The application provides a sports pants. The advantageous effect of the application is to set a knee protection portion and a popliteal fossa portion, which are convenient for human body to wear and improve wearing comfort. The popliteal fossa portion corresponds to the popliteal fossa of the human body to ensure the comfort of human wearing, and the knee protection portion corresponds to the knee of the human body. The double-layer fabric structure is adopted for the knee protection portion, and the cross stitch structure is provided on the front side of the outer fabric layer of the knee protection portion. The cross stitch structure can improve the wrapping strength of the inner fabric layer of the knee protection portion. After bending or squatting, it is conducive to the recovery of the knee and enhance the protection of the knee.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED DISCLOSURE

This disclosure claims priority benefit of Chinese Patent application No. CN202010113516.2, filed on Feb. 24, 2020, and the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The application relates to the technical field of clothing, in particular to a tight sports pants.

BACKGROUND

With the improvement of people's living standards, sports have become a hobby of many people. The knee is the main force supporting part in the process of human movement. The kneepads can provide protection for the injured knee and avoid the aggravation of the injury. At the same time, the kneepads can also prevent the occurrence of sports injury. However, most of the kneepads structures are independent and need to be worn on the outside of the pants, which is easy to fall off during walking, and the blood supply will not smooth for a long time of use, which leads to insufficient blood supply and does not have a good sense of comfort.

SUMMARY

The application aims to provide a sports pants to solve the problem of inconvenient movement caused by the wearable kneepads in the prior art.

The embodiment of the application is realized as follows:

A sports pants is provided by the technical solution, including a waist guard, hip protector, two pants legs connected with the waist guard and a crotch protector arranged between the two pants legs;

The pants leg includes a knee protection portion at a front side of the pants leg and a popliteal fossa portion at a back side of the pants leg; the knee protection portion is a double-layer fabric structure, and a front surface of an outer fabric layer of the knee protection portion is provided with a cross stitch structure.

The sports pants are provided with the popliteal fossa portion and the knee protection portion, which correspond to the popliteal fossa and the knee of the human body. The cross stitch structure is provided on the knee protection portion, so as to improve the wrapping strength of the knee protection portion. After bending or squatting, double-layer fabric structure can enhance the structure strength of the knee protection portion, and the cross stitch structure is provided on the outer fabric layer, which enhances the wrapping strength of the inner layer fabric, so as to improve the protection of the knee.

In one embodiment of the present application, the popliteal fossa portion described above includes a popliteal fossa band and a transition connecting band on an upper side and a lower side of the popliteal fossa band.

In one embodiment of the present application, the transition connecting band is a double-layer fabric structure;

An inner layer fabric of the transition connecting band is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber, and an outer layer fabric of the transition connecting band is made of high elastic mesh fabric on all sides.

In one embodiment of the present application, the popliteal fossa band is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber.

The pant legs include a thigh section, a shins section and a protection section corresponding human knee. The protection section includes knee protection portion and popliteal fossa portion. The popliteal fossa portion can often adopt integral structure or segmented structure. When the popliteal fossa portion is a segmented structure, the popliteal fossa portion consists of a popliteal fossa band and a transition connecting band on the upper and lower sides of the popliteal fossa band.

The popliteal fossa band corresponds to the popliteal fossa of the human body. The transition connecting band is provided between the popliteal fossa band and the thigh section and between the popliteal fossa band and the shins section. The popliteal fossa band is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber or ordinary cotton fabric. The transition connecting band is of double-layer structure. The inner layer fabric of the transition connecting band is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber, and the outer later fabric of the transition connecting band is made of high elastic mesh fabric on all sides. In the process of movement, the transition connecting band is located on the upper and lower sides of the popliteal fossa band to empty the space for the popliteal fossa of the human body, which is convenient for the movement of the popliteal fossa. At the same time, the transition connecting band exerts tension on the knee protection portion, which is helpful for the recovery of the deformation of the knee protection portion. The transition connecting band increases the reaction force of the knee protection portion on the knee and improves the protection of the knee.

In one embodiment of the present application, an inner fabric layer of the knee protection portion is high elastic mesh fabric on all sides.

