The air mattress includes: upper sheet, lower sheet and annular side wall sheets, wherein the edges of the upper sheet are connected with the upper edges of the side wall sheets, the edges of the lower sheet are connected with the lower edges of the side wall sheets to form main air cavity; the inner surface of side wall sheet is fixed with annular side wall belt, the side wall belt and the upper sheet are connected by first support belt, the side wall belt and the lower sheet are connected by second support belt, and the side wall belt and the side wall sheet are fixedly connected by third support belt and fourth support belt, respectively; and annular first chamber consistent with the extending direction of the side wall sheet is formed in the side wall belt. The bed includes the air mattress.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

The present disclosure claims the priority of the Chinese Patent Application with the filing number 2021216990736, entitled “Air Mattress and Bed” filed on Jul. 26, 2021 with the Chinese Patent Office, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of furniture, in particular to an air mattress and a bed.

BACKGROUND ART

Air mattress refers to a kind of mattress that has strong flexibility and elasticity, and expands and becomes larger in volume after inflating. Advantages: the air mattress is elastic and not easy to deform, and it is very comfortable to sleep, it feels the same as a spring bed, and it is easy to carry and move.

Traditional air mattress generally includes an upper sheet, a lower sheet, and side wall sheets connected to the upper sheet and the lower sheet, wherein the upper sheet, the lower sheet and the side wall sheets form a chamber, the chamber is inflated through an air valve so that the air mattress has a certain supporting force, therefore, the supporting force of the air mattress directly affects the user experience. Generally, after the air mattress is fully inflated, the air mattress would be somewhat slack, soft, and has poor stability. When a user lies or sits on the air mattress, the air mattress may easily sink.

SUMMARY

The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide an air mattress and a bed for solving the technical problem on poor stability of the air mattress in the prior art.

The first aspect of the present disclosure provides an air mattress, which includes: an upper sheet, a lower sheet and annular side wall sheets;

wherein the edges of the upper sheet are connected with the upper edges of the side wall sheets, the edges of the lower sheet are connected with the lower edges of the side wall sheets to form a main air cavity;

wherein an annular side wall belt is fixed at the inner surface of the side wall sheet, the side wall belt and the upper sheet are connected by a first support belt, the side wall belt and the lower sheet are connected by a second support belt, and the side wall belt and the side wall sheet are fixedly connected by a third support belt and a fourth support belt, respectively.

An annular first chamber consistent with the extending direction of the side wall sheet is formed in the side wall belt, the section of the first chamber is in O-shape.

Further, an annular second chamber is formed by the first support belt, the upper sheet, the side wall sheet, the third support belt and the side wall belt.

Further, an annular third chamber is formed by the third support belt, the side wall sheet, the fourth support belt and the side wall belt.

Further, an annular fourth chamber is formed by the fourth support belt, the side wall sheet, the second support belt and the side wall belt.

Further, a plurality of vertical pulling ribs are provided between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and two ends of the vertical pulling rib are respectively connected with the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and the plurality of the vertical pulling ribs are distributed in an array.

Further, heating element for conducting heat into the main air cavity is provided in the annular first chamber.

Further, the annular first chamber is filled with a self-heating material or a heat preservation material.

Further, the vertical pulling rib is a rubber support belt or a plastic support belt.

Further, the vertical pulling rib comprises a TPU material layer and a cloth material layer.

The second aspect of the present disclosure provides a bed, including the air mattress provided by the present disclosure.

The air mattress provided by the present disclosure includes: the upper sheet, the lower sheet and annular side wall sheets, wherein the edges of the upper sheet are connected with the upper edges of the side wall sheets, the edges of the lower sheet are connected with the lower edges of the side wall sheets to form the main air cavity, wherein the inner surface of the side wall sheet is fixed with the annular side wall belt, the side wall belt and the upper sheet are connected by the first support belt, the side wall belt and the lower sheet are connected by the second support belt, and the side wall belt and the side wall sheet are fixedly connected by the third support belt and the fourth support belt, respectively.

The annular first chamber consistent with the extending direction of the side wall sheet is formed in the side wall belt, after the first chambers are filled with gas, the side wall belts play an auxiliary supporting role for the air mattress, which can improve the stability of the air mattress. The section of the annular first chamber is in O-shape, which makes the gas distribution in the annular first chamber more uniform and reduces the possibility of collapse at the edge positions.

When the bedside is under pressure, the side wall belt with the O-shaped annular first chamber may hinder the deformation of the bedside, and the deformation range of the annular first chamber of the bedside becomes smaller, which may make the edges or corner regions of the air mattress still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, then maintain the hardness and elasticity of the surfaces and edges of the air mattress, and also improve the support strength of the bed body, thereby improving the stability of the bedsides or the bed body, which makes the bedsides not easy to collapse; and when a user is lying or sitting on the bedside, it is not easy to fall off due to the collapse of the bedside.

