A hand fixation band includes a fastening band, a damping element and a sliding arm. The fastening band has a main portion, and a connecting portion protruded outward from one end of the main portion. A free end of the connecting portion protrudes downward to form a first protruding portion. The damping element is assembled to the fastening band. A top surface of an inner side of the damping element is recessed downward to form a first recess. A bottom surface of the damping element is recessed upward to form a second recess. The first protruding portion is assembled in the first recess. The sliding arm is connected with the fastening band and the damping element. One end of the sliding arm protrudes upward to form a second protruding portion. The second protruding portion is assembled in the second recess.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

The present application is based on, and claims priority from, China Patent Application No. 201920673437.X, filed May 13, 2019, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention generally relates to a hand fixation band, and more particularly to a hand fixation band having a stable pivot portion.

2. The Related Art

A conventional hand fixation band is assembled to a rocker. The conventional hand fixation band includes a fastening band, a damping element and a sliding arm. The damping element is assembled between the fastening band and the sliding arm to form a pivot portion which is pivotal and fixed in place.

However, after the pivot portion of the conventional hand fixation band pivots for many times, the damping element will be deformed to be exposed outside on account of an friction affection. Thus an appearance and a function of the pivot portion of the conventional hand fixation band are affected.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, an innovative hand fixation band is essential to be provided, the innovative hand fixation band has a stable pivot portion, and the hand fixation band keeps a normal function and a normal appearance under a long time use of the hand fixation band.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide a hand fixation band assembled to a rocker. The hand fixation band includes a fastening band, a damping element and a sliding arm. The fastening band has a main portion, and a connecting portion protruded outward from one end of the main portion. A free end of the connecting portion protrudes downward to form a first protruding portion. The damping element is assembled to the fastening band. A top surface of an inner side of the damping element is recessed downward to form a first recess. The first recess is disposed corresponding to the first protruding portion. A bottom surface of the damping element is recessed upward to form a second recess. The first protruding portion is assembled in the first recess. The sliding arm is connected with the fastening band and the damping element. One end of the sliding arm protrudes upward to form a second protruding portion. The second protruding portion is disposed corresponding to the second recess. The second protruding portion is assembled in the second recess. The sliding arm, the damping element and the fastening band are sequentially arranged along an up-down direction.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a hand fixation band. The hand fixation band includes a fastening band, a damping element and a sliding arm. The fastening band has a main portion, and a connecting portion protruded outward from one end of the main portion. A free end of the connecting portion is recessed upward to form a first limiting slot. The damping element is assembled to the fastening band. A top surface of an inner side of the damping element protrudes upward to form a first limiting block. The first limiting block is disposed corresponding to the first limiting slot. The first limiting block is limited in the first limiting slot. The bottom surface of the damping element protrudes downward to form a second limiting block. The sliding arm is connected with the fastening band and the damping element. One end of the sliding arm is recessed downward to form a second limiting slot. The second limiting block is limited in the second limiting slot. The sliding arm, the damping element and the fastening band are sequentially arranged along an up-down direction.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a hand fixation band. The hand fixation band includes a fastening band, a damping element, a sliding arm and a fixing assembly. The fastening band has a main portion, and a connecting portion protruded outward from one end of the main portion. A free end of the connecting portion protrudes downward to form a first protruding portion. The damping element is assembled to the fastening band. A top surface of an inner side of the damping element is recessed downward to form a first recess. The first recess is disposed corresponding to the first protruding portion. A bottom surface of the damping element is recessed upward to form a second recess. The first protruding portion is assembled in the first recess. The sliding arm is connected with the fastening band and the damping element. One end of the sliding arm protrudes upward to form a second protruding portion. The second protruding portion is disposed corresponding to the second recess. The second protruding portion is assembled in the second recess. The fixing assembly is fastened between the sliding arm and the fastening band. The sliding arm is connected with the fastening band by the fixing assembly to form a stable pivot portion so as to make the fastening band movable with respect to the sliding arm.