The high elastic mesh fabric on all sides has the two-stretch elasticity of warp and weft, so it can support the knee more strongly and is not easy to bulge. In the process of squatting or knee bending, the layer of high elastic mesh fabric on all sides is always in the weft stress state, so based on the fabric weft rebound strength, the open surface recovery is fast, and the knee protection and support effect is good. The inner fabric layer of the knee protection portion can also be made of high elastic mesh fabric on all sides.

In one embodiment of the present application, the cross stitch structure includes two arc-shaped stitching bands opposite facing to each other, and the two stitching bands are arranged in a cross setting.

The opening of the two stitching bands respectively faces the left and right sides of the knee, and there are two intersection points between the two stitching bands to better ensure the wrapping force of the knee protection portion.

In one embodiment of the present application, a cross enclosed area of the two stitching bands is a protective area, and the protective area corresponds to a central portion of the knee protection portion.

In the process of squatting or knee bending, the knee exerts lateral extrusion force on the protective area, and the stitching bands surround the circumference of the protective area, that is, the stitching bands exerts a reaction force on the circumference of the knee to ensure the comfort of the knee.

In one embodiment of the present application, the hip protector is a strip structure, and the hip protector is a circular arc shape and is arranged between the waist guard and the pants legs.

The hip protector is used to protect the hip bone of human body. The hip protector is a strip structure and is arranged on the back side of the sports pants in an arc shape.

In one embodiment of the present application, the thigh section of the pants leg is provided with a pocket on a side where a middle line of the pants leg is toward the hip, and an inner side of the pocket is provided with a waterproof layer.

In order to take items from the pants conveniently, the pocket is set on the side of the the center line of the pants leg facing forward, that is, the front of the pants. However, the movement will be affected after the items are put into the pocket. In this solution, the pocket is set on the side of the middle line of the pants leg toward the hip. The items in the pocket can not be moved to the front of the thigh. The front of the thigh will not feel uncomfortable due to the extrusion of the items, so as to ensure the comfort of the pants. The waterproof layer is made of waterproof fabric to prevent sweat from wetting the items in the pocket after exercise.

In one embodiment of the present application, the sports pants includes a buttocks protection portion, and the buttocks protection portion is respectively connected with the two pants legs and the hip protector.

In one embodiment of the application, the sports pants also include the buttocks protection portion, which are respectively connected with the two pants legs and hip protector. The buttocks protection portion is approximately elliptical, and the long axis is horizontally extended. The buttocks protection portion can better wrap the buttocks, and the waist guard can be provided with the waist ribbon with certain elasticity, which is convenient for wearing sports pants.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the objective, technical solution and advantages of the embodiment of the application clearer, the technical solution in the embodiment of the application will be described clearly and completely in combination with the drawings in the embodiment of the application. Obviously, the described embodiments are some of the embodiments of the application, rather than all the embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present application, which are generally described and shown in the drawings herein, may be arranged and designed in a variety of different configurations.

Therefore, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application provided in the attached drawings is not intended to limit the scope of the application for protection, but only represents the selected embodiments of the application. Based on the embodiment of the application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary skilled person in the art without creative labor belong to the scope of the application.

It should be noted that similar labels and letters denote similar items in the following drawings. Therefore, once an item is defined in one of the drawings, there is no need to further define and interpret it in subsequent drawings.

Embodiment

FIG. 1 is a structure diagram showing the front side structure of the tight sports pants in the embodiment of the application; FIG. 2 is a structure diagram showing the back side structure of the tight sports pants in the embodiment of the application; FIG. 3 is a structure diagram showing the lateral side of another structure of the tight sports pants in the embodiment of the application; FIG. 4 is an exploded view showing the structure of the tight sports pants of the embodiment of the application.

Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the sports pants includes a waist guard 100, hip protector 300, two pants legs 200, a pocket 500, a buttocks protection portion 600, a front protection portion 700, and a crotch protector 400 arranged between the two pants legs 200. The pants leg 200 includes a thigh section 210, a protection section 220 and a shins section 230. The thigh section 210 includes front thigh piece 211 and back thigh piece 212. The protection section 220 includes a knee protection portion 221 and a popliteal fossa portion 222. And the knee protection portion 221 is a double-layer fabric structure. The outer fabric layer of the knee protection portion 221 is provided with a cross stitch structure 223. The area enclosed by the cross suture structure 223 forms the protective area 224. The popliteal fossa portion 222 includes a popliteal fossa band 2221 and the transition connecting band 2222.

