Rotating support (15) is configured in the position between thermal-protective shell (38) and the heated tube (39), which includes hair taps (46), a hair hook and a rotating support (15).

RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the benefit of Chinese Application No. 201821355011.1, filed on Aug. 22, 2018.

Background of the Invention

The invention relates to the curler technosphere, in particular to an automatic curler.

Currently there are two types of automatic curlers. First is where the rotating is in the heating tong of the curler, the hair is fixed through taps, and the hair is wound from hair root to hair tail when the tube rotates. This kind of curler is weak in the degree of automation. Second, is where the heating rod is fixed, there are comb tooth or concave and convex structures at the edge of the heating rod, which is used to move the hair and wrap the hair on the heating tong. The hair of this device is fixed from hair root, and the hair root is automatically wrapped and rolled onto the heat tong. Although the automation of this structure has been improved, there is no fixed position for the hair on the rotating tong surface. In the process of use, different positions of the comb teeth cause the difference of hair style hooking by the curler hook. This may result in lawless hair and hair knots. At the same time, because there is no thermal-protective shell around the automatic rotating tong, there is the risk of scalding skin when consumers process hair styling or care with these kinds of tools. What's more, the safety and convenience of independent operation are lacking. The present invention addresses these concerns and provides other related advantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A hair styling apparatus (e.g., hair automatic curling device) may include a thermal-protective shell with a hair retaining element, a curler handle, a rotate member and a heated tube. The handle is connected to the heated member, having a hair retaining slot that is used for fixing hair strands, which is associated with the thermal-protective shell. The rotating member is configured between thermal-protective shell and the heated member. The rotating member includes a hair hook and a hair hook support with hair taps set on the hair hook support. The hair hook support is configured between thermal-protective shell and the heated tube. The hair hook support is also connected with the hair hook (Y type). There is a gap between the hair hook and the heated tube. The hair tab element is located on the bottom of the rotating support. The rotating member includes the hair hook (Y type) and hair hook support with hair taps set on the hair hook support. The hair hook and hair taps define a hair guide structure, which is designed into a gathering arc distributed along the periphery of the heating element wherein a strand of hair will be wound when the rotating works and hair hook (Y type) is designed into gathering hair. The rotating member includes the hair hook (Y type). A rotator driver is set in the handle, which is configured to the bottom of rotating member. As the curler is designed scientifically, it is advantageously thermal-protective, and not easy to cause lawless hair and hair knots. It is also convenient to operate, functional to choose various kinds of models, and provides a one-step experience for the consumers to care their hair.

Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following more detailed description, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which illustrate, by way of example, the principles of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The purpose of the invention is to address defects that exist in the existing technology and to present another type automatic curler.

The invention comprises a hair styling apparatus (e.g., hair automatic curling device) having a thermal-protective shell (38) with a hair retaining element (44), a curler handle (42), a rotate member (40) and a heated tube (39). The handle is connected to the heated member having a hair retaining slot (45) that is used for fixing a hair strand, and is associated with the thermal-protective shell (38). The rotating member (40) is configured between the thermal-protective shell (38) and heated tube (39). The rotating member (40) includes a hair hook (Y type 12) and a hair hook support (15) with the hair taps (46) set on the hair hook support (15). The hair hook support (15) is configured between the thermal-protective shell (38) and the heated tube (39). The hair hook support (15) is also connected with the hair hook (Y type 12). There is a gap between the hair hook (12) and the heated tube (39). The rotating member (40) includes the hair hook (Y type 12) and the hair hook support (15) with hair taps (46) set on the hair hook support (15). The hair hook (Y type 12) and hair taps (46) define a hair guide structure, which is designed into a gathering arc distributed along the periphery of the heating element. A strand of hair will be wound when the rotating and the hair hook (Y type 12) is designed for gathering the hair. The rotating member (40) includes the hair hook (Y type 12), and a rotator driver (41) is set in the handle, a rotator includes gear (19), motor (20) and fixed component (21). The driver (41) is configured within or at the bottom of rotating member (40).

Preferably, the heated tube is typically formed of a thermally conductive metal material, such as aluminum, iron or one or more other metals.

Preferably, the rotating member (40) includes a hair hook and hair hook support (15). The rotating member (40) is configured between hair hook and the heated tube (39), and the hair hook is connected to the bottom of hair hook support (15) with a connecting rod.

Preferably, the hair hook is y-type shape, wherein the branch of y-type hair hook opens bidirectionally to form a gathering arc, and the branch opens bidirectionally to form an entrance.