As described above, the first protruding portion of the fastening band and the second protruding portion of the sliding arm are assembled in the first recess and the second recess respectively to form a fastening structure, after multiple pivot rotations are generated between the fastening band and the sliding arm, the damping element will be without being deformed or shifted. As a result, the hand fixation band still keeps a normal function and a normal appearance under a long time use of the hand fixation band. Furthermore, the sliding arm is connected with the fastening band by the fixing assembly to form a stable pivot portion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a hand fixation band 100 in accordance with a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. The hand fixation band 100 is assembled to a rocker (not shown). The hand fixation band 100 includes a fastening band 1, a damping element 2, a sliding arm 3 and a fixing assembly 4. The hand fixation band 100 is flexible. The sliding arm 3, the damping element 2 together with the fixing assembly 4, and the fastening band 1 are sequentially arranged along an up-down direction.

The fastening band 1 has a main portion 101 of an arc shape, and a connecting portion 11 protruded outward from a middle of one end of the main portion 101. A middle of a free end of the connecting portion 11 opens a first fastening hole 111. The middle of the free end of the connecting portion 11 protrudes downward to form a ring-shaped first protruding portion 112. The first protruding portion 112 is located under a bottom surface of a peripheral wall of the first fastening hole 111. The first protruding portion 112 surrounds an inner portion of the peripheral wall of the first fastening hole 111. Specifically, the first protruding portion 112 surrounds a middle of an inner peripheral wall of the first fastening hole 111.

The damping element 2 is assembled to and located under the fastening band 1. Specifically, a material of the damping element 2 is rubber. A middle of the damping element 2 opens a second fastening hole 21. The second fastening hole 21 is disposed corresponding to the first fastening hole 111. A top surface of an inner side of the damping element 2 is recessed downward to form a first recess 22. The first recess 22 surrounds an inner portion of a peripheral wall of the second fastening hole 21. The first recess 22 is disposed corresponding to the first protruding portion 112. A middle of a bottom surface of the damping element 2 is recessed upward to form a second recess 23. Specifically, the first recess 22 and the second recess 23 are of ring shapes. The second recess 23 is located under the first recess 22. A position of the second recess 23 is incompletely corresponding to a position of the first recess 22. An outer diameter of the second recess 23 is larger than an outer diameter of the first recess 22. An inner diameter of the second recess 23 is larger than the outer diameter of the first recess 22.

The sliding arm 3 is connected with the fastening band 1 and the damping element 2. A middle of one end of the sliding arm 3 opens a third fastening hole 31. The third fastening hole 31 is disposed corresponding to the first fastening hole 111 and the second fastening hole 21. The middle of the one end of the sliding arm 3 protrudes upward to form a ring-shaped second protruding portion 32. The second protruding portion 32 is located on a top surface of a peripheral wall of the third fastening hole 31. The second protruding portion 32 surrounds an inner portion of the peripheral wall of the third fastening hole 31. The second protruding portion 32 is disposed corresponding to the second recess 23. Specifically, the first protruding portion 112 and the second protruding portion 32 are annular convex blocks protruded towards opposite directions. A middle of the other end of the sliding arm 3 opens at least one long and narrow external connecting hole 33. The external connecting hole 33 is used for connecting with the rocker.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the fixing assembly 4 includes an upper fixing element 41, and a lower fixing element 42 fixed with and matched with the upper fixing element 41. The upper fixing element 41 has a circular upper base portion 401, and an upper fastening pillar 411 protruded downward from a middle of a bottom surface of the upper base portion 401. The lower fixing element 42 has a circular lower base portion 402, and a lower fastening pillar 421 protruded upward from a middle of a top surface of the lower base portion 402. A middle of the lower fixing element 42 opens a fixing groove 422 extending vertically, and penetrating through a top surface of the lower fastening pillar 421 and a bottom surface of the lower base portion 402. The fixing groove 422 is disposed corresponding to the upper fastening pillar 411.

