CUT TOBACCO HEATING DEVICE
A cut tobacco heating device includes a tobacco mouthpiece; a tobacco rod including a heating cup disposed therein for holding cut tobacco; at least one sliding part disposed on the tobacco mouthpiece or the tobacco rod; and at least one connecting part, the tobacco mouthpiece and the tobacco rod being in rotatable connection through the at least one connecting part. By providing a connecting part and a sliding part between the tobacco rod and the tobacco mouthpiece, when in use, the sliding part and the connecting part are used to slide and rotate the tobacco mouthpiece to open the cut tobacco heating device. The cut tobacco can directly be put into the heating cup, then the tobacco mouthpiece is returned to its original position, and the cut tobacco in the cut tobacco heating device is heated to produce the smokes for being inhaled, which is convenient for operation.

TECHNICAL FIELDThe present application relates to the technical field of electronic smoking device, specifically relates to a cut tobacco heating device.
BACKGROUNDWith people's concern for health, the call to reduce the harm of smoking is getting higher and higher, people began to look for ways to reduce the harm of smoking. After extensive investigation, it was discovered that ordinary tobaccos produce numerous harmful substances when they are lit and smoked. Harmful substances will be greatly reduced by using unlit and heated smoking.
At present, heating the cut tobacco with a heat source is the principal method of controlling the temperature of smoking, and the cut tobacco is just heated and not burned. After the cut tobacco is heated, it can be ready for smoking. However, cigarettes that are commonly used in the existing electronic smoking device are wrapped with cigarette paper. As a result, when smoking with the electronic smoking device, the cigarette paper of the cigarette is heated first, which results in a strong smell of paper paste and a bad user experience. Therefore, the market lacks a smoking device that can directly heat the cut tobacco.
SUMMARYThe technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a cut tobacco heating device that can directly heat the cut tobacco in order to address the aforementioned shortcomings of the prior art.
The technical solutions adopted by the present application to solve the technical problem is: to provide a cut tobacco heating device, including:
- a tobacco mouthpiece;
- a tobacco rod;
- a heating cup disposed in the tobacco rod for holding cut tobacco, the heating cup being provided with a material feeding and discharging opening, the tobacco mouthpiece being communicated with the material feeding and discharging opening;
- at least one sliding part disposed on the tobacco mouthpiece or the tobacco rod, the tobacco mouthpiece and the tobacco rod being slidable in relation to one another through the sliding part; and
- at least one connecting part, the tobacco mouthpiece and the tobacco rod being in rotatable connection through the connecting part;
- wherein the tobacco mouthpiece and the tobacco rod are openable and closable through the connecting part and the sliding part.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- the connecting part includes a connecting member and a rotating shaft, the connecting member being provided on the rotating shaft.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- the sliding part is a sliding groove, and one end of the connecting member is connected to the tobacco mouthpiece or the tobacco rod, and another end of the connecting member is slidably disposed in the sliding groove.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- the cut tobacco heating device further includes an upper housing, the upper housing is provided with a tobacco cavity, and the tobacco mouthpiece is detachably disposed on the upper housing and communicated with the tobacco cavity.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- the cut tobacco heating device further includes at least one first limiting member for limiting a position of the rotating shaft, the first limiting member is disposed on an inner wall of the sliding groove and is located at an upper end of the sliding groove.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- a shape of the first limiting member is semi-circular, and the first limiting member is provided with two in total, and the two first limiting members are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the sliding groove.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- the cut tobacco heating device further includes at least one second limiting member for limiting a position of the rotating shaft, the second limiting member is disposed on an inner wall of the sliding groove and is located at a lower end of the sliding groove.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- a shape of the second limiting member is semi-circular, and the second limiting member is provided with two in total, and the two second limiting members are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the sliding groove.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- the cut tobacco heating device further includes a tobacco pipe, the tobacco pipe is disposed in the tobacco cavity, one end of the tobacco pipe is communicated with the tobacco mouthpiece, and another end of the tobacco pipe is communicated with the material feeding and discharging opening of the heating cup.
A further preferred solution of the present application is that:
- the cut tobacco heating device further includes a blocking screen for blocking the cut tobacco or tobacco ash, and the blocking screen is mounted on the tobacco pipe and located at an end of the tobacco pipe which is away from the tobacco mouthpiece.
The beneficial effect of the present application is that:
- by providing a connecting part and a sliding part between the tobacco rod and the tobacco mouthpiece, when in use, the sliding part and the connecting part are used to slide and rotate the tobacco mouthpiece to open the cut tobacco heating device. The cut tobacco can directly be put into the heating cup, then the tobacco mouthpiece is returned to its original position, and the cut tobacco in the cut tobacco heating device is heated to produce the smokes for being inhaled, which is convenient for operation.

