ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY REPLACEABLE PAPER POWDER CONTAINER

The present invention discloses an environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container, which comprises a body, the body comprising a main body portion and a flip cover portion arranged along a lengthwise direction of the body, wherein a powder holder for holding powder and capable of being drawn out is fitted and inserted into the main body portion; a powder picking hole for picking up powder is formed in the main body portion, a mirror capable of being drawn out is fitted and inserted into the flip cover portion, and a mirror viewing hole for viewing the mirror is formed in the flip cover portion; and the body is flipped and folded to form a box-like structure, and the flip cover portion and the main body portion are opposite each other in a vertical manner. With the present invention, the powder container is conveniently replaced, waste sorting treatment of the powder container and recycling and reuse of the body are achieved, the use of plastics is reduced, and the consumption of raw materials is reduced, thus meeting new requirements of environmental protection. At the same time, the troublesome problem of magnet recycling is avoided by means of a clever structural design, thus improving production efficiency.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic packaging, and in particular to an environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container.

BACKGROUND ART

At present, powder containers for cosmetic powder packaging in the market basically uses plastic packaging. These powder containers are widely used because they are lightweight, waterproof, durable, mature in production technology, and low in cost, etc. However, a large amount of plastic waste that comes consequently also brings serious pollution to the environment. With the increase in people's awareness of environmental protection and current promotion of waste sorting, the development of plastic packaging towards reduction, harmlessness and degradability has become an inevitable trend. In addition, in order to facilitate use of the powder container, part of a container body of the powder container is enclosed by a container cover by means of the interaction between a magnet bonded to the container body and a magnet bonded to the container cover. The magnets are difficult to recycle due to glue adhered thereto, thus the magnets after use are discarded with the powder container, resulting in waste of resources. In view of the above reasons, the environmental protection improvement of traditional cosmetic powder packaging products has become a top priority in the related art at this stage.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings in the prior art, and provide an environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container, so that the powder container is conveniently replaced, waste sorting treatment of the powder container, and recycling and reuse of the body are achieved, the use of plastics is reduced, and the consumption of raw materials is reduced, thus meeting new requirements of environmental protection. At the same time, the troublesome problem of magnet recycling is avoided by means of a clever structural design, thus improving production efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses the following technical solution:

an environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container, which comprises a body, the body comprising a main body portion and a flip cover portion arranged along a lengthwise direction of the body, wherein a powder holder for holding powder and capable of being drawn out is fitted and inserted into the main body portion; a powder picking hole for picking up powder is formed in the main body portion, a mirror capable of being drawn out is fitted and inserted into the flip cover portion, and a mirror viewing hole for viewing the mirror is formed in the flip cover portion; and the body is flipped and folded to form a box-like structure, and the flip cover portion and the main body portion are opposite each other in a vertical manner.

An insertion hole is formed in the middle bottom of the side edge part of the main body portion that is close to one end of the body, and the body further comprises an insertion plate formed by extending outward from the middle of the side edge of the other end of the body. The insertion plate passes through the insertion hole by means of flipping and folding of the body and is inserted between the powder holder and the body, such that the body forms a box-like structure that is fixedly connected.

The powder holder and the mirror are both arranged to be drawn out along a widthwise direction of the body.

A main body gap through which the powder holder passes is formed on the side edge of the main body portion, and a powder holder drawing member exposed outside the main body portion is disposed on the side edge of the powder holder that is close to the main body gap.

A flip cover gap through which the mirror passes is formed on the side edge of the flip cover portion, and a flip cover drawing member exposed outside the flip cover portion is disposed on the side edge of the mirror that is close to the flip cover gap.

The body and the powder holder are both made of a paper material.

A plurality of powder compartments are arranged within the powder holder.

The present invention has the beneficial effects in that the body and the powder holder are made of a paper material instead of plastics. The powder holder is arranged to be capable of being drawn out and replaced, and an aluminum plate or a plastic plate for carrying cosmetic powder is adhered on the powder compartments of the powder holder. After the power is used up, the aluminum plate or plastic plate and the remaining cosmetic powder are drawn out along with the powder holder. Meanwhile, the mirror can also be drawn out and then separated from the body, so that not only the powder holder is conveniently replaced, but also waste sorting treatment of the powder container and recycling and reuse of the body are achieved, the use of plastics is reduced, and the consumption of raw materials is reduced, facilitating environmental protection. No magnet is contained in the entire powder container, and the body can form a box-like structure that is fixedly connected by means of the insertion plate passing through the insertion hole and being inserted between the powder holder and the body. The troublesome problem of magnet recycling is removed, and the powder container is simple in structural design, has a stable connection and is convenient to install, which is conducive to improving production efficiency.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and particular embodiments:

