Provided are a sunshade device and a railway vehicle with the sunshade device. The sunshade device includes: a main sunshading board, the main sunshading board being provided with an avoiding space; and an auxiliary sunshading board, the auxiliary sunshading board being mounted on the main sunshading board in a position adjustable manner, so as to shield or avoid the avoiding space.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application is related to and claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application Number 201820974722.0 filed on Jun. 22, 2018, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a field of railway vehicles, and in particular to a sunshade device and a railway vehicle with the sunshade device.

BACKGROUND

Rail traffic means a class of vehicle or transportation systems for operating vehicles that need to run on specific rails. The most typical rail traffic is a railway system composed of a traditional train and a standard railway. With the diversified development of train and railway technologies, the rail traffic presents increasing types, not only covers long-distance land transportation, but also is widely applied to medium-short distance urban public traffic.

Currently, cord fabric in the design of a roller shutter and a pull shutter is usually rectangular, and needs to be supported by double sliding ways, and a good sunshade effect can be obtained in the absence of any device inside a window. However, in the presence of a device such as a display or a monitor inside the window, it is difficult for a traditional sunshading board to obtain a good sunshade effect, or even the requirements cannot be met.

SUMMARY

Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a sunshade device and a railway vehicle with the sunshade device, intended to solve the problem in the related art of bad sunshade effect of a sunshading board.

To this end, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a sunshade device is provided. The sunshade device includes: a main sunshading board, the main sunshading board being provided with an avoiding space; and an auxiliary sunshading board, the auxiliary sunshading board being mounted on the main sunshading board in a position adjustable manner, so as to shield or avoid the avoiding space.

According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, a railway vehicle is provided. The railway vehicle includes a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the above sunshade device.

The sunshade device in an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a main sunshading board and an auxiliary sunshading board, wherein the main sunshading board is provided with an avoiding space, and the auxiliary sunshading board is mounted on the main sunshading board in a position adjustable manner, so as to shield or avoid the avoiding space. Thus, by changing the position of the auxiliary sunshading board, the avoiding space can be conveniently shielded or avoided, so that not only a device on a vehicle body can be avoided, but also the sunshade effect can be achieved to a great extent in the absence of a device, thereby solving the problem in the conventional art of bad sunshade effect of a sunshade.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

It is to be noted that in the case of no conflict, the features in the embodiments and the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other. The present disclosure is described below with reference to the drawings and in conjunction with the embodiments in detail.

The present disclosure provides a sunshade device. Referring to FIG. 1, in an exemplary embodiment, the sunshade device includes: a main sunshading board 10, the main sunshading board 10 being provided with an avoiding space 11; and an auxiliary sunshading board 20, the auxiliary sunshading board 20 being mounted on the main sunshading board 10 in a position adjustable manner, so as to shield the avoiding space 11 or avoid the avoiding space 11.

The sunshade device in an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a main sunshading board 10 and an auxiliary sunshading board 20, wherein the main sunshading board 10 is provided with an avoiding space 11, and the auxiliary sunshading board 20 is mounted on the main sunshading board 10 in a position adjustable manner, so as to shield the avoiding space 11 or avoid the avoiding space 11. Thus, by changing the position of the auxiliary sunshading board 20, the avoiding space 11 can be conveniently shielded or avoided, so that not only a device on a vehicle body can be avoided, but also the sunshade effect can be achieved to a great extent in the absence of a device, thereby solving the problem in the conventional art of bad sunshade effect of a sunshading board.

In order to adjust the position of the auxiliary sunshading board 20, the auxiliary sunshading board 20 is provided in a turnable manner, so that the auxiliary sunshading board 20 has a shielding position for shielding the avoiding space 11 and an avoiding position transferred from the avoiding space 11 to avoid the avoiding space 11.

In addition, the auxiliary sunshading board 20 in the present embodiment may be turned at any angle, and positioned at any angle.

In the present embodiment, the sunshade device further includes: a first rotary shaft 30, the first rotary shaft 30 being mounted on the main sunshading board 10, the auxiliary sunshading board 20 being mounted on the main sunshading board 10 by the first rotary shaft 30, and the auxiliary sunshading board 20 rotating around the axis of the first rotary shaft 30. By providing the first rotary shaft 30, the auxiliary sunshading board 20 can be conveniently turned.

In order to mount the first rotary shaft 30, as shown in FIG. 1, the main sunshading board 10 is provided with a positioning block 40, the first rotary shaft 30 being rotatably mounted on the positioning block 40. By rotatably providing the first rotary shaft 30 on the positioning block 40, the auxiliary sunshading board 20 can be conveniently turned.

In the present embodiment, the sunshade device further includes: a second rotary shaft 50, the main sunshading board 10 is provided in a manner of rotating around an axis of the second rotary shaft 50, wherein the second rotary shaft 50 is provided along a horizontal direction. Specifically, the first rotary shaft 30 is vertical to the second rotary shaft 50.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the sunshade device further includes: a sliding rail 60, the main sunshading board 10 being movably provided on the sliding rail 60 along the sliding rail 60. By providing the sliding rail 60 and enabling the main sunshading board 10 to move along an extending direction of the sliding rail 60, the position of the main sunshading board 10 can be conveniently adjusted.

In order to slidably provide the main sunshading board 10, as shown in FIG. 1, the sunshade device further includes: a sliding block 70, the sliding block 70 matching with the sliding rail 60, the main sunshading board 10 being connected with the sliding block 70, so as to move along the sliding rail 60 by the sliding block 70.

