to the corresponding L-shaped slot, the arm portion is extended from the flat-plate section to a direction which is distant from the slot boards.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring now to the drawings where like characteristics and features among the various figures are denoted by like reference characters.

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 9, the slot board structure 100 according to this present invention may be assembled to a shelf 200. The slot board structure 100 at least comprises a plurality of slot boards 1, two side plates 2, and a plurality of hanging arms 13. The slot boards 1 are stacked one another from top to bottom. Two side plates 2 are respectively connected with a left side and a right side of each slot board 1, such as welding connection, but not limited thereto. Each side plate 2 may be L-shaped and has a rear shielding plate portion 201, a connection plate portion 202, a front shielding plate portion 203, and a plurality of inverted L-shaped hook portions 204. The rear shielding plate portion 201 is connected with a rear side of each slot board 1. The connection plate portion 202 is forwardly extended from one side of the rear shielding plate portion 201 adjacent to the slot boards 1. A center of the front shielding plate portion 203 in length direction is connected with one side of the connection plate portion 202 opposite to the rear shielding plate portion 201 so that one part of the front shielding plate portion 203 shields a front side of each slot board 1 and a rear side surface of the other part thereof has the inverted L-shaped hook portions 204. The inverted L-shaped hook portions 204 are backwardly extended from the rear side surface of the front shielding plate portion 203 and spaced apart one another from top to bottom. And the front shielding plate portion 203 is in parallel to the rear shielding plate portion 201.

Each slot board 1 includes a first elongated plate body 3, a second elongated plate body 4, a third elongated plate body 5, a fourth elongated plate body 6, a fifth elongated plate body 7, a sixth elongated plate body 8, and a seventh elongated plate body 9.

A length direction of the first elongated plate body 3 is arranged horizontally and a width direction thereof is arranged vertically.

A length direction of the second elongated plate body 4 is arranged horizontally. One side of the second elongated plate body 4 in the length direction is connected with a lower side of the first elongated plate body 3. The second elongated plate body 4 is forwardly extended from the lower side of the first elongated plate body 3.

A length direction of the third elongated plate body 5 is arranged horizontally. One side of the third elongated plate body 5 in the length direction is connected with a front side of the second elongated plate body 4. The third elongated plate body 5 is downwardly extended from the front side of the second elongated plate body 4.

A length direction of the fourth elongated plate body 6 is arranged horizontally. One side of the fourth elongated plate body 6 in the length direction is connected with a lower side of the third elongated plate body 5. The fourth elongated plate body 6 is backwardly extended from the lower side of the third elongated plate body 5.

A length direction of the fifth elongated plate body 7 is arranged horizontally. One side of the fifth elongated plate body 7 in the length direction is connected with a rear side of the fourth elongated plate body 6. The fifth elongated plate body 7 is upwardly extended from the rear side of the fourth elongated plate body 6.

A length direction of the sixth elongated plate body 8 is arranged horizontally. One side of the sixth elongated plate body 8 in the length direction is connected with an upper side of the fifth elongated plate body 7. The sixth elongated plate body 8 is backwardly extended from the upper side of the fifth elongated plate body 7.

The seventh elongated plate body 9 is downwardly extended from one side of the sixth elongated plate body 8 opposite to the fifth elongated plate body 7.

Please refer to FIG. 1, for the two adjacent slot boards 1 (the upmost two slot boards in FIG. 1), a rear side of the sixth elongated plate body 8 of the upper slot board 1 is connected with an upper side of the first elongated plate body 3 of the lower slot board 1 so that a first space 10 and a second space 11 are formed. The first space 10 is defined between the fourth elongated plate body 6 of the upper slot board 1 and second elongated plate body 4 of the lower slot board 1. The second space 11 is defined between the fifth elongated plate body 7 of the upper slot board 1 and the first elongated plate body 3 of the lower slot board 1. The first space 10 and the second space 11 are fluidly communicated with each other to form an L-shaped slot 12. Therefore, please refer to FIGS. 6 to 8, the L-shaped slot 12 may be provided for at least one hanging arm 13 to embed and fix and further the products 300 may be hanged at the hanging arms 13 to show. The seventh elongated plate body 9 of the upper slot board 1 is abutted against a rear side surface of the first elongated plate body 3 of the lower slot board 1 so as to prevent from two adjacent slot boards 1 sliding or moving relatively.

Each hanging arm 13 has an embedding portion 15 and an arm portion 16. The embedding portion 15 includes an L-shaped section 17 and a flat-plate section 18. One end of the L-shaped section 17 is connected with the flat-plate section 18 to form an N-shaped structure. The L-shaped section 17 is slidably embedded in one of the L-shaped slots 11 of the slot boards 1. The flat-plate section 18 is exposed to the corresponding L-shaped slot 11. The arm portion 16 is U-shaped and extended from the flat-plate section 18 to a direction which is distant from the slot boards 1. That is, the arm portion 16 is extended forwardly from the flat-plate section 18. Therefore, the products 300 may be hanged at the arm portion 16 in series so as to show much more products 300 and make consumers see the mark and brans name of each product 300 clearly and obviously.

