The present invention is related to a functional panties include, a space for accommodating the penis and the scrotum is formed separately above and below a center of an central opening, and a scrotum insertion space to form forwardly the lower end of the protective fabric to allow a scrotum being inserted into the scrotum insertion space, thereby minimizing the contact between the penis and the scrotum.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No: 10-2019-00799252, filed on Jul. 3, 2019, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosures of which are incorporated herein in their entireties by references.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a functional panties, and more specifically, to form spaces for accommodating the penis and the scrotum separately above and below a central opening. In addition, a lower end of the protective fabric forming a scrotum receiving space protrudes forward so that a separate scrotum insertion space is further formed in a scrotum receiving space. Thus, functional panties that minimize a contact between the penis and the scrotum.

BACKGROUND

As is well known, men's panties are provided in a triangular or square shape, and are made of a material that is soft and excellent in texture that can prevent contamination of the skin due to the characteristics of contact with the body. In particular, in the case of the scrotum (or testicle) constituting the male genitals, unlike the penis, it is known that sperm is not only vigorous at a temperature of about 1 to 3° C. lower than body temperature, but also has a strong sexual desire and sexual function.

In addition, in the case of the scrotum, the possibility of contact with external air is lowered by wearing the panties, and it is often maintained in a wet state due to the characteristics of the breathless panties. Due to this, a dampness may be generated, which may cause various skin diseases, and may cause odor.

In order to solve the above problems, in recent years, various types of functional panties have been developed and released, but most of the components have ceramics in which far-infrared rays are emitted are provided where the penis is located or are provided in the area where the scrotum contacts.

With this configuration, it is intended to activate the scrotum and penis through the release of far-infrared rays, thereby excluding the cause of the dampness and preventing skin diseases while removing odor while contributing to the improvement of sexual function.

However, in this case, there may be some effects due to the emission of far infrared rays in the initial stage, but since the emission of far infrared rays decreases or is not often released due to frequent washing, etc. Thus, it is only a temporary measure, so it is not helping to solve the underlying problem.

On the other hand, Korean utility model publication No. 20-0386466, functional men's panties is disclosed that allow scrotum removing moisture by air circulation through contact with external air, removing the cause of skin diseases, and removing odors, as well as to improve sexual function while removing odor.

According to the related art, a panties body is provided with an entrance so that it can respond to various bodies by adding elastic means such as rubber bands to the upper part, a pair of leg openings are formed to insert legs on lower both sides of the panties body, a penis pocket is formed to protrude so that the penis can be positioned at the central position of the panties body, the penis pocket is composed of burlap having excellent breathability and a rough texture, the upper part of the burlap where the penis of the genital is located comprises a cover made of fabric paper, and only the lower part of the burlap where the scrotum is located is left open.

The related art of such a structure is useful in its own way in that it can remove an odor while preventing skin diseases by excluding the cause of the dampness.

However, the related art as described above may perform a unique function of burlap in the summer season when the outside temperature is high due to its characteristics. In the spring and winter when the outside temperature is low, the cause of damage to the body is provided due to a phenomenon such as a broken burlap. In addition, since the penis pocket is protruding to the outside, there are several problems, such as the appearance of the family being poor due to the protruding penis pocket when wearing only panties in the home.

In particular, the related art is said to separate the penis separately to prevent contact with the skin, the penis and scrotum that make up the genitals are not separated, but are stored together in one genital pouch, so the penis and the scrotum must contact each other, this results in problems such as loss of the function of the genital pouch, i.e., due to continued contact between the scrotum and the penis, the occurrence of the dampness and/or various skin diseases.

INVENTION DISCLOSURE Technical Problem to be Solved

Therefore, aspect(s) of the present invention for solving the above-described problem provide a functional panties, which include respective spaces for accommodating the penis and scrotum separately above and below the center of the opening in the center thereof, thereby providing a functional panties capable of preventing a contact between the penis and the scrotum.

Another technical problem to be solved by aspect(s) of the present invention is to allow the lower part of the protective fabric forming the scrotum receiving space to be formed protrude, so that a separate scrotum insertion space is further formed in the scrotum receiving space. Thus, functional panties may provide minimizing contact between the scrotum and the penis if the penis is accommodated into the scrotum receiving space during the activity.

DESCRIPTIONS OF THE INVENTION

An aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object provides functional men's panties including a panties' body made of fabric material.

A protective fabric is attached by sewn along an outer boundaries thereof while being covered with the central portion of the inner surface of front of the panties body, thereby a space is formed on the inner surface of the panties body, i.e., the space is formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the front of the panties according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

An opening is formed in the central portion of the protective fabric according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

It is understood that the opening may be formed before the protective fabric is attached to the panties body according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

In addition, an elastic band is attached on the outer circumferential surface of the opening by a sewing method according to an aspect of the present invention.