The cut tobacco heating device described in the embodiment of the present application further includes at least one sliding part 4 and at least one connecting part 5, the sliding part 4 is disposed on the tobacco mouthpiece 1 or tobacco rod 2, the sliding part 4 can make the tobacco mouthpiece 1 and the tobacco rod 2 slide in relation to one another. The tobacco mouthpiece 1 and the tobacco rod 2 are in rotatable connection through the connecting part 5. The tobacco mouthpiece 1 and the tobacco rod 2 of the embodiment can be opened and closed through the connecting part 5 and the sliding part 4. When in use, the sliding part 4 and the connecting part 5 are used to slide and rotate the tobacco mouthpiece 1 to open the cut tobacco heating device. At this time, the material feeding and discharging opening 31 of the heating cup 3 is exposed, the cut tobacco is put into the heating cup 3, then the tobacco mouthpiece 1 is returned to its original position, and the cut tobacco heating device is closed for smoking. When smoking is completed, through the sliding part 4 and the connecting part 5, the tobacco mouthpiece 1 is slid and rotated to open the cut tobacco heating device and the cut tobacco and the residue after smoking is poured out, and then the cut tobacco heating device is closed. On the one hand, it is easy to load and unload the cut tobacco. On the other hand, instead of using cigarettes, cut tobacco is loaded into the heating cup, and while smoking, the smoke produced by the heated cut tobacco can be inhaled directly without the paper paste of cigarettes, which makes the taste and the experience better.

Furthermore, the cut tobacco heating device further includes an upper housing 6, the upper housing 6 is provided with a tobacco cavity 61, and the tobacco mouthpiece 1 is detachably provided on the upper housing 6 and communicated with the tobacco cavity 61. Specifically, in this embodiment, taking the sliding groove on the tobacco rod 2 as an example, one end of the connecting member 51 is connected to the upper housing 6, and another end is slidably disposed in the sliding groove through the rotating shaft 52. When in use, slide the upper housing 5 first, then turn the upper housing 6 to drive the tobacco mouthpiece 1 to move at the same time, thereby opening the cut tobacco heating device. The sliding groove of the embodiment can also be provided on the upper housing 6, and the connecting member 51 is disposed on the tobacco rod 2.

In the embodiment, the shape of both the upper housing 6 and the tobacco rod 2 are cylindrical, two sliding grooves are provided, and two connecting parts 5 are also provided. The two connecting parts 5 are symmetrically disposed on the upper housing 6, and the position of the sliding grooves corresponds to the position of the connecting parts 5.

In the embodiment, the shape of the first limiting member 7 is semi-circular, two first limiting members 7 are provided, and the two first limiting members 7 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the sliding groove, which can strengthen the limiting effect of the rotating shaft 52 and avoid the connecting member 5 from sliding downward. At the same time, the first limiting member 7 is semi-circular, so that the rotating shaft 52 can be easily moved to the upper end of the first limiting member 7, which is convenient for operation.
Furthermore, the cut tobacco heating device further includes at least one second limiting member 8 for limiting the position of the rotating shaft, and the second limiting member 8 is provided on the inner wall of the sliding groove and is located at the lower end of the sliding groove. The second limiting member 8 can restrict the rotating shaft 52 from sliding upward when the cut tobacco heating device is closed, avoiding the cut tobacco heating device from being opened when it is not in use.
In the embodiment, the shape of the second limiting member 8 is semi-circular, two second limiting members 8 are provided, and the two second limiting members 8 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the sliding groove, which can strengthen the limiting effect of the rotating shaft 52 and avoid the connecting member 5 from sliding upward. At the same time, the second limiting member 8 is semi-circular, so that the rotating shaft 52 can be easily moved to the lower end of the second limiting member 8, which is convenient for operation. Further, the shape and size of the second limiting member 8 is the same as the shape and size of the first limiting member 7, which is convenient for processing.