The side wall belt and the upper sheet are connected by the first support belt, and the possibility of the upper sheet excessively expanding outwards can be reduced by the first support belt. The side wall belt and the lower sheet are connected by the second support belt, and the possibility of the lower sheet excessively expanding outwards can be reduced by the second support belt. The side wall belt and the side wall sheet are fixedly connected by the third support belt and the fourth support belt, respectively, and the possibility of the side wall belt excessively expanding outwards can be reduced by the third support belt and the fourth support belt; the first support belt, the second support belt, the third support belt, and the fourth support belt are matched with the side wall belt at the same time, which may make the edges or corner regions of the air mattress still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, then maintain the hardness and elasticity of the surfaces and edges of the air mattress, and also improve the support strength of the bed body, thereby improving the stability of the bedsides or the bed body, which makes the bedsides not easy to collapse; and when a user is lying or sitting on the bedside, it is not easy to fall off due to the collapse of the bedside.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are some of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those ordinary skilled in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Example 1

The air mattress provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure includes: an upper sheet 10, a lower sheet 20 and annular side wall sheets 40, wherein the edges of the upper sheet 10 are connected to the upper edges of the side wall sheets 40, the edges of the lower sheet 20 are connected with the lower edges of the side wall sheets 40 to form a main air cavity 50, and the main air cavity 50 is inflated to form a bed body. The side wall sheets 40 may be respectively connected to the upper sheet 10 and the lower sheet 20 by hot pressing.

The inner surface of the side wall sheet 40 is fixed with an annular side wall belt 30, the side wall belt 30 and the upper sheet 10 are connected by a first support belt 31, the side wall belt 30 and the lower sheet 20 are connected by a second support belt 32, and the side wall belt 30 and the side wall sheet 40 are fixedly connected by a third support belt 33 and the fourth support belt 34, respectively. Optionally, the side wall belt 30 and the upper sheet 10 are respectively connected to the first support belt 31 by hot pressing, the side wall belt 30 and the lower sheet 20 are respectively connected to the second support belt 32 by hot pressing, the side wall belt 30 and the side wall sheet 40 are respectively connected to the third support belt 33 by hot pressing, and the side wall belt 30 and the side wall sheet 40 are respectively connected to the fourth support belt 34 by hot pressing.

An annular first chamber 51 consistent with the extending direction of the side wall sheet 40 is formed in the side wall belt 30, after the annular first chambers 51 are fully filled with gas, the side wall belts 30 play an auxiliary supporting role for the air mattress, which can improve the stability of the air mattress. The section of the annular first chamber 51 is in O-shape, which makes the gas distribution in the annular first chamber 51 more uniform, and reduces the possibility of collapse at the edges.

When the bedside is under pressure, the side wall belt 30 with the O-shaped annular first chamber 51 may hinder the deformation of the bedside, and the deformation range of the annular first chamber 51 of the bedside becomes smaller, which may make the edges or corner regions of the air mattress still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, then maintain the hardness and elasticity of the surfaces and edges of the air mattress, and also improve the support strength of the bed body, thereby improving the stability of the bedsides or the bed body, which makes the bedsides not easy to collapse; and when a user is lying or sitting on the bedside, it is not easy to fall off due to the collapse of the bedside.

The side wall belts 30 and the upper sheet 10 are connected by the first support belts 31, and the possibility of the upper sheet 10 excessively expanding outwards can be reduced by the first support belts 31. The side wall belts 30 and the lower sheet 20 are connected by the second support belts 32, and the possibility of the lower sheet 20 excessively expanding outwards can be reduced by the second support belts 32. The side wall belt 30 and the side wall sheet 40 are fixedly connected by the third support belt 33 and the fourth support belt 34, respectively, and the possibility of the side wall belt 30 excessively expanding outwards can be reduced by the third support belt 33 and the fourth support belt 34.

The first support belt 31, the second support belt 32, the third support belt 33, and the fourth support belt 34 are matched with the side wall belt 30 at the same time, which may make the edges or corner regions of the air mattress still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, then maintain the hardness and elasticity of the surfaces and edges of the air mattress, and also improve the support strength of the bed body, thereby improving the stability of the bedsides or the bed body, which makes the bedsides not easy to collapse; and when a user is lying or sitting on the bedside, it is not easy to fall off due to the collapse of the bedside.

Optionally, the side wall sheet 40 includes a left side sheet, a right side sheet, a front side sheet and a rear side sheet, wherein the left side sheet, the right side sheet, the front side sheet and the rear side sheet are connected successively to form an annular shape; optionally, the left side sheet, the right side sheet, the front side sheet and the rear side sheet are connected by hot pressing.