As shown in FIG. 4, the cross stitch structure 223 includes two stitching bands with arc-shaped and the two stitching bands opposite facing to each other. The two stitching bands respectively face the left and right sides of the knee, and the two stitching bands have two intersection points. And the protective area 224 corresponds to the central part of the knee protection portion 221. The cross stitching structure 223 is arranged on the front side of the outer fabric layer of the knee protection portion 221 to strengthen the wrapping force of the inner fabric layer 225 of the knee protection portion 221, so as to ensure the wrapping force of the knee protection portion 221 for better protection of the knee. In the process of knee bending, the knee exerts an outward extrusion force on the protective area 224, and the stitching bands extend from the middle part of the knee protection portion 221 to the edge of the knee protection portion 221, and the stitching bands surround the circumference of the knee, i.e., the stitching bands exert a reaction force on the circumference of the knee to ensure the comfort of the knee.

The waist guard 100 includes waist ribbon, which has certain elasticity and is convenient for wearing sports pants. The hip protector 300 is a strip structure, and the hip protector 300 is located at the back side of sports pants, and the hip protector 300 is arranged between waist guard 100 and pants leg 200 in a circular arc-shaped to protect the hip bone of human body. In the front of sports pants, the pants legs 200 are directly connected with waist guard 100, and on the back side of sports pants, the pants legs 200 are connected with waist guard 100 through hip protector 300. With the understanding of those skilled person in the art, the width of hip protector 300 and waist guard 100 can be set according to the design requirements, so that the sports pants can better absorb the stress of human hip and waist.

The thigh section 210, the protection section 220 and the shins section 230 are connected in sequence. The thigh section 210 is provided with a pocket 500 on the side of the middle line of the pants leg 200 toward the hip, and the knee protection portion 221 is located at the front side of the pants leg 200, the popliteal fossa portion 222 is located on the back side of the pants leg 200. Both of the upper and lower sides of the popliteal fossa band 2221 are provided with transition connecting band 2222. The transition connecting band 2222 is a double-layer fabric structure, and the front thigh piece 211 and the back thigh piece 212 are sewn together to form a pants leg structure.

The interior of the pocket 500 is provided with a waterproof layer, which can prevent sweat from wetting the items in the pocket 500 after exercise. The pocket 500 is located on the side of the middle line of the pants leg 200 towards the hip, so that the items in the pocket 500 can not be moved to the front of the thigh. In the process of human body movement, the front of the thigh will not feel uncomfortable due to the extrusion of the items, so as to improve the comfort of the pants. The pocket 500 consists of a pocket outer layer and a pocket inner layer. The pocket inner layer is made of waterproof material. The pocket inner layer is attached to the pants leg 200. The pocket outer layer is sewn on the thigh section 210 around the contour of the pocket inner layer.

The cross stitch structure 223 enhances the wrapping strength of the knee protection portion 221. After bending or squatting, it is conducive to the recovery of the knee protection portion 221. The popliteal fossa band 2221 corresponds to the popliteal fossa of the human body, and the transition connecting band 2222 is set between the popliteal fossa band 2221 and the thigh section 210, and the popliteal fossa band 2221 and the shins section 230. During the movement, the popliteal fossa portion with three section structure is to empty the space for the popliteal fossa of the human body, which is convenient for the movement of popliteal fossa. At the same time, the transition connecting band 2222 exerts a tensile force on the knee protection portion 221, which is helpful for the recovery of the knee protection portion 221 after deformation. The transition connecting band 2222 increases the reaction force of the knee protection portion 221 to the knee and improves the protection of the knee.

