INCLINABLE BABY BED CAPABLE OF BEING ELECTRICALLY LIFTED AND USED ON ADULT BED

Provided is an inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed. The baby bed includes a bed bottom, a bed body and a bed board; the bed body includes a supporting plate and an enclosing plate, the bed bottom is connected to the supporting plate, and the enclosing plate is fixedly arranged around the supporting plate and sleeves the bed bottom; and the bed board includes a first bed board and a second bed board, and the first bed board and the second bed board are connected in a relatively rotatable manner by means of a hinge. The baby bed is light and portable in structure, can be placed on an adult bed for use, and can also be moved to other spaces such as a sofa and a carpet for use, so as to be convenient and easy to carry.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This is a U.S. patent application which claims the priority and benefit of Chinese Patent Application Number 202123285785.6, filed on Dec. 24, 2021, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of baby beds.

BACKGROUND ART

As beds for babies, baby beds come in a variety of styles, such as solid wood baby beds (painted or unpainted), bamboo baby beds, rattan baby beds and multi-material mixed baby beds.

Solid wood baby beds domestically are made of radiata pine and mongolian scotch pine, the radiata pine is softer and easy to plane, while the mongolian scotch pine is harder and has lower fineness. The novel bamboo baby beds have a number of advantages. Compared with wood, bamboo is harder and more compact and thus has higher compressive strength and bending strength. With clear lines, attractive surfaces, natural colors and fragrances, the bamboo baby beds are handsome and elegant. Due to low probability of dirt retention and dew formation, the bamboo is easy to clean so as to avoid mite breeding, bacterial reproduction, and damages caused by worms. Moreover, the bamboo can automatically adjust environmental humidity and resist humidity, has a low thermal conductivity coefficient and is warm in winter and cool in summer. Having an effect of absorbing ultraviolet rays, the bamboo makes people's eyes comfortable indoors and furthermore prevents occurrence and development of eye diseases such as myopia. Besides, on account of the functions of sound absorption, sound insulation, bass removal and reverberation reduction, the bamboo can effectively remove noise and then creates a peaceful atmosphere for people. However, the bamboo is cool in nature.

The existing baby beds mainly focus on functions, but smaller babies need to be taken care of closely. Thus, if the baby beds can be placed on adult beds, the baby beds will be convenient to use, and if various actual needs generated in a process of taking care of the babies can be met at the same time, the baby beds will be more convenient to use.

SUMMARY

In view of the above circumstances, in order to solve the problems of the above technique, the present invention provides an inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed. The baby bed includes a bed bottom, a bed body and a bed board. The bed body includes a supporting plate and an enclosing plate, the bed bottom is connected to the supporting plate, and the enclosing plate is fixedly arranged around the supporting plate and sleeves the bed bottom. The bed board is arranged in a space delimited by the enclosing plate above the supporting plate, the bed board includes a first bed board and a second bed board, and the first bed board and the second bed board are connected in a relatively rotatable manner by means of a hinge.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, the bed board is separably provided with a waist-protecting safety belt, guardrail pillows and a hip-supporting pillow.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, a bottom of the waist-protecting safety belt, a bottom of the guardrail pillow and a bottom of the hip-supporting pillow are connected to the bed board by means of hook and loop fasteners. The two guardrail pillows are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the waist-protecting safety belt.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, the guardrail pillow is arranged at an end where a first bed board is positioned, the hip-supporting pillow is arranged on a second bed board, and the waist-protecting safety belt is arranged in a region delimited by the guardrail pillows and the hip-supporting pillow.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, the guardrail pillow is arranged at one end of a second bed board, the hip-supporting pillow is arranged at the other end, adjacent to a first bed board, of the second bed board, and the waist-protecting safety belt is arranged in a region delimited by the guardrail pillows and the hip-supporting pillow.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, the supporting plate is provided with a first driving groove and a second driving groove, and a first driving device and a second driving device for lifting the first bed board and the second bed board are arranged at portions, below the first driving groove and the second driving groove, in the bed bottom respectively.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, the first driving device and the second driving device are each provided with a bottom plate and a lifting plate, where two ends of the bottom plate are provided with a fixed shaft hole and a sliding shaft long groove respectively, two ends of the lifting plate are provided with a fixed shaft hole and a sliding shaft long groove respectively, a fixed shaft is arranged in the fixed shaft hole, and a sliding shaft is arranged in the sliding shaft long groove; and he first driving device and the second driving device each are further provided with a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, where one end of the first connecting rod is connected to a shaft end of the fixed shaft on the bottom plate, the other end of the first connecting rod is connected to a shaft end of the sliding shaft on the lifting plate, one end of the second connecting rod is connected to a shaft end of the fixed shaft on the lifting plate, and the other end of the second connecting rod is connected to a shaft end of the sliding shaft on the bottom plate.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, a middle of the first connecting rod and a middle of the second connecting rod are further provided with hinged connecting shafts, and the first connecting rods and the second connecting rods are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first driving device and on two sides of the second driving device respectively.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, the first driving device and the second driving device each are further provided with an electric motor and a screw rod driven by the electric motor, the screw rod is in transmission connection to the sliding shaft in a threaded connection manner, and the screw rod is connected to the shaft hole provided on the fixed shaft in a relatively rotatable manner.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, infrared sensors are arranged around each of the first bed board and the second bed board.

