Abstract

A foldable sleeper sofa with high feet comprises a sofa body, a sofa bed frame and a reinforcing cross rod, which are connected together to form a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet. The two ends of the reinforcing cross rod are connected with two sides of the sofa bed frame, and the reinforcing cross rod is provided below the head part of the sofa bed frame or the neck. The sofa bed frame comprises a headrest rod, a bed frame rod, a first connecting rod assembly, a second connecting rod assembly, and a rod combination assembly. The headrest rod is rotatably connected to the bed frame rod on both sides, and the first connecting rod assembly and the second connecting rod assembly are located under the bed frame tube. The rod combination assembly is composed of multiple rods, each of which is detachably connected to the bed frame rod.

FILED OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a sofa bed, in particular to a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet.

BACK GROUND OF THE INVENTION

Emphasizes storage and comfort in modern living environments. In some densely populated cities and countries, storage and organization are no longer limited to just daily appliances. What's more, because some living environments are not very abundant now, the living area is very compact. As a result, people usually arrange their living environment better in a limited space. The bed is one of the essential household items in people's home life. However, the bed usually has a large floor area and often occupies a considerable amount of living space.

In order to improve the reasonable use area, people improved the use of the bed to obtain a larger space for activities. Therefore, the sofa bed industry is born from this; the traditional sofa bed has a poor tension effect, it is difficult to ensure the overall comfort of the sofa, and it may affect the use of the bed frame. To solve this problem, wooden bars or iron meshes are used. However, the cost is increased, the product weight is increased, and the feeling of the traditional sofa bed is not in comfort.

In addition, the traditional folding sofa bed occupies a large space in transportation, after disassembly and transportation the subsequent assembly will be a complicated process, that costs time with low work efficiency.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet, which has a simple structure and is convenient to use.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention is implemented as follows:

A foldable sleeper sofa with high feet comprises a sofa body, a sofa bed frame and a reinforcing cross rod. The sofa body and the sofa bed frame are connected together to form a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet. The reinforcing cross rod is arranged below the head part of the sofa bed frame or the neck of a laying human body.

The sofa bed frame includes a headrest rod, a bed frame rod, a first connecting rod assembly, a second connecting rod assembly and a rod combination assembly. Two sides of the headrest rod are respectively connected with the bed frame rods in rotatable connection. The first connecting rod assembly and the second connecting rod assembly are respectively disposed under the bed frame rods. The rod combination assembly is composed of a plurality of short rods, each one of the short rods is detachably connected to other one.

A riveting plate is provided at a bottom of the first connecting rod assembly and a bottom of the bottom mounting plate, the riveting plate is a connection place for a swivel point after being folded, a first connecting rod is connected to the bottom mounting plate, a lower end of the first connecting rod is connected to a lower end of a limit plate for changing the limit position after being folded. The second connecting rod assembly is the same as the first connecting rod assembly.

The rod combination assembly and the bed frame rod are respectively connected by a male female connection or a screw connection.

The bed frame rod comprises a plurality of short rods, the short rod has a male end or a female end, an internal diameter of the female end is greater than the external diameter of the male end, and the male end is inserted into the female end.

The male end is provided on the short rod by welding or stamping, and the outer diameter of the male end is smaller than the outer diameter of the short rod.

The male end is formed by shrinking the tube at one end.

The male end of the short rod is fixed by screws after being inserted into the female end.

Two ends of the reinforcing cross rod are respectively connected with the bed frame rods on both sides.

The sofa bed frame is provided with a sofa bed fabric assemble, the sofa bed fabric assembly comprises a sofa bed fabric, a sleeve area and a cross bar. The sofa bed fabric is tiled on the entire sofa bed frame, a middle part of the sofa bed fabric is a fold, and a lower part of the fold is S-shaped to form a sleeve area, the cross bar is arranged in the sleeve area, a width of the sleeve area is larger than a diameter of the cross bar. The sleeve area is rotated with the crossbar as a center to achieve tightness of the sofa bed fabric during folding the sofa bed fabric.