The popliteal fossa band 2221 and transition connecting band 2222 are arc-shaped strip structure. The popliteal fossa band 2221 is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber. The transition connecting band 2222 is a double-layer fabric structure. The inner layer fabric of the transition connecting band 2222 is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber. The outer layer fabric of the transition connecting band 2222 is made of high elastic mesh fabric on all sides. In the process of movement, such as squatting, running, frog leaping or mountaineering, the transition connecting bands 2222 are respectively located on the upper and lower sides of the popliteal fossa band 2221, which empties the space for the popliteal fossa of the human body to facilitate the movement of the popliteal fossa. At the same time, the transition connecting band 2222 exerts a tensile force on the knee protection portion 221, which is helpful for the recovery of the deformation of the knee protection portion 221. The transition connecting band 2222 further increases the reaction force on the knee and improves the protection of the knee. The knee back and forth exerts extrusion pressure on the knee protection portion 221, and the high elastic mesh fabric on all sides is always in the layer weft stress state. Based on the weft rebound strength of the fabric, the knee protection portion 221 recovers quickly after pulling open, which has good effect on knee protection and support.

As shown in FIG. 3, in order to adapt to different groups of people and various forms of exercise, the popliteal fossa portion 222 in this solution can also form in the integral structure. That is to say, the sports pants include the waist guard 100, the hip protector 300, the front protection portion 700, the back protection portion, the crotch protector 400 and two pants legs 200, wherein the pants leg 200 includes the thigh section 210, the protection section 220 and shins section 230. The protection section 220 includes knee protection portion 221, and the knee protection portion 221 uses double-layer structure or single-layer structure, and the knee protection portion 221 is provided with cross stitching band. The knee protection portion 221 is slightly bulge, and the knee protection portion 221 adopts high elastic mesh fabric on all sides, the popliteal fossa portion 222 of the tight pants corresponding to the popliteal fossa of the human body uses elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber. The Knee protection strength of the integrated popliteal fossa portion in FIG. 3 is slightly weaker than that of the split popliteal fossa portion in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, which can be used for activities with low exercise intensity.

In this embodiment, the sports pants are also provided with a front protection portion 700 and a buttocks protection portion 600, the front protection portion 700 and the buttocks protection portion 600 are located between the two pants legs 200. The front protection portion 700 is located in the front of the sports pants, the buttocks protection portion 600 is located at the back side of the sports pants. The upper and lower sides of the front protection portion 700 are connected with the waist guard 100 and the crotch protector 400, respectively. The upper side of the buttocks protection portion 600 is connected with the hip protector 300, and the lower side of the buttocks protection portion 600 is connected with the crotch protector 400. The buttocks protection portion 600 is convex outward, the surface of the buttocks protection portion 600 is approximately elliptical, the long axis of the buttocks protection portion 600 extends horizontally, and the arc contour of the buttocks protection portion 600 can better wrap human buttocks and improve wearing comfort.

On the basis of the above solution, the design and manufacture of sports pants are out of date. According to the actual size, the technical personnel in the art can adjust the size and thickness of each part, adjust the width of waist ribbon and hip, meet the wearer's requirements for waist and hip bone protection; and change the length and proportion of the thigh section 210, the protection section 220 and the shins section 230, and the size of the front protection portion 700 and the buttocks protection portion 600 to make sports pants suitable for people of different body sizes. For example, the hip of sedentary people is larger, which can be appropriately increased the size of the buttocks protection portion 600. The muscle of small leg of long-term runners is more developed, such that the size of the shins section 230 can be appropriately adjusted to make the pants more comfortable on the basis of tight fitting.

In combination with the use requirements, the technical personnel in the art can also set in such a way that a heat preservation layer is added to the knee protection portion 221, or the inner fabric layer 225 of the knee protection portion 221 is made of thermal insulation materials, so as to realize the heat preservation of the knee while meeting the knee protection requirements, and the thickness of the front protection portion 700 and the buttocks protection portion 600 can also be adjusted to improve the thermal effect of the sports pants.

In order to meet the needs of different groups of people, it can adjust the tightness of sports pants, change the protective strength at the knee, replace the materials of the thigh section 210, the protection section 220 and the shins section 230, select conventional fabrics or elastic fabrics, and change the elasticity of the thigh section 210, the protection section 220 and the shins section 230. The materials between the thigh section 210, protection section 220 and the shins section 230 can be the same or different.