Specifically, the fixing assembly 4 is a rivet assembly. When the hand fixation band 100 is assembled, the first protruding portion 112 is assembled in the first recess 22. The second protruding portion 32 is assembled in the second recess 23. At the moment, the first fastening hole 111, the second fastening hole 21 and the third fastening hole 31 are communicated with one another. The lower fixing element 42 passes upward through the first fastening hole 111, the second fastening hole 21 and the third fastening hole 31. The upper fastening pillar 411 of the fixing assembly 4 is assembled in the fixing groove 422, so that the upper fixing element 41 and the lower fixing element 42 are fixed with each other, and correspondingly the fastening band 1, the damping element 2 and the sliding arm 3 are combined by the fixing assembly 4.

When the hand fixation band 100 of the rocker is held by a user, the fastening band 1 surrounds a hand of the user to make the hand of the user hold the rocker stably. The sliding arm 3 is connected with the fastening band 1 and the rocker. The sliding arm 3 is connected with the fastening band 1 by the fixing assembly 4 to form a stable pivot portion 60 so as to make the fastening band 1 movable with respect to the sliding arm 3. The fixing assembly 4 is fastened between the sliding arm 3 and the fastening band 1. The hand fixation band 100 is appropriate for each of hand shapes of different users by virtue of adjusting a position of the fastening band 1 of the hand fixation band 100. So when the user adjusts the position of the fastening band 1 of the hand fixation band 100, the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3 will generate a pivot rotation by means of a pivoting combination 403 of the fixing assembly 4 pivotally connected between the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3. The pivoting combination 403 of the fixing assembly 4 includes the lower fastening pillar 421 and the upper fastening pillar 411. In the first preferred embodiment, the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3 will generate the pivot rotation by means of the upper fastening pillar 411 and the lower fastening pillar 421 of the fixing assembly 4. At the moment, the damping element 2 is disposed between the connecting portion 11 of the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3 is capable of providing a static friction force and a kinetic friction force.

The static friction force is capable of making the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3 complete a location after generating the pivot rotation between the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3. When the user adjusts a position of the fastening band 1, the kinetic friction force will be without affecting the pivot rotation between the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3. The first protruding portion 112 of the fastening band 1 and the second protruding portion 32 of the sliding arm 3 are assembled in the first recess 22 and the second recess 23, respectively to form a fastening structure 50, so after multiple pivot rotations are generated between the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3, the damping element 2 will be without being deformed or shifted, and correspondingly the hand fixation band 100 still keeps a normal function and a normal appearance of the hand fixation band 100 under a long time use of the hand fixation band 100.

The hand fixation band 100 dispose the first protruding portion 112 of the fastening band 1 and the second protruding portion 32 of the sliding arm 3 to the damping element 2, the first recess 22 is disposed to the fastening band 1 and corresponding to the first protruding portion 112, and the second recess 23 is disposed to the sliding arm 3 and corresponding to the second protruding portion 32, so that an effect of the hand fixation band 100 keeping the normal function and the normal appearance under the long time use of the hand fixation band 100.

With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, a hand fixation band 100 in accordance with a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. Differences between the hand fixation band 100 in accordance with the first preferred embodiment and the hand fixation band 100 in accordance with the second preferred embodiment are described as follows. The middle of the free end of the connecting portion 11 is recessed upward to form a ring-shaped first limiting slot 113. The first limiting slot 113 is located under the bottom surface of the peripheral wall of the first fastening hole 111. The first limiting slot 113 surrounds the inner portion of the peripheral wall of the first fastening hole 111. Specifically, the first limiting slot 113 surrounds the first fastening hole 111.