In some specific embodiments, an annular second chamber 52 is formed by the first support belt 31, the upper sheet 10, the side wall sheet 40, the third support belt 33, and the side wall belt 30. The second chamber 52 is in annular shape, so that the second chamber 52 plays an auxiliary supporting role for the air mattress, which can improve the stability of the air mattress.

The main air cavity 50 may be divided into multiple independent spaces by the first support belt 31 and the third support belt 33, which structurally increases the tear strength and tensile strength. Since the first support belt 31 and the third support belt 33 divide the main air cavity 50 into multiple independent spaces, when a user is sitting on the bedside, after the edge of the bed body is stressed, since the spaces are partitioned, it does not directly cause the other side to bounce after being affected, and may make the edges or corner regions of the air mattress still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, then maintain the hardness and elasticity of the surfaces and edges of the air mattress, and also improve the support strength of the bed body, thereby improving the stability of the bedsides or the bed body, which makes the bedsides not easy to collapse; and when a user is lying or sitting on the bedside, it is not easy to fall off due to the collapse of the bedside.

In some specific embodiments, an annular third chamber 53 is formed by the third support belt 33, the side wall sheet 40, the fourth support belt 34, and the side wall belt 30. The third chamber 53 is in annular shape, so that the third chamber 53 plays an auxiliary supporting role for the air mattress, which can improve the stability of the air mattress.

The main air cavity 50 may be divided into multiple independent spaces by the third support belt 33 and the fourth support belt 34, which structurally increases the tear strength and tensile strength. Since the third support belt 33 and the fourth support belt 34 divide the main air cavity 50 into multiple independent spaces, when the user is sitting on the bedside, after the edge of the bed body is stressed, since the spaces are partitioned, it does not directly cause the other side to bounce after being affected, and may make the edges or corner regions of the air mattress still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, then maintain the hardness and elasticity of the surfaces and edges of the air mattress, and also improve the support strength of the bed body, thereby improving the stability of the bedsides or the bed body, which makes the bedsides not easy to collapse; and when a user is lying or sitting on the bedside, it is not easy to fall off due to the collapse of the bedside.

In some specific embodiments, an annular fourth chamber 54 is formed by the fourth support belt 34, the side wall sheet 40, the second support belt 32, and the side wall belt 30. The fourth chamber 54 is in annular shape, so that the fourth chamber 54 plays an auxiliary supporting role for the air mattress, which can improve the stability of the air mattress.

The main air cavity 50 may be divided into multiple independent spaces by the second support belt 32 and the fourth support belt 34, which structurally increases the tear strength and tensile strength. In some specific embodiments, heating element for conducting heat into the main air cavity 50 is provided in the annular first chamber 51. The heating element is also called an electric heating element, which refers to an element that converts electrical energy into heat energy through a resistance element. The heat generated by the heating element may be conducted to the main air cavity 50 of the bed body, so that the surface of the bed body is heated, and also the heat of the air cavity may not flow out.

In some specific embodiments, a plurality of vertical pulling ribs 60 are provided between the upper sheet 10 and the lower sheet 20, and two ends of the vertical pulling rib 60 are respectively connected with the upper sheet 10 and the lower sheet 20, and the plurality of the vertical pulling ribs 60 are distributed in an array. The plurality of the vertical pulling ribs 60 divide the main air cavity 50 into multiple independent spaces, which structurally increases the tear strength and tensile strength. Since the plurality of vertical pulling ribs 60 divide the main air cavity 50 into multiple independent spaces, when the user is sitting on the bedside, after the edge of the bed body is stressed, since the spaces are partitioned, it does not directly cause the other side to bounce after being affected.

In some specific embodiments, the vertical pulling rib 60 comprises a TPU material layer and a cloth material layer, which makes the bed body still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, when the user is sitting on the bedside, after the edge of the bed body is stressed, since the spaces are partitioned, it does not directly cause the other side to bounce after being affected.

Optionally, the vertical pulling rib 60 is in a sheet shape, which is convenient for connecting the vertical pulling rib 60 with the upper sheet 10 and the lower sheet 20, respectively. Optionally, the vertical pulling rib 60 are respectively connected to the upper sheet 10 and the lower sheet 20 by hot pressing.

In some specific embodiments, the annular first chamber 51 is filled with a self-heating material or a heat preservation material. The heat generated by the self-heating material or the heat preservation material may be conducted to the main air cavity 50 of the bed body, so that the surface of the bed body is warm, so as to improve the comfort.