After the technique provided by the present invention is adopted, the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to the embodiment of the present invention has the following beneficial effects.

1) Through a combined arrangement of the bed bottom, the bed body and the bed board, the bed bottom may be individually subjected to round corner forming conveniently during manufacture, so as to be conveniently placed on the adult bed, and to prevent a bed sheet, a mattress, etc. on the adult bed from being scratched or subjected to sharp corner-shaped pressing deformation. The bed board is arranged in the space delimited by the enclosing plate above the supporting plate, such that on one hand, the bed board may be conveniently fixed to be prevented from falling off the bed body, and on the other hand, the bed board may be conveniently taken out to be cleaned or washed independently.

2) By arranging the first bed board and the second bed board and connecting the first bed board and the second bed board in a relatively rotatable manner by means of the hinge, when a head of a baby (four-month-old or below) is positioned at the first bed board, the first bed board may be inclined by 15 degrees to 30 degrees, and the second bed board keeps at the same plane as the first bed board and is inclined at the same time, such that spines of the baby are comprehensively protected, and meanwhile, milk regurgitation of the baby is prevented. After the baby (four-month-old to two-years-old) may sit up, when the head is positioned on the second bed board and is inclined at an angle (15 degrees to 30 degrees), a height of the first bed board is kept unchanged, and the hip-supporting pillow is arranged at a corner of the bed board to support a hip of the baby, so as to prevent the baby from sliding down.

3) The first driving device and the second driving device may be used to drive the first bed board and the second bed board to be lifted simultaneously such that an adult may conveniently take care of the baby without bending down, specifically, may help the baby in farting, change a diaper for the baby, dress the baby in clothes, etc.

4) The infrared sensors are arranged around the first bed board and the second bed board to prevent lifting and inclining from being blocked by foreign objects, and operation is stopped immediately in case of foreign objects, so as to ensure safety of the adult and the child when the product is used.

5) The baby bed is light and portable in overall structure, may be placed on an adult bed for use, and may also be moved to other spaces such as a sofa and a carpet for use at any time, so as to be convenient and easy to carry. Furthermore, the baby bed may meet various actual needs generated in a process of taking care of the baby, thereby being more convenient.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Preferred implementations of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following description, with reference to the accompanying drawings, is provided to assist in understanding the exemplary implementations of the present invention as defined by the claims and equivalents thereof. The following description includes various specific details to aid understanding, which are considered as exemplary only. Accordingly, those skilled in the art will realize that various changes and modifications may be made to the implementations described herein without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention. In addition, a detailed description of functions and configurations well known in the art will be omitted for clarity and brevity of the description.

As shown in FIGS. 1-6, an inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed includes a bed bottom 1, a bed body 2 and a bed board 3. The bed body 2 includes a supporting plate 21 and an enclosing plate 22, the bed bottom 1 is connected to the supporting plate 21, and the enclosing plate 22 is fixedly arranged around the supporting plate 21 and sleeves the bed bottom 1. The bed board 3 is arranged in a space delimited by the enclosing plate 22 above the supporting plate 21, the bed board 3 includes a first bed board 31 and a second bed board 32, and the first bed board 31 and the second bed board 32 are connected in a relatively rotatable manner by means of a hinge 30.

The bed board 3 is separably provided with a waist-protecting safety belt 41, guardrail pillows 42 and a hip-supporting pillow 43. Two ends of the waist-protecting safety belt 41 are connected by a hook and loop fastener or other similar means. The two guardrail pillows 42 are arranged to protect a head, a shoulder and an arm, and ends thereof are provided with curved portions to conveniently protect the head. The hip-supporting pillow 43 is used for supporting a hip of a baby, so as to prevent the baby from sliding down when the baby bed is inclined at an angle.

A bottom of the waist-protecting safety belt 41, a bottom of the guardrail pillow 42 and a bottom of the hip-supporting pillow 43 are connected to the bed board 3 by means of hook and loop fasteners. With the hook and loop fasteners, the above components may be moved at will, so as to be conveniently arranged according to different needs.

The two guardrail pillows 42 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the waist-protecting safety belt 41.

The guardrail pillow 42 is arranged at an end where the first bed board 31 is positioned, the hip-supporting pillow 43 is arranged on the second bed board 32, and the waist-protecting safety belt 41 is arranged in a region delimited by the guardrail pillows 42 and the hip-supporting pillow 43. Through such arrangements, the baby bed is suitable for babies four-month-old or below, the guardrail pillow is arranged at an end where a small bed board is positioned, the hip-supporting pillow is arranged at an end where a large bed board is positioned, the first bed board 31 and the second bed board 32 are inclined at the same angle, and surfaces thereof are kept on the same plane, such that the whole board is inclined, and spines of the baby are prevented from bending.