In addition, the slot boards 1 and the rear shielding portion 201 and the connection portion 202 of each side plate 2 may embed in a depressed part 220 of the shelf 200 to prevent from protruding out of the shelf 200. And then, the inverted L-shaped hook portions 204 may hook in a vertical elongated slot 210 of the shelf 200. Therefore, each inverted L-shaped hook portion 204 may detachably hook and fix in the vertical elongated slot 210 of the shelf 200 and may freely and conveniently to adjust the position and the height of the slot board structure 100 relative to the shelf 200. Additionally, it may reduce the use of hooks and further reduce cost.

Besides, please refer to FIGS. 3 to 5, the slot board structure 100 may further comprise at least one fixing plate 14. The quantity of the fixing plate 14 is three for illustration, but not limited thereto. A front surface of each fixing plate 14 is connected with the rear side of the first elongated plate body 3 of each slot board 1. Therefore, it may reinforce the connection among the slot boards 1 and strengthen the strength of the slot board structure 100.

In conclusion, two side plates 2 are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of each slot board 1 so that one part of each L-shaped side plate 2 may shield the front side of each slot board 1 to prevent the connection among the slot boards 1 from exposing. In addition, the quantity of the slot boards 1 may be different so as to adjust the volume of the slot board structure 100 and further adapt to the shelf 200 having different sizes.

The foregoing descriptions are merely the exemplified embodiments of the present invention, where the scope of the claim of the present invention is not intended to be limited by the embodiments. Any equivalent embodiments or modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention are therefore intended to be embraced.

The disclosed structure of the invention has not appeared in the prior art and features efficacy better than the prior structure which is construed to be a novel and creative invention, thereby filing the present application herein subject to the patent law.

Claims

1. A slot board structure for a shelf, at least comprising a plurality of slot boards, two side plates, and a plurality of hanging arms, the slot boards are stacked one another from top to bottom, an L-shaped slot is defined between two adjacent slot boards, the two side plates are respectively connected with a left side and a right side of each slot board, wherein:

each side plate has a rear shielding plate portion, a connection plate portion, a front shielding plate portion, and a plurality of inverted L-shaped hook portions, the rear shielding plate portion is connected with a rear side of each slot board, the connection plate portion is forwardly extended from one side of the rear shielding plate portion adjacent to the slot boards, a center of the front shielding plate portion in length direction is connected with one side of the connection plate portion opposite to the rear shielding plate portion so that one part of the front shielding plate portion shields a front side of each slot board and a rear side surface of the other part thereof has the inverted L-shaped hook portions, the inverted L-shaped hook portions are backwardly extended from the rear side surface of the front shielding plate portion and spaced apart one another from top to bottom, and the front shielding plate portion is in parallel to the rear shielding plate portion.

The slot board structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein each slot board includes a first elongated plate body, a second elongated plate body, a third elongated plate body, a fourth elongated plate body, a fifth elongated plate body, a sixth elongated plate body, and a seventh elongated plate body, a length direction of the first elongated plate body is arranged horizontally and a width direction thereof is arranged vertically, a length direction of the second elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the second elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with a lower side of the first elongated plate body, the second elongated plate body is forwardly extended from the lower side of the first elongated plate body, a length direction of the third elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the third elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with a front side of the second elongated plate body, the third elongated plate body is downwardly extended from the front side of the second elongated plate body, a length direction of the fourth elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the fourth elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with a lower side of the third elongated plate body, the fourth elongated plate body is backwardly extended from the lower side of the third elongated plate body, a length direction of the fifth elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the fifth elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with a rear side of the fourth elongated plate body, the fifth elongated plate body is upwardly extended from the rear side of the fourth elongated plate body, a length direction of the sixth elongated plate body is arranged horizontally, one side of the sixth elongated plate body in the length direction is connected with an upper side of the fifth elongated plate body, the sixth elongated plate body is backwardly extended from the upper side of the fifth elongated plate body, and the seventh elongated plate body is downwardly extended from one side of the sixth elongated plate body opposite to the fifth elongated plate body;

for the two adjacent slot boards, a rear side of the sixth elongated plate body of the upper slot board is connected with an upper side of the first elongated plate body of the lower slot board so that a first space and a second space are formed, the first space is defined between the fourth elongated plate body of the upper slot board and second elongated plate body of the lower slot board, the second space is defined between the fifth elongated plate body of the upper slot board and the first elongated plate body of the lower slot board, the first space and the second space are fluidly communicated with each other to form the L-shaped slot, and the seventh elongated plate body of the upper slot board is abutted against a rear side surface of the first elongated plate body of the lower slot board.

3. The slot board structure as claimed in claim 2, further comprising at least one fixing plate, a front surface of the at least one fixing plate is connected with the rear side of the first elongated plate body of each slot board.

The slot board structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein each hanging arm has an embedding portion and an arm portion, the embedding portion includes an L-shaped section and a flat-plate section, one end of the L-shaped section is connected with the flat-plate section to form an N-shaped structure, the L-shaped section is slidably embedded in one of the L-shaped slots of the slot boards, the flat-plate section is exposed to the corresponding L-shaped slot, the arm portion is extended from the flat-plate section to a direction which is distant from the slot boards.