In the present embodiment, the sliding block 70 is provided with a control switch 80, the control switch 80 being connected with the sliding block 70 and the sliding rail 60 respectively, so that the sliding block 70 is controlled to move along the sliding rail 60 by operating the control switch 80. By providing the control switch 80, matching between the sliding block 70 and the sliding rail 60 can be conveniently controlled, thus controlling the sliding block 70 to move relative to the sliding rail 60 and locking the sliding block 70 at a predetermined position of the sliding rail 60.

In the present embodiment, the sliding rail 60 is provided with an upper mounting seat 61 and a lower mounting seat 62, the upper mounting seat 61 and the lower mounting seat 62 are provided at an interval, and the sliding rail 60 is mounted on a window cover plate by the upper mounting seat 61 and the lower mounting seat 62. By providing the upper mounting seat 61 and the lower mounting seat 62, the sliding rail 60 can be conveniently fixed to the window cover plate.

The present disclosure also provides a railway vehicle. The railway vehicle includes a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the above sunshade device.

The main improvement points of the present disclosure are: 1, the sunshading board includes a main sunshading board and an auxiliary sunshading board; 2, the auxiliary sunshading board may rotate around a vertical rotary shaft and can be stationary at any angle; 3, the main sunshading board may rotate around a horizontal rotary shaft and can be stationary at any angle; 4, the sunshading board can move along with a sliding mechanism by pressing a switch, and can be stationary at any angle without shaking.

The sunshading board designed in the present disclosure mainly includes a main sunshading board, an auxiliary sunshading board, a sliding rail, a horizontal rotary shaft (the second rotary shaft 50), a vertical rotary shaft (the first rotary shaft 30), a sliding mechanism, a switch, an upper mounting seat, and a lower mounting seat. The sunshading board mainly includes a main sunshading board and an auxiliary sunshading board, the auxiliary sunshading board is connected with the main sunshading board by the vertical rotary shaft, and the auxiliary sunshading board may rotate around the vertical rotary shaft. The main sunshading board is fixed together with the sliding mechanism by the horizontal rotary shaft, and moves up and down along with the sliding mechanism, and the main sunshading board may rotate around the horizontal rotary shaft, and can stay at any angle. The sliding mechanism may be controlled by the switch to move to any position along the sliding rail to be stationary. The sliding rail is fixed to a window shield by the upper mounting seat and the lower mounting seat.

The present disclosure relates to the design of a cab sunshading board of an urban rail vehicle, which is different from a traditional roller shutter and pull shutter. The sunshading board designed by the present disclosure adopts a composite structure, and the sunshading board mainly includes a main sunshading board, an auxiliary sunshading board and a sliding rail. The auxiliary sunshading board is mounted on the main sunshading board by a vertical rotary shaft, and the main sunshading board is mounted on the sliding rail by a horizontal rotary shaft. The sunshading board designed by the present disclosure can be effectively avoided for mounting a device such as a front window display and a camera, and can provide a good sunshade effect.

From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiment of the present disclosure achieves the following technical effects.

The sunshade device in an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a main sunshading board 10 and an auxiliary sunshading board 20, wherein the main sunshading board 10 is provided with an avoiding space 11, and the auxiliary sunshading board 20 is mounted on the main sunshading board 10 in a position adjustable manner, so as to shield the avoiding space 11 or avoid the avoiding space 11. Thus, by changing the position of the auxiliary sunshading board 20, the avoiding space 11 can be conveniently shielded or avoided, so that not only a device on a vehicle body can be avoided, but also the sunshade effect can be achieved to a great extent in the absence of a device, thereby solving the problem in the conventional art of bad sunshade effect of a sunshading board.

Claims

1. A sunshade device, comprising:

a main sunshading board, the main sunshading board being provided with an avoiding space; and
an auxiliary sunshading board, the auxiliary sunshading board being mounted on the main sunshading board in a position adjustable manner, so as to shield the avoiding space or avoid the avoiding space.

2. The sunshade device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary sunshading board is provided in a turnable manner, so that the auxiliary sunshading board has a shielding position for shielding the avoiding space and an avoiding position transferred from the avoiding space to avoid the avoiding space.

3. The sunshade device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising:

a first rotary shaft, the first rotary shaft being mounted on the main sunshading board, the auxiliary sunshading board being mounted on the main sunshading board by the first rotary shaft, and the auxiliary sunshading board rotating around an axis of the first rotary shaft.

4. The sunshade device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the main sunshading board is provided with a positioning block, the first rotary shaft being rotatably mounted on the positioning block.

5. The sunshade device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:

a second rotary shaft, the main sunshading board being provided in a manner of rotating around an axis of the second rotary shaft, wherein the second rotary shaft is provided along a horizontal direction.

6. The sunshade device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:

a sliding rail, the main sunshading board being movably provided on the sliding rail along the sliding rail.

7. The sunshade device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:

a sliding block, the sliding block matching with the sliding rail, the main sunshading board being connected with the sliding block, so as to move along the sliding rail by the sliding block.

The sunshade device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the sliding block is provided with a control switch, the control switch being connected with the sliding block and the sliding rail respectively, so that the sliding block is controlled to move along the sliding rail by operating the control switch.

The sunshade device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sliding rail is provided with an upper mounting seat and a lower mounting seat, the upper mounting seat and the lower mounting seat are provided at an interval, and the sliding rail is mounted on a window cover plate by the upper mounting seat and the lower mounting seat.

10. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 1.

11. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 2.

12. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 3.

13. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 4.

14. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 5.

15. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 6.

16. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 7.

17. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 8.

18. A railway vehicle, comprising a window cover plate and a sunshade device mounted on the window cover plate, wherein the sunshade device is the sunshade device as claimed in claim 9.
