Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a slide element for a wedge drive with a slide element receptacle and a drive element between which the slide element is to be placed; the slide element has a dovetail-shaped side with a dovetail-shaped section with sliding surfaces and is embodied to engage in a correspondingly dovetail-shaped receptacle of the slide element receptacle; the first sliding surfaces on the slide element, by means of which forces are transmitted during the working stroke during which the slide element is moved outward between the drive element and the slide element receptacle, are arranged at an angle to each other, in a roof shape relative to each other, and have sliding plates; and these first sliding surfaces on the slide element, by means of which forces are transmitted during the working stroke, are larger than the second sliding surfaces on the slide element, by means of which forces are transmitted during the return stroke during which the slide element receptacle is moved away from the drive element

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In order to be able to form a dovetail shape on a slide element, it is known from the prior art (WO2009/039895A1) to provide sliding plates, which are arranged symmetrically and in an L shape whose narrow side faces inward, on the sliding surfaces of the dovetail-shaped section of the slide element. This symmetrical and L-shaped arrangement is comparatively complex in design and also requires a comparatively high assembly complexity on the slide element, in order, in cooperation with the receptacle on the slide element receptacle, to permit the presence of a small amount of guidance play for high wear resistance and jam-free linear movements.

The object of the invention, therefore, based on the prior art described at the beginning, is to simplify the design of the slide element in order to facilitate the assembly thereof. In addition, the slide element should be able to ensure a high wear resistance and a jam-free linear movement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention attains the stated object in that the slide element has a head rail, which is detachably fastened to the slide element and, as part of the dovetail-shaped side of the slide element, forms the second sliding surfaces on the dovetail-shaped section, by means of which forces are transmitted during the return stroke during which the slide element receptacle is moved away from the drive element.

If the slide element has a head rail, which is detachably fastened to the slide element, and, as part of the dovetail-shaped side of the slide element, forms the second sliding surfaces on the dovetail-shaped section, by means of which forces are transmitted during the return stroke during which the slide element receptacle is moved away from the drive element, then it is possible to dispense with the symmetrical, L-shape arrangement of sliding plates forming the dovetail shape. Specifically, the head rail according to the invention can simultaneously provide the second sliding surfaces, which are required to form the dovetail shape on the slide element. It is thus possible not only to reduce the assembly complexity of the slide element because instead of two sliding plates having to be symmetrically aligned with a guide element, a sufficient alternative can be found, but also, it is thus possible to achieve a simply designed embodiment in order to permit there to be a small amount of guidance play on the dovetail-shaped guide device so as to achieve high wear resistance and enable jam-free linear movements. According to the invention, it is therefore possible, through the use of a head rail, to achieve a slide element with a high degree of stability and good guidance properties. If the head rail is detachably fastened to the slide element, then the slide element can be made accessible for maintenance in a comparatively easy-to-accomplish way.

The design in the region of the fastening of the head rail to the slide element can be further simplified if the head rail is fastened with its rail foot in an at least form-fitting fashion in an in particular T-shaped groove in the slide element.

Maintenance on the wedge drive can be made even easier if the sliding plates are detachably fastened to the slide element.

Preferably, the slide element according to the invention can be used in a wedge drive with a slide element receptacle and a drive element. For this purpose, sliding surfaces can be advantageously provided between the slide element and the drive element; between the slide element and the slide element receptacle, a dovetail-shape guide device is provided with sliding surfaces on the slide element and sliding surfaces on the slide element receptacle; the dovetail-shaped section of the slide element engages in a correspondingly dovetail-shaped receptacle of the slide element receptacle; and on the sliding surfaces of the guide device on the slide element receptacle, respective sliding plates are arranged symmetrically and embodied in an L shape with the narrow side facing inward, forming the dovetail shape.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The subject of the invention is depicted in greater detail by way of example in a cut-away side view of an embodiment variant. In the drawings:

FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a wedge drive 1 in the transverse direction and

FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional view of the wedge drive according to FIG. 1 in a partially cut-away depiction.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

FIGS. 1 and 2 show a wedge drive 1 with a slide element receptacle 2, a slide element 3, and a drive element 5 that is connected to the slide element 3.

The slide element 3 and the slide element receptacle 2 are connected to each other in moving fashion by means of a dovetail-shape guide device 6. For this purpose, the slide element 3 has a dovetail-shaped section 30, which is provided with a plurality of sliding surfaces 31, 32, 33, 34 oriented at angles to one another and forming the dovetail shape. Of these sliding surfaces, the first sliding surfaces 32, 34, by means of which forces are transmitted during the working stroke during which the slide element 3 is moved outward between the drive element 5 and the slide element receptacle 2, are arranged at an angle to each other and in a roof shape relative to each other. On these first sliding surfaces 32, 34 of the slide element 3, sliding plates 37, 39 are also provided and are detachably fastened or connected to the slide element 3 by means of a screw connection that is not shown. It is also conceivable to use other detachable fastening means.

The other second sliding surfaces 31, 33 are embodied to be smaller in area than the two first sliding surfaces 32 and 34. The reason for this is that the forces on the first sliding surfaces 31, 33 during the working stroke during which the slide element 3 between the drive element 5 and the slide element receptacle 2 is moved outward are greater than the forces on the second sliding surfaces 32, 34, which are transmitted during the return stroke during which the slide element receptacle 2 is moved away from the drive element 5.

By contrast with the prior art, according to the invention, no sliding plates are provided on the second sliding surfaces 31, 33; instead, these sliding surfaces are formed by a head rail 100, which therefore simultaneously forms part of the dovetail-shaped side 30 of the slide element 3. This not only reduces the design complexity of the slide element 3, it also eliminates a significant assembly complexity of the slide element 3 because it is not necessary to symmetrically align any sliding plates or to arrange them in an L shape whose narrow side faces inward, forming a dovetail shape. In addition, by contrast with a plurality of discontinuous sliding plates, a head rail 100 provides for a high mechanical load-bearing capacity and thus increases the stability of the slide element 3. Since in addition, the head rail 100 is detachably fastened to the slide element 3, during maintenance work, a possibly present guidance play can be compensated for in an easy-to-accomplish way by replacing the head rail 100. This detachable fastening or connection of the head rail 100 can be seen in the figures in that the head rail 100 engages with its rail foot 101 in form-fitting fashion in a T-shaped groove 103 in the slide element 3 and in that it has also been depicted pulled partway out in FIG. 2. Specifically, this groove 103 is embodied in such a way that the head rail 100 can be slid into this groove 103 and pulled out from it again. Locking elements that are not shown in detail, for example locking screws or other detachable fastening means, fix the head rail 100 in position in the groove 103 in the slide element 3, but have been omitted in FIG. 2 for the sake of clarity.

In order to form the dovetail-shaped guide device 6, the slide element receptacle 2 has a section 20 that is correspondingly shaped in a diametrically opposite fashion, with detachably fastened sliding plates 26, 27, which form sliding surfaces 21, 22, 23, 24 on the slide element receptacle 2. The sliding plates 26, 27 are arranged symmetrically and in an L shape with the narrow side facing inward, forming the dovetail shape.

In addition, sliding surfaces 301, 302 are provided between the slide element 3 and the drive element 5.
