    Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a first UE. The first UE transmits a plurality of reference signals (RSs) using a plurality of transmission beams on a sidelink. The first UE receives, from a second UE, a beam report carried on a Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH). The beam report indicates beam qualities generated by the second UE based on measurements of the plurality of RSs. The first UE selects a transmission beam and a reception beam based on the beam qualities. The first UE establishes a sidelink communication with the second UE using the selected transmission beam and the selected reception beam on the sidelink.

The electrical socket device includes an audio receiving module for generating an audio result based on sound at a site where the electrical appliance is disposed, and a processing module configured to generate audio feature data based on the audio result and to generate event data that is related to the usage of the electrical appliance at least based on the audio feature data. The server stores a behavioral feature recognition model that is configured to recognize multiple behavioral features related to behaviors of the user using the electrical appliance. The server uses the behavioral feature recognition model to determine whether the event data matches one of the behavioral feature, and sends a warning message to a user end device when the event data does not match any of the behavioral features.

    Abstract: Using surface activated bonding (SAB) allows direct bonding of a silicon growth seed layer over an aluminum nitride substrate without an intervening oxide layer. The growth seed layer may include p? Si(111) in order to allow for epitaxy of gallium nitride without exacerbating CTE mismatch between silicon and the gallium nitride. As a result, defects in the gallium nitride are reduced, and bowing and cracking of the substrate is reduced, which improves performance of an electronic device including the gallium nitride. Additionally, using SAB is faster than other techniques for forming a growth seed layer as well as conserving power, processing resources, and raw materials that otherwise would have been expended in forming the growth seed layer.

    Abstract: The present invention continuously generates a signal at an acceptable frequency without utilizing the PLL to modify the operation of the VCO. When the VCO is initialized properly to output a signal at a specific frequency, the VCO operates on its own to continuously output signals, and the VCO state is modified at regular intervals. Thus, when the interval is short enough and when the VCO is modified to the initial state every time, the VCO state will not deviate significantly from the initial state during these intervals. Thus, the VCO continuously generate signals with frequencies acceptably closed to the specific frequency. That is to say, the invention utilizes the injection lock to modify the operation of the VCO. To compare with the convention skills utilizing the PLL which has to feed back the signal generated by the VCO to the PLL for modifying the VCO state dynamically, the utilization of the injection lock simplifies the hardware and streamlines the process.

The first display is locked by using the first application, and the second display is locked by using the second application.

The open block boundary group could potentially be read in response to a request from a host for the data stored in the group. In an aspect, the memory system will determine whether programming a group of memory cells in a selected block will result in an open block. If it will not result in an open block, then the memory system uses a first set of programming parameters to program the group. However, if it will result in an open block then the memory system uses a second set of programming parameters to program the boundary group. The programming parameters may include verify levels and/or a program voltage step size. The second set of programming parameters can tighten Vt distributions, which mitigates mis-reads if the boundary group is read.