Preferably, the hair hook's character is that: The hair hook is formed by an arc surface, bending a funnel-shaped plane upwards and downwards, the funnel-shaped is divided into an upper section and a lower section, and the side of the upper section is directed by the center of the circle. And the side of the lower section is formed by an arc with a center outward.

Preferably, the hair hook is formed by a gourd-shaped plane curved inwardly, and the side of the gourd plane is formed to an arc.

Preferably, the upper end of the rotating hook has a slope.

Preferably, the hair hook is detachable, connecting to the rotating support and the rotating support is connected to the handle through the thermal insulation ring.

Preferably, the thermal-protective shell (38) includes an outer thermal-protective cover, an inner thermal-protective cover and a thermal insulation ring. The thermal-protective shell (38) is connected to the handle device through the thermal insulation ring. There is a hair retaining slot (45) for placing hair on the front of the thermal-protective shell (38), and the rotating support is connected to the upper thermal insulation ring.

Preferably, the handle is equipped with a control board, which is electrically connected with the motor device and the heated element. The control board is used for controlling the motor device and the heated element.

Preferably, there is more than one hair tap setting on the upper of the rotating support and distributing around the heating element evenly.

Preferably, the hair retaining slot (45) includes a front hair retaining slot (45) and a back hair retaining slot (45). The front hair retaining slot (45) and the back hair retaining slot (45) are configured on the thermal-protective shell (38), wherein a symmetrical axis is the at center of the heated tube (39).

Preferably, there are left and right buttons on the handle surface, which are used to control the rotating direction of the rotating member (40). The left and right buttons are connected to the control board.

Preferably, there is a turn tail (44) connected at the end of the handle device. The surface of lower thermal-protective shell (38), which is near the heated tube (39) and the connection between thermal-protective shell (38) and handle device, is designed as to fit a human head shape. The bottom of the lower handle near the swivel is raised to form a hand arc.

The beneficial effect of the invention is as below:

1) The thermal-protective shell (38) touching the skin for this product is protected by the gap and thermal-protective shell, and the thermal insulation ring (16) is connected to thermal-protective shell and handle, providing a better insulation effect and make the DIY hair style more convenient and safer.

2) When the hair hook is rotating, it will naturally hook the hair through the gathering arc first, and then gather and wind the hair to the heated tube (39). Then the hair will be pressed around on the heated tube (39) by hair taps (46), which lessens the chance of causing messy hair and hair knots.

3) And it's convenient to operate, functional to choose and the curler has various kinds of models. The present invention provides a one-step experience for the consumers to care their hair.

The following is a clear and complete description of the technical scheme combined with a preferred embodiment of the invention.

With reference to the appended FIG. 1—the automatic curler includes thermal-protective shell (38), the handle (42), rotating member (40) and heated tube (39). The heated tube (39) is configured in the thermal-protective shell (38). The thermal-protective shell (38) is connected with the handle device through the thermal insulation ring, and hair retaining slot (45) is set on thermal-protective shell (38). There is a rotating member (40) in thermal-protective shell (38). The rotating member (40) includes hair taps (46), hair hook (12) and rotating support (15). The rotating member (40) is configured in thermal-protective shell (38) and connected with the handle through thermal insulation ring. There is a gap between the hair taps (46) and the heated tube (39). The rotating member (40) is configured in the thermal-protective shell (38), the rotating member (40) includes hair hook and hair taps (46). There is a gap between the hair taps (46) and the heated tube (39), hair taps (46) locate on rotating support (15). The hair hook is designed with a gathering arc distributed along the periphery of the heating element and gathers hair when the rotating member (40) works. PCBA driver is set in the handle (42), the PCBA driver is connected to the bottom of rotating support (15).

Further, there is more than one heating element.

The heated tube (39) is made of a light heat insulation material. The hair hook is used for gathering the hair and wind hair on the heated tube (39). The hair hook is configured in the thermal-protective shell (38), and the hair hook is connected to the rotating support (15).

The hair hook is Y-type shape, the branch of Y-type hair guidance hook opens bidirectionally to form a gathering arc, and the branch opens bidirectionally to form an entrance. Through the gathering arc, the hair hook hooks the hair and wind hair to heated tube (39) along with the gathering arc. The opening of the gathering arc in a bi-directional gradient forms an arc that provides a directional centrifugal force for the hair in the rotation to gather, which make the hair gather at the branch point of the Y type hair guidance hook, so as to avoid lawless hair and hair knot.

What's more, according to heated tube (39) as the center, 180°<the central Angle of the arc<270°, ensure the gathering arc is easy for putting the hair into the entrance.

