A foot arch, an insole and a shoe with correction function, comprising an arch support sheet, an insole, a shoe body, and a sole, an inner side of the arch support sheet is provided with a recovery groove with an opening facing downward, and an upper end forms an upwardly convex arc shape, connecting ropes, one end of the connecting rope is fixedly connected to one side of the opening of the recovery groove, and the other end is detachably connected to the other side of the opening of the recovery groove; by arranging an upward protrusion on an end surface of underside of the insole or the sole, a matching groove with a downward opening is formed to fit and connect the foot arch with the recovery groove. A plurality of connecting ropes designed as elastic ropes or non-elastic ropes are arranged at the opening of the matching groove.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the benefit and priority of Chinese patent application No. 202121782245.6, filed on Aug. 2, 2021, disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the field of insole, in particular to a foot arch, an insole and a shoe with a correcting function.

BACKGROUND

Under normal circumstances, the soles of human feet are arched, not flat. In medicine, this kind of arch is “built” together by three ridges, which are divided into two longitudinal arches in the front and rear directions and a transverse arch in the inner and outer directions. Informally, the foot arch is like a brick, which forms an arched bridge under the action of cement (ligaments and muscles), that is, the above-mentioned longitudinal and transverse arches. The outer arch shape is not obvious, but it actually exists. It just disappears when the load is loaded, which is called the lateral longitudinal arch. Viewed from the front and rear direction, there is also an arch that connects the inner and outer longitudinal arches, which is called the transverse arch. The three arches play a role in buffering vibrations; thereby protecting the plantar nerve blood vessels from compression and other aspects. The so-called flat foot is a kind of foot deformity, informally, is “solid feet”, that is, the above-mentioned arches become flat or disappears due to various reasons. When standing and walking, the arches collapse, and the soles of the feet become flat, resulting in fatigue or pain.

With the continuous improvement of the quality of life, people have higher requirements for the quality of life and are more willing to spend more energy on correction of flat foot disease. For example, the requirements for shoes and insoles are getting higher and higher, and people's requirements for insoles are not only limited to comfort. Currently in the prior art, the structure of the lower end surface of the insole or sole used for correction is single, and for the above-mentioned morbid flat foot phenomenon, an arched structure is formed by increasing the thickness of the insole or sole. However, due to the increase in thickness, unexpected phenomena such as wrinkling of the feet may occur during use, and the correction effect is insufficient.

SUMMARY

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the application proposes a foot arch, an insole and a shoe with a correcting function. It solves the following problems, that is, the structure of the lower end surface of the insole or sole used for correction is single, and for the above-mentioned morbid flat foot phenomenon, an arched structure is formed by increasing the thickness of the insole or sole, however, due to the increase in thickness, unexpected phenomena such as wrinkling of the feet may occur during use, and the correction effect is insufficient.

The technical solution adopted in this application is: a foot arch with correction function comprising an arch support sheet, wherein an inner side of the arch support sheet is provided with a recovery groove with an opening facing downward, and an upper end of the recovery groove forms an upwardly convex arc shape, wherein a plurality of connecting ropes are arranged at the opening of the recovery groove, and one end of the connecting rope is fixedly connected to one side of the opening of the recovery groove, and the other end is detachably connected to the other side of the opening of the recovery groove.

Furthermore, the connecting rope is configured as an elastic rope or an inelastic rope.

Furthermore, a correction angle is formed at a connection point between the connecting rope and the opening of the recovery groove.

Furthermore, the correction angle is between 20°-30°.

An insole with an arch support sheet with arch correction function, comprising an insole body, wherein an end surface of the lower side of the insole body is formed with an first upwardly protruding matching groove, and an upper wall of an inner side of the first matching groove is connected with the arch support sheet.

A shoe with an arch support sheet with arch correction function, comprising a shoe body, a sole, wherein the sole is fixedly connected to a lower side of the shoe body, an end surface of the lower side of the sole forms a second matching groove that protrudes toward the shoe body, and an upper wall of an inner side of the second matching groove is connected with the arch support sheet in a form-fitting manner.

Furthermore, a protective layer is provided at an opening of the second matching groove and on the lower side of the arch support sheet.

Compared with the prior art, the present application has the following beneficial effects: By arranging an upward protrusion on an end surface of underside of the insole or the sole, a matching groove with a downward opening is formed to fit and connect the foot arch with the recovery groove. At the same time, a plurality of connecting ropes designed as elastic ropes or non-elastic ropes are arranged at the opening of the matching groove to control the opening degree of the recovery groove, so as to control the recovery effect of the insole, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the recovery and elasticity of the insole, so as to solve the problem related to elasticity caused by thickening in the traditional technology; at the same time, the connection between the connecting ropes and the matching groove adopts the way of fixing one end and sliding connection at the other end, which will improve the convenience of use and the comfort of the insole.

In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present application or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following briefly introduces the accompanying drawings that are required to be used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art. Obviously, the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present application, and for those skilled in the art, other drawings can also be obtained according to the structures shown in these drawings without creative efforts.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, but not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in this application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work fall within the protection scope of this application.

It should be noted that all directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, back . . . ) in the embodiments of the present application are only used to explain the relationship between various components under a certain posture (as shown in the accompanying drawings). The relative positional relationship, the movement situation, etc., if the specific posture changes, the directional indication also changes accordingly.