However, it is not limited thereto.

A penis receiving space is formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body above the opening and a scrotum receiving space is formed below the opening between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body according to aspect(s) of the present invention. That is, the opening is located between the penis receiving space and the scrotum receiving space according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

The lower end of the protective fabric forming the scrotum receiving space is configured to protrude so that the scrotum insertion space is further formed on the inner surface of the lower end of the protective fabric according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

According to an aspect of the present invention, functional men's panties may include: a panties body; a protective fabric attached by being sewn along the outer surface of inner surface cover a central portion of an inner surface of a front side of the panties body along the outer surface configured to form a space on the inner surface of the front side of the panties body; an opening formed in the central portion of the protective fabric, thereby a penis receiving space being formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body above the opening and a scrotum receiving space being formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body below the opening; and a scrotum insertion space formed protruded at the inner surface of the lower end portion of the protective fabric.

It is preferable that the width of the lower end of the protective fabric is cut wider than the width of the upper end of the protective fabric according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

Effects of the Invention

According to aspect(s) of the present invention, a functional panties including spaces for receiving the penis and scrotum separately above and below the inner surface of the panties body around the central opening to prevent contact between the penis and the scrotum.

In addition, the lower part of the protective fabric of the scrotum receiving space formed protruded forward, thereby forming a separate scrotum insertion space.

Accordingly, during an activity, the scrotum is accommodated into the scrotum insertion space even if the penis accommodated into the scrotum receiving space.

Thus, by minimizing a contact between the penis and the scrotum it has the effect of preventing problems such as the occurrence of dampness and various skin diseases due to a continuous contact between the scrotum and the penis during hot summer activities.

 EMBODIMENTS OF INVENTION

Exemplary embodiments are described more fully hereinafter. The invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the exemplary embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these exemplary embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art. In the description, details of features and techniques may be omitted to more clearly disclose exemplary embodiments.

FIG. 1 is a view showing three-dimensional functional panties turned inside out according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a view showing a state in which the penis is accommodated into the scrotum receiving space in FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is a front view of the protection fabric of FIG. 4 according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1-5, the functional panties according to aspect(s) of the present invention may include the panties body 10 formed of a fabric material, an elastic band 16, such as a rubber band, is sewn on the upper edge of the panties body 10, an upper end of the panties body 10, on which an elastic band 16 is sewn, is configured to open, and a pair of openings 18 are formed to allow the legs to be inserted at both sides of the lower end thereof.

On the other hand, a protective fabric 20 is formed in the center of an inner surface 12 of a front of the panties body 10, for example, by a sewing method 21, so that the genitals (i.e., penis and scrotum) are protected with the protective fabric 20, which blocks from contacting with the wearer's legs, belly, or other skin according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

A space 22 is formed between the protective fabric 20 and the inner surface 12 of the panties body 10, a penis and a scrotum of the wearer is inserted into the space 22, for blocking a direct contact between the wearer's penis/scrotum and the body during activities, the heat of the body is not transmitted to the penis and the scrotum, thereby keeping genitals of the wearer always being cooled to increase a functionality of the genitals according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

The protective fabric 20 is sewn along the outer circumferential surface while being covered with the central portion of the inner surface 12 of a front side of the panties body 10 so that a space is formed between a surface of the protective fabric 20 and the panties body 10 for accommodating a penis and scrotum according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

A penis and a scrotum can be accommodated in the space 22 formed between the protective fabric 20 and the inner surface 12 of the panties body 10 according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

In order to accommodate the penis and the scrotum into the space 22, the penis and the scrotum must pass through the protective fabric 20, and for this purpose, an opening 30 is provided in a central portion of the protective fabric 20 according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

The opening 30, an incision portion, is formed in an opening across the center of the protective fabric 20. An elastic band 32 may be attached to the peripheral surface of the opening 30, and the elastic band 32 is after being wrapped around the peripheral surface of the opening 30.

The elastic band 32 may be attached by a sewing treatment method 33. However, it is not limited thereto.

Through the elastic band 32, the opening 30 is elastically opened, and the penis and the scrotum can be easily inserted and withdrawn therethrough according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

A penis receiving space 24 is provided above the space 22 between the protective fabric 20 and the inner surface 12 of the panties body 10 with the opening 30 as a center.

That is, the opening is located below the penis receiving space.