The invention has the beneficial effects of solving the problems of large space occupation during transportation and difficult assembly, saving manpower and time. The sofa bed fabric always maintains a good tension effect regardless of the state of the sofa iron frame, so as to maintain the sofa comfort. By placing the reinforcing cross rod below the neck of human body, the comfort during sleep is increased, and the product quality is improved.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet comprises a sofa body, a sofa bed frame, and a reinforcing cross rod (7). The sofa body and the sofa bed frame are connected together to form a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet. The two ends of the reinforcing cross rod (7) are connected with of the sofa bed frame respectively, the reinforcing cross rod is provided at a location where is below the head part of the sofa bed frame or the neck of a sleeping human body. The purpose of moving the reinforcing cross rod (7) backwards mainly considers the consumer's feelings in actual use. The improvement can greatly improve the consumer's comfort during use. Sleeping comfortably, the quality of sleep will be improved, and people will be healthier. There are many ways to connect the reinforcing cross rod with the bed frame rods, such as welding, screw connection, KD plug-in, etc.

In the foldable sleeper sofa with high feet, the height of the sofa feet is 12.5 cm, the sofa feet are located in the lower part of the sofa body. A riveting plate (22) is provided under the mounting plate (21) of the first connecting rod assembly (1) as a connection place of the swivel point after being folded. The first connecting rod (23) is connected with the mounting plate (21), the end of the first connecting rod (23) is connected with the end of the position limiting plate (24) for changing the limit position after being folded. The second connecting rod assembly (2) is the same as the first connecting rod assembly (1).

The high-foot design is different from the traditional sofa bed design, it makes the sofa bed more stylish and generous, and at the same time allows consumers to clean more easily, or let a sweeping robot to access for cleaning. In the conventional iron frame the maximum height of the sofa feet is generally only 6.5 cm, if the height is increased, the internal iron frame will be exposed. The newly designed high feet can be raised to 12.5 cm while ensuring that the internal iron frame will not be exposed. The overall height of the internal iron frame is convenient for cleaning. Although the installation dimensions are increased compared to conventional internal iron frames, the structure of the present invention ensures that the dimensions of the sofa and the state of the bed after opening are unchanged.

The definition of high feet is to realize that the folding sofa bed as a folding sofa has higher feet without exposing the internal iron bed frame. The internal iron bed frame of the conventional sofa bed is relatively close to the ground after the bed frame is folded. In order to hide the internal iron bed frame in the folded state the feet must be made as short as possible, that causes the appearance not beautiful and the inconvenient for cleaning work.

As shown in FIG. 3, the sofa bed frame includes a headrest rod (5), a bed frame rod (6), a first connecting rod assembly (1), a second connecting rod assembly (2), and a rod combination assembly (3). Both sides of the headrest rod (5) are connected with the bed frame rod (6) in returnable connection respectively. The first connecting rod assembly (1) and the second connecting rod assembly (2) are respectively located under the bed frame tube (6). The first connecting rod assembly (1) and the second connecting rod assembly (2) are symmetrical to each other. The rod combination assembly (3) is composed of a plurality of short rods, each short rod is removable connected with the bed frame rod 6.

The above-mentioned assembly structure may be used for a two-fold sofa bed or a three-fold sofa bed. The specific structure and shape of the first connecting rod assembly and the second connecting rod assembly are different according to the functions implemented by the sofa bed, and the shape and quantity of short rods may be different. The present invention is applicable to sofa beds with different structures and different functions.

The rod combination assembly (3) and the bed frame rod (6) are composed by a plurality of short rods, which are connected by a male-female connection or a screw connection.

The bed frame rod (6) are composed by a plurality of short rods, one short rod is docked with another short rod to be combined as the bed frame rod 6. The short rod has a male end (11) or a female end (31). The internal diameter of the female end is larger than the external diameter of the male end, and the male end is inserted into the female end.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, it is the first embodiment. The male end is an “8” shaped part. By controlling the outer diameter of the male end, the tightness between the male end and the female end can be adjusted. The male end is inserted into the female end and fixed by a screw 4.

As shown in FIG. 6, it is the second embodiment. The short rod has a male end 11′ or a female end 31′, the female end 31′ has an inner diameter larger than that of the male end 11′, so that the male end 11′ can be inserted into the female end 31′.

