Customizable multi-purpose carrying system having reconfigurable interior with positionable, moveable, and removable partitions held in place with fabric hook and loop fasteners, creating different sized customized compartments, also including uniquely sized and positioned pockets, and ideally suited for use as travel carry-on, or up-scale sneakers, footwear, and/or sports gear bag and in some embodiments as a backpack.

This application is a continuation in part of application Ser. No. 15/723,221 and takes priority to and the benefit of this application Ser. No. 15/723,221.

FIELD OF INVENTION

The invention is in the field of carrying bags, more particularly the field of reconfigurable carrying bags.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

There have been carrying bags for thousands of years. With the coming of snaps, zippers, Velcro, and other fasteners bags could be more easily opened and closed. As bags become more specialized, with sports or function specific compartmental needs, there can be many bags to serve many individual functions.

The present invention allows a single bag to be reconfigurable to change the shape and size of internal compartments via a series of moveable partitions that can be placed where the user needs to place them. In addition, there are several external and internal pockets for convenience and placement of items.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The present invention in at least one embodiment is a customizable multi-purpose bag or duffel carrying system comprising: a first side with a first side interior, a first side exterior, a first side top, a first side bottom, a first side laptop compartment located behind said first side interior; a second side with a second side interior, a second side exterior, a second side top, a second side bottom; a third side with a third side interior, a third side exterior, a third side top, a third side bottom; a fourth side with a fourth side interior, a fourth side exterior, a fourth side top, a fourth side bottom; a bottom with a bottom interior and a bottom exterior; a closable top with a closable top interior and a closable top exterior, said closable top permanently and flexibly attaching to said first side top and removably attachable via at least one method of attachment to said second side top and said third side top and said fourth side top; an inside sub-dividable master volume formed by said bottom interior, said first side interior, said second side interior, said third side interior, said fourth side interior; a second gender Velcro-like material located on or is at least one area of said first side interior and a second gender Velcro-like material located on or is at least one area of said third side interior; at least one dividing removable wall comprising a planar portion and a first edge or flap attachable via a first gender of Velcro-like material and a second edge or flap attachable via a first gender of Velcro-like material, wherein said first gender of Velcro-like material and said second gender of Velcro-like material mate to one another in such a manner that said at least one dividing removable wall is attachably removably between said first side interior and said third side interior; at least one back pocket located on said first side exterior; at least one front pocket located on said third side exterior; at least one left side pocket located on said second side exterior; at least one right side pocket located on said fourth side exterior; a shoulder strap with a first end and a second end, said first end attachable to said second side and said second end attachable to said fourth side, said shoulder strap attaching to at least one pad to distribute force over a larger area when carried by a person or supported by at least one body part of a person.

The invention can have at least one method of attachment that is at least one metal zipper and/or at least one nylon zipper. The invention has second gender Velcro-like material located on at least one area of said first side interior is a second gender Velcro-like material located on more than half the interior area of said first side interior and said second gender Velcro-like material located on at least one area of said third side interior is a second gender Velcro-like material located on more than half the interior area of said third side interior. The invention may further comprising at least one sneaker case.

The invention may have at least one shoulder strap that is permanently attachable at said first end and/or said second end.

The invention may have at least one dividing removable wall that is three dividing removable walls and said at least one dividing removable wall is adjustable in its location within said inside sub-dividable master volume.

The invention may further comprise a second gender Velcro-like material located on or is at least one area of said second side interior and/or a second gender Velcro-like material located on or is at least one area of said fourth side interior.

The invention may further be a carry-on bag.

The invention further is ideally suited for use as travel carry-on, or up-scale sneaker, footwear, and/or sports gear bag.

The invention is further able to carry multi pairs of sneakers.

The invention can be a duffle bag that uses the said dividers to separate/organize sneakers while being carried and or stored.

Contents may include sports gear is at least one of balls, basketballs, helmets, uniforms, baseball gloves, footballs, soccer balls, baseballs, Footwear, or in any combination thereof.

The present invention in at least one embodiment is a Customizable multi-purpose carrying system having reconfigurable interior with positionable, moveable, and removable partitions held in place with fabric hook and loop fasteners, creating different sized customized compartments, also including uniquely sized and positioned pockets, and ideally suited for use as travel carry-on, or up-scale sneakers, footwear, and/or sports gear bag.

The sneaker case can be water resistant, easy to clean, collapses flat.