In some specific embodiments, the vertical pulling rib 60 is a rubber support belt or a plastic support belt. The rubber support belt is made of rubber material, which makes the support belt have elasticity, toughness and tensile performance, improves the tensile performance or compression resistance of the upper sheet 10 and the lower sheet 20, reduces the possibility of the upper sheet 10 or the lower sheet 20 excessively expanding outwards, improves the stability and pressure resistance of the bed body, and makes the bed body less prone to cracking and rollover. The plastic support belt is made of plastic material, which makes the support belt have elasticity, toughness and tensile performance, improves the tensile performance or compression resistance of the upper sheet 10 and the lower sheet 20, reduces the possibility of the upper sheet 10 or the lower sheet 20 excessively expanding outwards, improves the stability and pressure resistance of the bed body, and makes the bed body less prone to cracking and rollover.

In some specific embodiments, the vertical pulling rib 60 comprises a TPU material layer and a cloth material layer.

The TPU material is the abbreviation of Thermoplastic Urethane, and also called as thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer in China. TPU is a polymer material formed by polymerization reaction of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and other diisocyanate molecules together with macromolecular polyols and low molecular polyols (chain extenders). TPU has excellent characteristics of high tension, high tensile strength, toughness and aging resistance, and is a kind of environmental protection material.

The vertical pulling rib 60 comprises the TPU material layer, which may make the edges or corner regions of the air mattress still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, then maintain the hardness and elasticity of the surfaces and edges of the air mattress, and also improve the support strength of the bed body, thereby improving the stability of the bedsides or the bed body, which makes the bedsides not easy to collapse; and when a user is lying or sitting on the bedside, it is not easy to fall off due to the collapse of the bedside.

Example 2

A bed provided in the example 2 of the present disclosure comprises the air mattress provided in the example 1. For the bed provided in the example 2 of the present disclosure, the side wall belt 30 with O-shaped annular first chamber 51 may hinder the deformation of the bedside, when the bedside is under pressure, and the deformation range of the annular first chamber 51 of the bedside becomes smaller, which may make the edges or corner regions of the air mattress still maintain a specific shape under a certain pressure, then maintain the hardness and elasticity of the surfaces and edges of the air mattress, and also improve the support strength of the bed body, thereby improving the stability of the bedsides or the bed body, which makes the bedsides not easy to collapse; and when a user is lying or sitting on the bedside, it is not easy to fall off due to the collapse of the bedside.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present disclosure, not to limit it; although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, those ordinary skilled in the art should understand that they can still modify the technical solution recorded in the above-mentioned embodiments, or equivalently replace some or all of the technical features therein; and these modifications or replacements do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions out of the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. An air mattress, comprising an upper sheet, a lower sheet and an annular side wall sheet,

wherein an edge of the upper sheet is connected with an upper edge of the side wall sheet, and an edge of the lower sheet is connected with an lower edge of the side wall sheet to form a main air cavity;
an annular side wall belt is fixed at an inner surface of the side wall sheet, the side wall belt and the upper sheet are connected by a first support belt, the side wall belt and the lower sheet are connected by a second support belt, and the side wall belt and the side wall sheet are fixedly connected by a third support belt and a fourth support belt, respectively; and
an annular first chamber consistent with an extending direction of the side wall sheet is formed in the side wall belt, and a section of the annular first chamber is in O-shape.

2. The air mattress according to claim 1, wherein an annular second chamber is formed by the first support belt, the upper sheet, the side wall sheet, the third support belt and the side wall belt.

3. The air mattress according to claim 1, wherein an annular third chamber is formed by the third support belt, the side wall sheet, the fourth support belt and the side wall belt.

4. The air mattress according to claim 1, wherein an annular fourth chamber is formed by the fourth support belt, the side wall sheet, the second support belt and the side wall belt.

5. The air mattress according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of vertical pulling ribs are provided between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, wherein two ends of each of the vertical pulling ribs are respectively connected with the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and the plurality of vertical pulling ribs are distributed in an array.

6. The air mattress according to claim 5, wherein a heating element for conducting heat into the main air cavity is provided in the annular first chamber.

7. The air mattress according to claim 5, wherein the annular first chamber is filled with a self-heating material or a heat preservation material.

8. The air mattress according to claim 5, wherein the vertical pulling ribs are rubber support belts or plastic support belts.

9. The air mattress according to claim 8, wherein each of the vertical pulling ribs comprises a TPU material layer and a cloth material layer.

10. A bed, comprising the air mattress according to claim 1.

11. The air mattress according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of vertical pulling ribs are provided between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, wherein two ends of each of the vertical pulling ribs are respectively connected with the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and the plurality of vertical pulling ribs are distributed in an array.

12. The air mattress according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of vertical pulling ribs are provided between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, wherein two ends of each of the vertical pulling ribs are respectively connected with the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and the plurality of vertical pulling ribs are distributed in an array.

13. The air mattress according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of vertical pulling ribs are provided between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, wherein two ends of each of the vertical pulling ribs are respectively connected with the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and the plurality of vertical pulling ribs are distributed in an array.