A scrotum receiving space 26 is formed between the protective fabric 20 and the inner surface 12 of the panties body 10 below the opening 30. In other words, the opening 30 is located between the penis receiving space 24 and the scrotum receiving space 26 according to aspect(s) of the present invention.

The penis receiving space 24 is accommodated upward after the penis passes through the opening 30 when wearing panties.

As the scrotum receiving space 26, the scrotum located under the penis is received downward thereof after passing through the opening 30 when wearing panties. At this time, the peripheral surface of the opening 30 may have a natural fit through the elastic force of the elastic band 32 without applying excessive pressure to the penis and the scrotum as the elastic band 32 is sewn.

The panties body 10 is configured to protrude toward the front of the inner surface 12 (i.e., toward the wearer's body) at the lower part 20b of the protective fabric 20 forming the penis and the scrotum receiving spaces 24 and 26 on the inner surface 12 of the panties body 10 so that the scrotum insertion space 40 is further formed on the inner surface of the lower end portion 20b of the protective fabric 20 as a separate structure.

According to an aspect of the present invention, in a course of an activity, a case in which the penis accommodated in the penis receiving space 24 falls into the lower scrotum receiving space 26 may occur at this time, the scrotum accommodated in the scrotum receiving space 26 is pushed into the scrotum insertion space 40, the penis that has escaped from the penis receiving space 24 is positioned in the scrotum receiving space 26, so that the penis comes into contact with the scrotum can be minimized even if the penis moves from the penis receiving space 24 into the scrotum receiving space 26.

Thus, during hot summer activities, it is possible to prevent problems such as the occurrence of dampness and various skin diseases due to continued contact between the scrotum and the penis.

As a method for forming the scrotum insertion space 40, in the process of sewing the protective fabric 20 on the inner surface 12 of the panties body 10, the scrotum insertion space 40 may be formed naturally by sewing the inner surface 12 of the panties body 10 in a state where the lower end portion 20b of the protective fabric 20 is cut to a wider width than the upper end portion 20a of the protective fabric 20.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, using a protective fabric 20, which has a width W2 of lower end 20b of the protection fabric 20 is relatively wider than a width W1 of an upper end 20a of the protection fabric 20, if the sewing 21 treatment on the inner surface of the panties body 10, the lower end portion 20b of the protective fabric 20 is able to naturally form the scrotum insertion space 40 having a shape as shown in FIG. 2 as a result of having a margin of fabric due to its wide width.

The present invention has been described in detail with reference to specific embodiments thereof. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims

1. A functional men's panties, comprising:

a panties body;
a protective fabric attached by being sewn along the outer surface of inner surface cover a central portion of an inner surface of a front side of the panties body along the outer surface configured to form a space on the inner surface of the front side of the panties body;
an opening formed in the central portion of the protective fabric;
a penis receiving space formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body above the opening;
a scrotum receiving space formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body below the opening; and
a scrotum insertion space formed protruded at the inner surface of the lower end portion of the protective fabric.

2. The functional men's panties of claim 1,

wherein a first width of the lower end of the protective fabric is wider than a second width of the upper end of the protective fabric.

3. The functional men's panties of claim 1,

wherein the panties body is made of fabric materials.

4. The functional men's panties of claim 1, further comprising:

an elastic band attached on the opening of the outer circumferential surface of the protective fabric.

5. The functional men's panties of claim 4, wherein the elastic band is attached by a sewing method.

6. A functional men's panties, comprising:

a panties body;
a protective fabric attached along the outer surface of inner surface cover a central portion of an inner surface of a front side of the panties body along the outer surface configured to form a space on the inner surface of the front side of the panties body;
an opening formed in the central portion of the protective fabric;
an elastic band attached on the opening of the outer circumferential surface of the protective fabric;
a penis receiving space formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body above the opening;
a scrotum receiving space formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body below the opening; and
a scrotum insertion space formed on the inner surface of the lower end portion of the protective fabric by protruded formed at a lower end portion of the protective fabric forming the scrotum receiving space.

7. The functional men's panties of claim 6, wherein the protective fabric is attached by a sewing method.

8. A functional men's panties, comprising:

a panties body;
a protective fabric attached by being sewn along the outer surface of inner surface cover a central portion of an inner surface of a front side of the panties body along the outer surface configured to form a space on the inner surface of the front side of the panties body;
an opening formed in the central portion of the protective fabric, thereby a penis receiving space being formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body above the opening and a scrotum receiving space being formed between the protective fabric and the inner surface of the panties body below the opening; and
a scrotum insertion space formed protruded at the inner surface of the lower end portion of the protective fabric.

9. The functional men's panties of claim 8, further comprising:

an elastic band attached on the opening of the outer circumferential surface of the protective fabric.