As above, the present embodiment provides a kind of sports pants. The tight sports pants include the waist guard 100, the hip protector 300, two pants legs 200, the pocket 500, the buttocks protection portion 600, the front protection portion 700 and the crotch protector 400 arranged between the two pants legs 200. The waist guard 100 is provided with waist ribbon, and the waist ribbon has certain elasticity, which is convenient for wearing sports pants. The hip protector 300 is used to protect human hip bone and absorb certain hip bone stress. The front protection portion 700 is used to protect the lower part of the lower abdomen, and the buttocks protection portion 600 is used to protect the buttocks. The two pants legs 200 are respectively provided with the thigh section 210, the protection section 220 and the shins section 230. In this embodiment, the structure of the two pants legs 200 is the same. Only one of the pants legs 200 is introduced. The protection section 220 corresponds to the knee protection portion 221, which is used to protect human knee. The protection section 220 includes the knee protection portion 221 and the popliteal fossa portion 222, wherein the knee protection portion 221 is a double-side fabric layer structure. And the cross stitch structure 223 is set on the front of the outer fabric layer of the knee protection portion 221 to improve the wrapping strength of the inner fabric layer 225. The popliteal fossa portion 222 can be set as an integral structure or a three section structure. When the popliteal fossa portion 222 is a three section structure, the popliteal fossa portion 222 includes the popliteal fossa band 2221 and the transition connecting band 2222 located on the upper and lower sides of the popliteal fossa band 2221. The inner layer fabric of the transition connecting band 2222 is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber. The outer layer fabric of the transition connecting band 2222 is made of high elastic mesh on all sides. The transition connecting band 2222 is located on the upper and lower sides of the popliteal fossa band 2221, which empties the space for the popliteal fossa of the human body to facilitate the movement of the popliteal fossa. At the same time, the transition connecting band 2222 exerts a tensile force on the knee protection portion 221, which is conducive to the recovery of the deformation of the knee protection portion 221 and improve the protection of the knee.

The above is only the preferred embodiment of the application, and is not used to limit the application. For those skilled person in the art, the application may have various modifications and changes. Any modification, equivalent substitution, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principles of this application shall be included in the scope of this application.

Claims

1. A sports pants, comprising a waist guard, a hip protector, two pants legs connected with the waist guard and a crotch protector arranged between the two pants legs;

the pants leg comprises a knee protection portion at a front side of the pants leg and a popliteal fossa portion at a back side of the pants leg; the knee protection portion is a double-layer fabric structure, and a front surface of an outer fabric layer of the knee protection portion is provided with a cross stitch structure.

2. The sports pants according to claim 1, wherein the popliteal fossa portion comprises a popliteal fossa band and a transition connecting band on an upper side and a lower side of the popliteal fossa band.

The sports pants according to claim 2, wherein the transition connecting band is a double-layer fabric structure; an inner layer fabric of the transition connecting band is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber, and an outer layer fabric of the transition connecting band is made of high elastic mesh fabric on all sides.

4. The sports pants according to claim 2, wherein the popliteal fossa band is made of elastic fabric with 30%-40% Lycra elastic fiber.

5. The sports pants according to claim 1, wherein an inner fabric layer of the knee protection portion is high elastic mesh fabric on all sides.

6. The sports pants according to claim 1, wherein the cross stitch structure comprises two arc-shaped stitching bands opposite facing to each other, and the two stitching bands are arranged in a cross setting.

7. The sports pants according to claim 6, wherein a cross enclosed area of the two stitching bands is a protective area, and the protective area corresponds to a central portion of the knee protection portion.

8. The sports pants according to claim 1, wherein the hip protector is a strip structure, and the hip protector is a circular arc shape and is arranged between the waist guard and the pants legs.

9. The sports pants according to claim 1, wherein the thigh section of the pants leg is provided with a pocket on a side where a middle line of the pants leg is toward the hip, and an inner side of the pocket is provided with a waterproof layer.

10. The sports pants according to claim 1, wherein the sports pants comprises a buttocks protection portion, and the buttocks protection portion is respectively connected with the two pants legs and the hip protector.