The thermal-protective shell (38) includes outer thermal-protective shell (1) and inner thermal-protective shell (2). The thermal-protective shell (38) is connected to the handle through hair thermal insulation ring (16). The thermal-protective shell (38) is equipped with a hair retaining slot (45) for placing hair, and the bottom of rotating support (15) is fixed on the upper of the hair thermal insulation ring. The thermal-protective shell (38) is fixed on thermal insulation ring and thermal insulation ring is fixed on the handle. The thermal-protective shell (38) touched the skin for this product protected by the gap and thermal-protective cover, which will be better insulation effect and make the DIY hair style more convenient and safer.

The handle is equipped with a PCBA, which is electrically connected with the motor device and the heated element. The PCBA is used for controlling the motor device, power and the temperature for the product. There are left, right buttons and power button which is used for controlling product set on the handle. And the buttons are connected with PCPB. Further, the PCBA is equipped with a driving control unit. The control unit is connected to the left, right buttons and power buttons on the handle surface. The driving device also includes a variable direction structure, which is used to control the rotating direction of the rotating support (15). The variable direction structure is controlled by the driving control unit.

There is more than one hair tap, setting on the upper rotating support (15) and evenly distributed around the heated tube (39). Further, the hair tap is elastic one.

The hair retaining slot (45) includes front of hair retaining slot (47) and rear hair retaining slot (46). The front of hair retaining slot (47) and rear hair retaining slot (46) are symmetrically located on the front of thermal-protective shell (38), heated tube (39) acts as the symmetrical center. When the curler works, hair can be gathered and wound to the heated tube (39) through the front of hair retaining slot (47) or the rear hair retaining slot (46), as the special hair hook designed into gather arc (Y type).

There is turn tail (44) connected at the end of the handle device. The surface of lower thermal-protective shell (38), where is near the heated tube (39) and the connection between thermal-protective shell (38) and handle device, is designed as to fit human head shape. And the bottom of the lower handle near the swivel is raised to form a hand arc.

Although one preferred embodiment has been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications may be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited, except as by the appended claims.

Claims

1. An automatic curler, comprising:

a thermal-protective shell (38), a curler handle (42), a rotating member (40) and a heated tube (39) wherein the handle is connected to the rotating member (40), and a hair retaining slot (45) is for placing hair on the thermal-protective shell;
wherein the thermal-protective shell comprises an outer thermal-protective shell (1) and an inner thermal-protective shell (2), which hair slot is set on the thermal-protective shell, guiding the hair naturally on the suitable place, associated with the handle through a thermal insulation ring (16); and the Insulation effect is better because of the inner thermal-protective shell covered by the outer thermal-protective shell (double shells construction);
wherein the rotating member (40) includes a hair hook (Y type 12), hair taps (46) and a rotating support (15); and the rotating member (40) is designed for easier gathering more hair volume and pressing the hair onto heated tube through the hair hook (Y type 12) and the hair taps (46);
wherein the hair hook (Y type 12) is formed by an arc surface, bending a funnel-shaped plane upwards and downwards, the funnel-shaped is divided into an upper section and a lower section, and the side of the upper section is directed by the center of the circle, and the side of the lower section is formed by an arc with a center outward; and
wherein the handle comprises a PCBA, left and right buttons, a power button and a turn tail.

2. The automatic curler of claim 1, wherein the rotating member (40) is configured in the thermal-protective shell (38).

3. The automatic curler of claim 1, wherein the heated tube (39) is configured in the thermal-protective shell (38).

4. The automatic hair curler of claim 1, wherein the hair hook is Y-type, designed as the branch of a Y-type and wherein the hair guidance hook opens bidirectionally to form a gathering arc and the branch opens bidirectionally to form an entrance.

5. The automatic curler of claim 1, wherein the thermal-protective shell (38) is equipped a hair retaining slot (45) for placing hair therein.

6. The automatic curler of claim 1, wherein the handle includes surface design, a turn tail, and control buttons.

7. The automatic curler of claim 2, wherein there is more than one hair tap setting on an upper portion of the rotating support (15) and distributed around the heating element evenly.

8. The automatic curler of claim 3, wherein the hair retaining slot (45) includes a front hair retaining slot (45) and a back hair retaining slot (45) setting on a center of thermal-protective shell (38)

9. The automatic curler of claim 6, including left/right buttons (28) and a power button (31) on a handle surface.

10. The automatic curler of claim 6, wherein the turn tail (44) is connected at a bottom of handle.

11. The automatic curler of claim 6, wherein the handle is suitable for a human head shape and a bottom of the lower handle near a swivel is raised to form a hand arc.