Furthermore, the cut tobacco heating device further includes a tobacco pipe 62, which is disposed in the tobacco cavity 61, one end of the tobacco pipe 62 is communicated with the tobacco mouthpiece 1, and another end is communicated with the material feeding and discharging opening 31 of the heating cup 3. When in use, the smoke produced by the heated cut tobacco reaches the tobacco mouthpiece 1 through the tobacco pipe 62 and is inhaled by the user, and the upper housing 6 can isolate the heat generated by the heated cut tobacco to avoid scalding the user.

The operation process of the embodiment is as follows:
- Pull the upper housing 6 to the top end of the sliding groove, turn the upper housing 6, and the material feeding and discharging opening 31 of the heating cup 3 is exposed. Put the cut tobacco into the heating cup 3, return the upper housing 6 to its original position, and control the heating cup 3 to heat the cut tobacco through the power supply assembly 9. When smoking is complete, pull and turn the upper housing 6 to pour out the tobacco ash.
It should be understood that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present application, but not to limit it. To a person skilled in the art, the technical solution disclosed in the above embodiments can be modified, or some of the technical features can be replaced by equivalent; and all such modifications and replacements shall fall within the scope of protection of the appended claims of the present application.
Claims
1. A cut tobacco heating device, comprising:
- a tobacco mouthpiece;
- a tobacco rod comprising a heating cup disposed therein for holding cut tobacco, the heating cup being provided with a material feeding and discharging opening, the tobacco mouthpiece being communicated with the material feeding and discharging opening;
- at least one sliding part, the at least one sliding part being a sliding groove disposed on the tobacco mouthpiece or the tobacco rod; and
- at least one connecting part, the at least one connecting part comprising a connecting member and a rotating shaft, the connecting member being provided on the rotating shaft, one end of the connecting member being connected to the tobacco mouthpiece or the tobacco rod, and another end of the connecting member being slidably disposed in the sliding groove through the rotating shaft, the tobacco mouthpiece and the tobacco rod being in rotatable connection through the at least one connecting part, the tobacco mouthpiece and the tobacco rod being slidable in relation to one another through the rotating shaft and the sliding groove;
- wherein the tobacco mouthpiece and the tobacco rod are openable and closable through the at least one connecting part and the at least one sliding part.
2. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 1, further comprising an upper housing, the upper housing being provided with a tobacco cavity, and the tobacco mouthpiece being detachably disposed on the upper housing and communicated with the tobacco cavity.
3. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 1, further comprising at least one first limiting member for limiting a position of the rotating shaft, the at least one first limiting member being disposed on an inner wall of the sliding groove and located at an upper end of the sliding groove.
4. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 2, further comprising at least one first limiting member for limiting a position of the rotating shaft, the at least one first limiting member being disposed on an inner wall of the sliding groove and located at an upper end of the sliding groove.
5. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 3, wherein a shape of the at least one first limiting member is semi-circular, the at least one first limiting member is provided with two in total, and the two first limiting members are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the sliding groove.
6. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 3, further comprising at least one second limiting member for limiting a position of the rotating shaft, the at least one second limiting member being disposed on the inner wall of the sliding groove and located at a lower end of the sliding groove.
7. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 6, wherein a shape of the at least one second limiting member is semi-circular, the at least one second limiting member is provided with two in total, and the two second limiting members are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the sliding groove.
8. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 4, wherein a shape of the at least one first limiting member is semi-circular, the at least one first limiting member is provided with two in total, and the two first limiting members are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the sliding groove.
9. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 4, further comprising at least one second limiting member for limiting a position of the rotating shaft, the at least one second limiting member being disposed on the inner wall of the sliding groove and located at a lower end of the sliding groove.
10. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 9, wherein a shape of the at least one second limiting member is semi-circular, the at least one second limiting member is provided with two in total, and the two second limiting members are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the sliding groove.
11. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 2, further comprising a tobacco pipe, the tobacco pipe being disposed in the tobacco cavity, one end of the tobacco pipe being communicated with the tobacco mouthpiece, and another end of the tobacco pipe being communicated with the material feeding and discharging opening of the heating cup.
12. The cut tobacco heating device of claim 11, further comprising a blocking screen for blocking the cut tobacco or tobacco ash, and the blocking screen being mounted on the tobacco pipe and located at an end of the tobacco pipe which is away from the tobacco mouthpiece.