Third embodiment, the end part is welded to the short rod. The outer diameter of the male end is smaller than the outer diameter of the short rod; the male end is inserted into the female end and fixed by screws.

The connection between the short rods is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the sofa bed frame is provided with a sofa bed fabric assembly. The sofa bed fabric assembly includes a sofa bed fabric (8), a sleeve area (9) and a cross bar (10). The sofa bed fabric (8) is tiled on the entire sofa bed frame. The middle part of the sofa bed fabric (8) is a fold, the lower part of the fold is an S-shape to form a sleeve area (9). The cross bar (10) is arranged in the sleeve area (9) and fixed on both sides of the sofa bed frame. The width of the sleeve area (9) is larger than the diameter of the crossbar (10). The sleeve area (9) is rotated with the crossbar (10) as the center to achieve tightness of the sofa bed fabric (8) during folding the sofa bed fabric (8). The sofa bed fabric (8) is made of breathable cloth or Oxford cloth.

Further, the two ends of the reinforcing cross rod are respectively connected with the bed frame rods. The reinforcing cross rod is provided on the back of the human body normally. When the weight of the sofa bed is lighten, the iron meshes on the sofa bed frame is changed to a sofa bed fabric. If the reinforcing cross rod is located on the back of the human body, it will directly cause back discomfort. Set the reinforcing cross rod below the neck and avoid direct contact the human body, thereby the sleeping comfort is improved. There are various connection methods, which can be welded or connected with screws. The cross-section size of the reinforcing cross rod can be changed as required.

1. A foldable sleeper sofa with high feet comprising:

a sofa body, a sofa bed frame and a reinforcing cross rod, the sofa body, the sofa bed frame and the reinforcing cross rod are connected together to form a foldable sleeper sofa with high feet, two sides of the reinforcing cross rod are connected with two sides of the sofa bed frame, wherein the reinforcing cross rod is provided below a head part of the sofa bed frame or a neck of a laying human body.

2. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 1, wherein sofa feet are under the sofa body and a height of sofa feet is 10-14 cm.

The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 2, wherein the sofa bed frame comprises a headrest rod, a bed frame rod, a first connecting rod assembly, a second connecting rod assembly and a rod combination assembly, two ends of the headrest rod are connected to the bed frame rods in returnable connection, the first and second connecting assemblies are respectively arranged under the bed frame rods, the rod combination assembly is composed of a plurality of short rods, each short rod is connected to the bed frame removably.

The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 3, wherein a riveting plate is provided at a bottom of the first connecting rod assembly and a bottom of the bottom mounting plate, the riveting plate is a connection place for a swivel point after being folded, a first connecting rod is connected to the bottom mounting plate. The a lower end of the first connecting rod is connected to a lower end of a limit plate for changing the limit position after being folded, the second connecting rod assembly is the same as the first connecting rod assembly.

5. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 3, wherein the rod combination assembly and the bed frame rod are respectively connected by a form of a male-female connection or a screw connection.

The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 4, wherein the bed frame rod comprises a plurality of short rods, the short rod has a male end or a female end, an internal diameter of the female end is greater than the external diameter of the male end, and the male end is inserted into the female end.

7. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 6, wherein the male end is provided on the short rod by welding or stamping and the outer diameter of the male end is smaller than the outer diameter of the short rod.

8. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 6, wherein the male end is formed by shrinking the rod at one end.

9. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 7, wherein the male end is fixed by screws after being inserted into the female end.

10. The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claims 2, wherein two ends of the reinforcing cross rod are respectively connected with the bed frame rods on both sides.

The foldable sleeper sofa with high feet according to claim 1, wherein the sofa bed frame is provided with a sofa bed fabric assemble, the sofa bed fabric assembly comprises a sofa bed fabric, a sleeve area and a cross bar, the sofa bed fabric is tiled on the entire sofa bed frame, a middle part of the sofa bed fabric is a fold, and a lower part of the fold is S-shaped to form a sleeve area, the cross bar is arranged in the sleeve area, a width of the sleeve area is larger than a diameter of the cross bar, the sleeve area is rotated with the cross bar as a center to achieve tightness of the sofa bed fabric during folding the sofa bed fabric.