as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, an environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container comprises a body 1. The body 1 comprises a main body portion 2 and a flip cover portion 3 arranged along a lengthwise direction of the body. A powder holder 4 for holding powder and capable of being drawn out is fitted and inserted into the main body portion 4, and a powder picking hole 21 for picking up powder is formed in the main body portion 2. A mirror 5 capable of being drawn out is fitted and inserted into the flip cover portion 3, and a mirror viewing hole 31 for viewing the mirror is formed in the flip cover portion 3. When applying makeup, the mirror viewing hole 31 can be used to directly look into the mirror or the mirror 5 can be drawn out to look into the mirror, thus being convenient to use and meeting various usage needs. The body 1 is flipped and folded to form a box-like structure, and the flip cover portion 3 and the main body portion 2 are opposite each other in a vertical manner. After the paper powder container is flipped and folded, the part of the body 1 that is between the main body portion 2 and the flip cover portion 3 forms one side edge part of the box-like structure, and the part of the body 1 that is located at the other side of the flip cover portion 3 forms the other side edge part of the box-like structure.

An insertion hole 22 is formed in the middle bottom of the side edge part of the main body portion 2 that is close to one end of the body 1, and the body 1 further comprises an insertion plate 11 formed by extending outward from the middle of the side edge of the other end of the body 1. The insertion plate 11 passes through the insertion hole 22 by means of flipping and folding of the body 1 and is inserted between the powder holder 4 and the body 1, such that the body 1 forms a box-like structure that is fixedly connected.

The powder holder 4 and the mirror 5 are both arranged to be drawn out along a widthwise direction of the body 1.

A main body gap 23 through which the powder holder 4 passes is formed on the side edge of the main body portion 2, and a powder holder drawing member 42 exposed outside the main body portion 2 is disposed on the side edge of the powder holder 4 that is close to the main body gap 23. The powder holder 4 can be drawn out by pulling the powder holder drawing member 42.

A flip cover gap 32 through which the mirror 5 passes is formed on the side edge of the flip cover portion 3, and a flip cover drawing member 51 exposed outside the flip cover portion 3 is disposed on the side edge of the mirror 5 that is close to the flip cover gap 32. The mirror 5 can be drawn out by pulling the flip cover drawing member 51.

The body 1 and the powder holder 4 are both made of a paper material. A plurality of powder compartments 41 are formed within the powder holder 4. The perimeter edge of the powder picking hole 21 forms a barrier around the powder holder 4. An aluminum plate or a plastic plate for carrying cosmetic powder is adhered on the powder compartments 41. After the powder is used up, the aluminum plate or plastic plate and the remaining cosmetic powder are drawn out of the body 1 along with the powder holder 4. With the above-mentioned arrangement, the powder holder 4 is conveniently replaced, waste sorting treatment of the powder container and recycling and reuse of the body 1 are achieved, and the purpose of environmental protection is further achieved.

The above embodiment is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention but not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be comprised within the scope of protection of the present invention.

Claims

1. An environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container, which comprises a body (1), the body (1) comprising a main body portion (2) and a flip cover portion (3) arranged along a lengthwise direction of the body, wherein a powder holder (4) for holding powder and capable of being drawn out is fitted and inserted into the main body portion (4); a powder picking hole (21) for picking up powder is formed in the main body portion (2), a mirror (5) capable of being drawn out is fitted and inserted into the flip cover portion (3), and a mirror viewing hole (31) for viewing the mirror is formed in the flip cover portion (3); and the body (1) is flipped and folded to form a box-like structure, and the flip cover portion (3) and the main body portion (2) are opposite each other in a vertical manner.

The environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container of claim 1, wherein an insertion hole (22) is formed in the middle bottom of the side edge part of the main body portion (2) that is close to one end of the body (1), and the body (1) further comprises an insertion plate (11) formed by extending outward from the middle of the side edge of the other end of the body (1); and the insertion plate (11) passes through the insertion hole (22) by means of flipping and folding of the body (1) and is inserted between the powder holder (4) and the body (1), such that the body (1) forms a box-like structure that is fixedly connected.

3. The environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container of claim 1, wherein the powder holder (4) and the mirror (5) are both arranged to be drawn out along a widthwise direction of the body (1).

The environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container of claim 1, wherein a main body gap (23) through which the powder holder (4) passes is formed on the side edge of the main body portion (2), and a powder holder drawing member (42) exposed outside the main body portion (2) is disposed on the side edge of the powder holder (4) that is close to the main body gap (23).

The environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container of claim 1, wherein a flip cover gap (32) through which the mirror (5) passes is formed on the side edge of the flip cover portion (3), and a flip cover drawing member (51) exposed outside the flip cover portion (3) is disposed on the side edge of the mirror (5) that is close to the flip cover gap (32).

6. The environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container of claim 1, wherein the body (1) and the powder holder (4) are both made of a paper material.

7. The environmentally friendly replaceable paper powder container of claim 1, wherein a plurality of powder compartments (41) are arranged within the powder holder (4).
