    Abstract: This disclosure provides a monitoring auxiliary device and a monitoring system. The monitoring auxiliary device is in wired connection with multiple types of sensors to obtain physiological parameter signals detected by the sensors. The monitoring auxiliary device outputs monitoring-related data in a wired manner. When not in wired connection with the monitor, the monitoring-related data is transmitted to a monitor through a wireless communication module. The monitoring auxiliary device summarizes data from various sensors and outputs said data to the monitor in a wired manner or a wireless manner, requiring very few cables to connect with the monitor, thereby reducing a workload of medical staff plugging and unplugging cables and maintaining a clean surface of patient support.

    Abstract: A hard folding tonneau cover for a pickup truck bed is described. The cover assembly is affixed directly to the truck bed instead of prior art mounting frames attached to the sides of the truck bed. Each cover assembly includes a fixed bulk head panel and at least three foldable cover panels, connected to the bulk head panel, to enclose the open truck bed. A rubber hinge connector is provided between each panel to allow the panels to rotate up to 180 degree into a folded-open configuration. The panels are supported over the truck bed in a flush position by laterally projecting side frame elements. The cover panel adjacent the truck bed tail gate includes a locking latch assembly mounted exteriorly on the top surface and the bottom surface. Slam latching mechanisms mounted on the bottom cover panel surfaces secure the closed cover panels against the inside edge of the truck bed. The cover panels can be released without dropping the tailgate.

    Abstract: Various embodiments described herein provide for methods that allow a location server, e.g., a Location Management Function (LMF) to facilitate determining the location of a User Equipment (UE) using multi Round Trip Time (RTT) measurements by a single satellite in a Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) by using the orbital movement of the satellite to perform successive positioning measurements to the UE. The UE and the satellite can send their respective positioning measurements to the LMF, along with time stamps at which the positioning measurements were obtained, and the LMF, using the known location and timing of the satellite, can determine the location of the UE. The LMF can also consider the UE processing capability to configure the UE with uplink (UL) transmission time stamps indicating the start of transmission of UL reference signals for positioning measurements.

    Abstract: A method of recycling fibers from post-consumer nylon fabrics is performed as follows. Post-consumer nylon textiles are crushed to obtain crushed textiles, which are fed to a two-stage screw machine, and transported to a compression zone, a melting zone, and a metering zone in sequence. Then the crushed textiles are subjected to water cooling, air cooling, granulation and drying to obtain nylon fabric chips, which are subjected to secondary granulation. The nylon fabric chips and a nylon-6 masterbatch are fed into a composite core screw and a skin screw to obtain a mixed melt, which is fed into a spinning box and compounded to obtain a coated filament bundle. The coated filament bundle is ejected for monomer suction, and subjected to primary cooling by lateral blowing, cluster oiling, secondary cooling, stretched shaping and winding to obtain recycled fibers.