In addition, descriptions involving “first”, “second”, etc. in this application are only for descriptive purposes, and should not be construed as indicating or implying their relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of indicated technical features. Referring to FIGS. 1-6, a foot arch with correction function of the present application comprises an arch support sheet 13, wherein an inner side of the arch support sheet 13 is provided with a recovery groove 15 with an opening facing downward, and an upper end of the recovery groove forms an upwardly convex arc shape, wherein a plurality of connecting ropes 14 are arranged at the opening of the recovery groove 15, and one end of the connecting rope 14 is fixedly connected to one side of the opening of the recovery groove 15, and the other end is detachably connected to the other side of the opening of the recovery groove 15. Using the arch support sheet with the recovery groove 15 to form an upwardly convex arc shape to correct the flat foot in a pathological state, thereby preventing the arch support sheet 13 from being plastically deformed due to frequent pressure and reducing the service life. The connecting ropes 14 are arranged at the opening of the recovery groove 15, and the connecting rope 14 is fixed at one end, and the other end is slidably connected to the recovery groove 15, so that the length of the connecting rope 14 can be controlled, thereby the restraint on the opening of the recovery groove 15 is realized.

Specifically, the connecting rope 14 is configured as an elastic rope or an inelastic rope. In use, by designing the connecting rope 14 as an elastic rope or an inelastic rope, the control of the recovery effect can be realized, thereby meeting the needs of different groups of people.

Specifically, a correction angle 16 is formed at a connection point between the connecting rope 14 and the opening of the recovery groove 15. By setting a certain correction angle, the effect of correcting the flat foot in a pathological state can be achieved.

Specifically, the correction angle is between 20°-30°. The best angle is 25°, so that an excellent correction effect can be achieved.

in embodiment 2, more specifically, a kind of insole with foot arch with correction function comprises an insole body 11, wherein an end surface of the lower side of the insole body 11 is formed with a first upwardly protruding matching groove 12, and an upper wall of an inner side of the first matching groove 12 is connected with the arch support sheet 13. The first upwardly protruding matching groove 12 is provided on the lower end surface of the insole body 11 to fit and connect the arch support sheet 13 of the recovery groove 15 with a downward opening, and the upper end also forms an upwardly convex arc shape to increase the connection contact area, so that the connection between the insole body 11 and the arch support sheet 13 is more stable, and at the same time, it can also have the effect of increasing elasticity and height.

In embodiment 3, more specifically, a shoe with an arch support sheet with arch correction function, comprising a shoe body 18, a sole 17, wherein the sole 17 is fixedly connected to a lower side of the shoe body 18, an end surface of the lower side of the sole 17 forms a second matching groove 102 that protrudes toward the shoe body, and an upper wall of an inner side of the second matching groove 102 is connected with the arch support sheet 13 of the recovery groove 15 with a downward opening in a form-fitting manner, and the upper end also forms an upwardly convex arc shape to increase the connection contact area, so that the connection between the sole 13 and the arch support sheet 13 is more stable, so as to achieve the effect of correcting flat feet, it can also have the effect of increasing elasticity and height.

Specifically, a protective layer 102 is provided at an opening of the second matching groove 102 and on the lower side of the arch support sheet 13. The connecting cord provided on the arch support sheet 13 is protected by the protective layer 19, so as to prevent damage during use.

During use, the improvement time is the most suitable for users aged 3-5 or 5-15, but for adults, it will be used for a long time; Through processing, the foot arch is fixedly connected to the upper wall of the inner side of the matching groove provided on the end face of the insole or the lower side of the sole. At the same time, one end of the opening of the recovery groove of the foot arch is fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting ropes, and then the unfixed other end of the connecting rope is connected to the other end of the opening of the recovery groove. According to the needs of the user, the length of the connecting rope is controlled, and then the opening degree of the recovery groove is controlled, so as to achieve the effect of correcting and increasing of the height.

Claims

1. A foot arch with correction function comprising an arch support sheet, wherein an inner side of the arch support sheet is provided with a recovery groove with an opening facing downward, and an upper end of the recovery groove forms an upwardly convex arc shape, wherein a plurality of connecting ropes are arranged at the opening of the recovery groove, and one end of the connecting rope is fixedly connected to one side of the opening of the recovery groove, and the other end is detachably connected to the other side of the opening of the recovery groove.

2. The foot arch with correction function according to claim 1, wherein the connecting rope is configured as an elastic rope or an inelastic rope.

3. The foot arch with correction function according to claim 2, wherein a correction angle is formed at a connection point between the connecting rope and the opening of the recovery groove.

4. The foot arch with correction function according to claim 3, wherein the correction angle is between 20°-30°.

5. An insole with arch correction function, comprising an insole body, and the arch support sheet according to claim 1, which is connected to an end surface of a lower side of the insole, wherein the end surface of the lower side of the insole is formed with an first upwardly protruding matching groove, and an upper wall of an inner side of the first matching groove is connected with the arch support sheet.

6. A shoe with arch correction function, comprising a shoe body, a sole and the arch support sheet according to claim 1, which is connected to an end surface of a lower side of the insole, wherein the sole is fixedly connected to a lower side of the shoe body, an end surface of the lower side of the sole forms a second matching groove that protrudes toward the shoe body, and an upper wall of an inner side of the second matching groove is connected with the arch support sheet in a form-fitting manner.

7. The shoe with arch correction function according to claim 6, wherein a protective layer is provided at an opening of the second matching groove and on the lower side of the arch support sheet.