The invention may have Inner mesh storages compartments.

The invention may be vented to help reduce odor and may include a

Quick access side handle.

The invention can be at least one type of custom carrying bag for gaming consoles such as XBOX, PLAYSTATION, etc. which allows the user to carry their gaming consoles from point A to B in a much more organized fashion than before.

The invention can have additional dividers are available that would allow for endless customization.

The shoulder strap can be at least one permanently or removably attachable strap.

The invention can be a carry-on bag and/or travel carry-on, or sneaker, footwear, and/or sports gear bag or wherein the invention is a duffle bag that uses the dividers to separate/organize sneakers while being carried and or stored or the invention in at least one embodiment is a backpack.

If the invention is in the embodiment of a gear bag it can be further able to carry multi pairs of sneakers or further able to carry multi pairs of sneakers.

Sports gear in the bag can be comprised of at least one of balls, basketballs, helmets, uniforms, baseball gloves, footballs, soccer balls, baseballs, footwear, or in any combination thereof

The present invention in at least one embodiment can be a Customizable multi-purpose carrying system having reconfigurable interior with positionable, moveable, and removable partitions held in place with fabric hook and loop fasteners, creating different sized customized compartments, also including uniquely sized and positioned pockets, and ideally suited for use as travel carry-on, or up-scale sneakers, footwear, and/or sports gear bag and in some embodiments as a backpack.

In at least one embodiment the invention can be a customizable multi-purpose backpack carrying system comprising:

    • a first side with a first side interior, a first side exterior, a first side top, a first side bottom;
    • a second side with a second side interior, a second side exterior, a second side top, a second side bottom;
    • a third side with a third side interior, a third side exterior, a third side top, a third side bottom;
    • a fourth side with a fourth side interior, a fourth side exterior, a fourth side top, a fourth side bottom;
    • a bottom with a bottom interior and a bottom exterior;
    • a closable top with a closable top interior and a closable top exterior, said closable top, permanently or removably, and flexibly attaching to said first side top and removably attachable via at least one method of attachment to said second side top and said third side top and said fourth side top;
    • an inside sub-dividable master volume formed by said bottom interior, said first side interior, said second side interior, said third side interior, said fourth side interior;
    • a second gender Velcro-like material located on or is at least one area of said first side interior and a second gender Velcro-like material located on or is at least one area of said third side interior;
    • at least one dividing removable wall comprising a planar portion and a first edge or flap attachable via a first gender of Velcro-like material and a second edge or flap attachable via a first gender of Velcro-like material, wherein said first gender of Velcro-like material and said second gender of Velcro-like material mate to one another in such a manner that said at least one dividing removable wall is attachable removably between said first side interior and said third side interior;
    • at least one shoulder strap permanently or removably attached to at least one side.

The invention can have at least one method of attachment for closure that is at least one metal zipper and/or at least one nylon zipper.

The invention if a backpack can include wherein said second gender Velcro-like material located on at least one area of said first side interior is a second gender Velcro-like material located on more than half the interior area of said first side interior and said second gender Velcro-like material located on at least one area of said third side interior is a second gender Velcro-like material located on more than half the interior area of said third side interior.

The invention as a backpack can have that wherein said at least one dividing removable wall is three dividing removable walls and said at least one dividing removable wall is adjustable in its location within said inside sub-dividable master volume.

The invention as a backpack can further comprising a second gender Velcro-like material located on or is at least one area of said second side interior and/or a second gender Velcro-like material located on or is at least one area of said fourth side interior.

The invention if a backpack can have additional dividers that are available that would allow for endless customization.

The invention if a backpack may have at least 3 different ways or locations to enter or access the bag.

Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention should not be limited to the described preferred embodiments. Rather, various changes and modifications can be made within the spirit and scope of the present invention.

FIG. 1A depicts the interior of one embodiment the invention. Shown is the customizable multi-purpose duffel carrying system 1, showing the top 2, the back side 3, the left side 4, front side 5, and right side 6. Also shown is the inner laptop compartment 45. The back-side interior first gender Velcro-like material 23 is applied to the back side 3 and the front side interior first gender Velcro-like material 25 is applied to the front side 5. Also shown is an extra compartment for storage 19, of which there are a few located on the top 2. Definitions:

It is understood that Velcro is a brand name referring to a specific product, and that Velcro has a first gender material and a second gender material, and the first gender material and the second gender material can mate and attach to one another with a holding force between the two. Velcro in the context of this invention is any material with a first gender attachable material on one component of a system and a second gender attachable material on another component of a system wherein the first gender and the second gender attach to one another in much the same way as the two genders of Velcro does. In the context of this invention the term Velcro or Velcro-like material is used interchangeably but does not necessarily refer to the product known popularly as Velcro. For instance, one of the genders of attachable material can be a soft brush tricot material.