The top surface of the inner side of the damping element 2 protrudes upward to form a first limiting block 24. The first limiting block 24 surrounds the inner portion of the peripheral wall of the second fastening hole 21. The first limiting block 24 is disposed corresponding to the first limiting slot 113. The middle of the bottom surface of the damping element 2 protrudes downward to form a second limiting block 25. The middle of the one end of the sliding arm 3 is recessed downward to form a ring-shaped second limiting slot 32. The second limiting slot 32 surrounds the third fastening hole 31. Specifically, the first limiting block 24 and the second limiting block 25 are the annular convex blocks. The first limiting slot 113 and the second limiting slot 32 are of ring shapes. The second limiting block 25 is located under the first limiting block 24. A position of the second limiting block 25 is incompletely corresponding to a position of the first limiting block 24. An outer diameter of the second limiting block 25 is larger than an outer diameter of the first limiting block 24. An inner diameter of the second limiting block 25 is larger than the outer diameter of the first limiting block 24. The first limiting block 24 is limited in the first limiting slot 113. The second limiting block 25 is limited in the second limiting slot 32.

As described above, the first protruding portion 112 of the fastening band 1 and the second protruding portion 32 of the sliding arm 3 are assembled in the first recess 22 and the second recess 23 respectively to form the fastening structure 50, after the multiple pivot rotations are generated between the fastening band 1 and the sliding arm 3, the damping element 2 will be without being deformed or shifted. As a result, the hand fixation band 100 still keeps the normal function and the normal appearance under the long time use of the hand fixation band 100.

Claims

1. A hand fixation band assembled to a rocker, comprising:

a fastening band having a main portion, and a connecting portion protruded outward from one end of the main portion, a free end of the connecting portion protruding downward to form a first protruding portion;
a damping element assembled to the fastening band, a top surface of an inner side of the damping element being recessed downward to form a first recess, the first recess being disposed corresponding to the first protruding portion, a bottom surface of the damping element being recessed upward to form a second recess, the first protruding portion being assembled in the first recess; and
a sliding arm connected with the fastening band and the damping element, one end of the sliding arm protruding upward to form a second protruding portion, the second protruding portion being disposed corresponding to the second recess, the second protruding portion being assembled in the second recess,
wherein the sliding arm, the damping element and the fastening band are sequentially arranged along an up-down direction.

2. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion are annular convex blocks protruded towards opposite directions, the first recess and the second recess are of ring shapes.

3. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 2, wherein an outer diameter of the second recess is larger than an outer diameter of the first recess.

4. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 2, wherein an inner diameter of the second recess is larger than an outer diameter of the first recess.

The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting portion opens a first fastening hole, the first protruding portion surrounds an inner portion of a peripheral wall of the first fastening hole, the damping element opens a second fastening hole, the sliding arm opens a third fastening hole, the third fastening hole is disposed corresponding to the first fastening hole and the second fastening hole, the first fastening hole, the second fastening hole and the third fastening hole are communicated with one another, the second protruding portion surrounds an inner portion of a peripheral wall of the third fastening hole.

The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a fixing assembly fastened between the sliding arm and the fastening band, the fixing assembly including an upper fixing element and a lower fixing element, the upper fixing element having an upper base portion, and an upper fastening pillar protruded downward from a bottom surface of the upper base portion, the lower fixing element having a lower base portion, and a lower fastening pillar protruded upward from a top surface of the lower base portion, the lower fixing element opening a fixing groove extending vertically, and penetrating through a top surface of the lower fastening pillar and a bottom surface of the lower base portion, the fixing groove being disposed corresponding to the upper fastening pillar, the lower fixing element passing upward through the first fastening hole, the second fastening hole and the third fastening hole, the upper fastening pillar being assembled in the fixing groove, the upper fixing element and the lower fixing element being fixed with each other, and correspondingly the fastening band, the damping element and the sliding arm being combined by the fixing assembly.

7. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 1, wherein the damping element is disposed between the connecting portion of the fastening band and the sliding arm.

8. A hand fixation band assembled to a rocker, comprising:

a fastening band having a main portion, and a connecting portion protruded outward from one end of the main portion, a free end of the connecting portion being recessed upward to form a first limiting slot;
a damping element assembled to the fastening band, a top surface of an inner side of the damping element protruding upward to form a first limiting block, the first limiting block being disposed corresponding to the first limiting slot, the first limiting block being limited in the first limiting slot, the bottom surface of the damping element protruding downward to form a second limiting block; and
a sliding arm connected with the fastening band and the damping element, one end of the sliding arm being recessed downward to form a second limiting slot, the second limiting block being limited in the second limiting slot,
wherein the sliding arm, the damping element and the fastening band are sequentially arranged along an up-down direction.

9. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first limiting block and the second limiting block are annular convex blocks, the first limiting slot and the second limiting slot are of ring shapes.

10. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 9, wherein an outer diameter of the second limiting block is larger than an outer diameter of the first limiting block.

11. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 9, wherein an inner diameter of the second limiting block is larger than the outer diameter of the first limiting block.

12. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 8, wherein the connecting portion opens a first fastening hole, the first limiting slot surrounds the first fastening hole, the damping element opens a second fastening hole, the sliding arm opens a third fastening hole, the third fastening hole is disposed corresponding to the first fastening hole and the second fastening hole, the first fastening hole, the second fastening hole and the third fastening hole are communicated with one another, the second limiting slot surrounds the third fastening hole.

13. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 12, further comprising a fixing assembly fastened between the sliding arm and the fastening band, the fixing assembly including an upper fixing element and a lower fixing element, the upper fixing element having an upper base portion, and an upper fastening pillar protruded downward from a bottom surface of the upper base portion, the lower fixing element having a lower base portion, and a lower fastening pillar protruded upward from a top surface of the lower base portion, the lower fixing element opening a fixing groove extending vertically, and penetrating through a top surface of the lower fastening pillar and a bottom surface of the lower base portion, the fixing groove being disposed corresponding to the upper fastening pillar, the lower fixing element passing upward through the first fastening hole, the second fastening hole and the third fastening hole, the upper fastening pillar being assembled in the fixing groove, the upper fixing element and the lower fixing element being fixed with each other, and correspondingly the fastening band, the damping element and the sliding arm being combined by the fixing assembly.

14. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 8, wherein the damping element is disposed between the connecting portion of the fastening band and the sliding arm.

15. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 8, wherein the hand fixation band is flexible.

16. A hand fixation band, comprising:

a fastening band having a main portion, and a connecting portion protruded outward from one end of the main portion, a free end of the connecting portion protruding downward to form a first protruding portion;
a damping element assembled to the fastening band, a top surface of an inner side of the damping element being recessed downward to form a first recess, the first recess being disposed corresponding to the first protruding portion, a bottom surface of the damping element being recessed upward to form a second recess, the first protruding portion being assembled in the first recess;
a sliding arm connected with the fastening band and the damping element, one end of the sliding arm protruding upward to form a second protruding portion, the second protruding portion being disposed corresponding to the second recess, the second protruding portion being assembled in the second recess; and
a fixing assembly fastened between the sliding arm and the fastening band, the sliding arm being connected with the fastening band by the fixing assembly to form a stable pivot portion so as to make the fastening band movable with respect to the sliding arm.

17. The hand fixation band as claimed in claim 16, further comprising a fixing assembly which includes an upper fixing element and a lower fixing element, the upper fixing element having an upper base portion, and an upper fastening pillar protruded downward from a bottom surface of the upper base portion, the lower fixing element having a lower base portion, and a lower fastening pillar protruded upward from a top surface of the lower base portion, the lower fixing element opening a fixing groove extending vertically, and penetrating through a top surface of the lower fastening pillar and a bottom surface of the lower base portion, the fixing groove being disposed corresponding to the upper fastening pillar, the lower fixing element passing upward through the first fastening hole, the second fastening hole and the third fastening hole, the upper fastening pillar being assembled in the fixing groove, the upper fixing element and the lower fixing element being fixed with each other, and correspondingly the fastening band, the damping element and the sliding arm being combined by the fixing assembly.