Carry-on—A bag that is sized to be carry-on and stored within the passenger compartment of a passenger jet or plane, boat, train, or other passenger transport vehicle.

Bag: also, sometimes known as a carry bag or carrying bag is a container usually made of flexible material with at least one opening, usually may be closed, used for holding, storing, and/or carrying things. Some examples of bags (AKA carry bags or carrying bags) are suitcases, handbags, carry bags, duffels, backpacks, packs, purses, computer cases, smart device cases, bodypacks, carrycase, carry-on, sneaker case, camping pack, travel carry-on, sneaker, footwear, and/or sports gear bag.

A duffle (or duffel) can be any large bag for carrying things.

Backpack: a bag carried on the back, usually of cloth or other flexible material usually with pockets and at least one strap that usually go over your shoulders, used to hold, store, and carry things

A laptop compartment in the context of this invention is an interior compartment in which can fit a laptop computer. This compartment is not limited or restricted to a laptop computer, but a laptop computer is a natural object that would be placed in this compartment, and laptop computers are now common enough that this pouch would find great utility for tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices that require the safety of an interior compartment where there is natural mechanical shielding from inadvertent impact that can destroy delicate electronics.

Sneaker case: In the context of the invention a sneaker case is a bag made of a flexible synthetic or natural material in whole or in part, and this is specifically designed to hold sneakers to be placed in the master volume of the customizable multi-purpose duffel carrying system.

Claims

1. A customizable multi-purpose bag or duffel carrying system comprising:

a first side with a first side interior, a first side exterior, a first side top, a first side bottom, a first side laptop compartment located behind said first side interior;
a second side with a second side interior, a second side exterior, a second side top, a second side bottom;
a third side with a third side interior, a third side exterior, a third side top, a third side bottom;
a fourth side with a fourth side interior, a fourth side exterior, a fourth side top, a fourth side bottom;
a bottom with a bottom interior and a bottom exterior;
a closable top with a closable top interior and a closable top exterior, said closable top
flexibly attaching to said first side top and attachable via at least one method of attachment to said second side top and said third side top and said fourth side top;
an inside sub-dividable master volume formed by said bottom interior, said first side interior, said second side interior, said third side interior, said fourth side interior;
a hook and loop fastener material located on said first side interior and a hook and loop fastener material located on said third side interior;
at least one dividing removable wall comprising a planar portion and a first edge or flap attachable via a hook and loop fastener material and a second edge or flap attachable via a hook and loop fastener material, wherein said hook and loop fastener materials mate to one another in such a manner that said at least one dividing removable wall is attachably removabley between said first side interior and said third side interior;
at least one back pocket located on said first side exterior; at least one front pocket located on said third side exterior; at least one left side pocket located on said second side exterior;
at least one right side pocket located on said fourth side exterior;
a shoulder strap with a first end and a second end, said first end attachable to said second side and said second end attachable to said fourth side, said shoulder strap attaching to at least one pad to distribute force over a larger area when carried by a person or supported by at least one body part of a person.

a first side with a first side interior, a first side exterior, a first side top, a first side bottom;
a second side with a second side interior, a second side exterior, a second side top, a second side bottom;

a fourth side with a fourth side interior, a fourth side exterior, a fourth side top, a fourth side bottom;
a bottom with a bottom interior and a bottom exterior;
a closable top with a closable top interior and a closable top exterior;
an inside sub-dividable master volume formed by said bottom interior, said first side interior, said second side interior, said third side interior, said fourth side interior;
a hook and loop fastener material located on or is at least one area of said first side interior and a second hook and loop fastener material located on or is at least one area of said third side interior;
at least one dividing removable wall comprising a planar portion and a first edge or flap attachable via a first hook and loop fastener material and a second edge or flap attachable via a first hook and loop fastener material, wherein said first hook and loop fastener material and said second hook and loop fastener material mate to one another in such a manner that said at least one dividing removable wall is attachable removably between said first side interior and said third side interior;
at least one shoulder strap permanently or removably attached to at least one side.