The guardrail pillow 42 is arranged at one end of the second bed board 32, the hip-supporting pillow 43 is arranged at the other end, adjacent to the first bed board 31, of the second bed board 32, and the waist-protecting safety belt 41 is arranged in a region delimited by the guardrail pillows 42 and the hip-supporting pillow 43. Through such arrangements, the baby bed is suitable for babies four-month-old to 2-year-old, at these ages, children may sit up, these guardrail pillows may be moved to the end where the large bed board is positioned, and the hip-supporting pillow is also arranged at the end where the large bed board is positioned. In this way, the second bed board 32 may be individually inclined for use.

The supporting plate 21 is provided with a first driving groove 211 and a second driving groove 212, and a first driving device 51 and a second driving device 52 for lifting the first bed board 31 and the second bed board 32 are arranged at portions, below the first driving groove 211 and the second driving groove 212, in the bed bottom 1 respectively.

The first driving device 51 and the second driving device 52 are each provided with a bottom plate 501 and a lifting plate 502, where two ends of the bottom plate 501 are provided with a fixed shaft hole 5001 and a sliding shaft long groove 5002 respectively, two ends of the lifting plate 502 are provided with a fixed shaft hole and a sliding shaft long groove respectively, a fixed shaft 503 is arranged in the fixed shaft hole 5001, and a sliding shaft 504 is arranged in the sliding shaft long groove 5002; and he first driving device and the second driving device each are further provided with a first connecting rod 505 and a second connecting rod 506, where one end of the first connecting rod 505 is connected to a shaft end of the fixed shaft 503 on the bottom plate 501, the other end of the first connecting rod 505 is connected to a shaft end of the sliding shaft 504 on the lifting plate 502, one end of the second connecting rod 506 is connected to a shaft end of the fixed shaft 503 on the lifting plate 502, and the other end of the second connecting rod 506 is connected to a shaft end of the sliding shaft 504 on the bottom plate 501.

A middle of the first connecting rod 505 and a middle of the second connecting rod 506 are further provided with hinged connecting shafts 500.

The first connecting rods 505 and the second connecting rods 506 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first driving device 51 and on two sides of the second driving device 52 respectively.

The first driving device 51 and the second driving device 52 each are further provided with an electric motor 509 and a screw rod 508 driven by the electric motor, the screw rod 508 is in transmission connection to the sliding shaft 504 in a threaded connection manner, and the screw rod 508 is connected to the shaft hole provided on the fixed shaft 503 in a relatively rotatable manner.

The electric motor 509 is a servo motor or a stepping motor.

A control circuit board 61 is arranged in the bed bottom 1, and the control circuit board 61 is connected to the electric motors 509 arranged in the first driving device 51 and in the second driving device 52 by means of circuits. The control circuit board 61 is further connected to a switch button arranged on a surface of the bed body 2 by means of a circuit, or the control circuit board 61 is connected to a remote controller 62 by means of a wireless transmission device.

The lifting plate 502 of the first driving device 51 is provided with a transverse positioning groove 5021, and a positioning block which may be inserted into the transverse positioning groove 5021 is arranged at a portion, corresponding to the transverse positioning groove 5021, of a bottom of the first bed board 31.

The lifting plate 502 of the second driving device 52 is provided with a longitudinal limiting groove, and a limiting column which may be inserted into the longitudinal limiting groove is arranged at a portion, corresponding to the longitudinal limiting groove, on the second bed board 32.

Infrared sensors are arranged around each of the first bed board 31 and the second bed board 32.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, through a combined arrangement of the bed bottom, the bed body and the bed board, the bed bottom may be individually subjected to round corner forming conveniently during manufacture, so as to be conveniently placed on the adult bed, and to prevent a bed sheet, a mattress, etc. on the adult bed from being scratched or subjected to sharp corner-shaped pressing deformation. The first driving device and the second driving device may be used to drive the first bed board and the second bed board to be lifted simultaneously, such that an adult may conveniently take care of the baby without bending down, specifically, may help the baby in farting, change a diaper for the baby, dress the baby in clothes, etc. The switch button of the electric motor or the button of the remote controller may be used to lift or lower the baby bed by different distances.

The infrared sensors are arranged around the first bed board and the second bed board to prevent lifting and inclining from being blocked by foreign objects, and operation is stopped immediately in case of foreign objects, so as to ensure safety of the adult and the child when the product is used.

The baby bed is light and portable in overall structure, may be placed on an adult bed for use, and may also be moved to other spaces such as a sofa and a carpet for use at any time, so as to be convenient and easy to carry. Furthermore, the baby bed may meet various actual needs generated in a process of taking care of the baby, thereby being more convenient.

According to the inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed of the present application, through arrangements of the transverse positioning groove and the positioning block, the first bed board may be kept at a relatively fixed position, so as to be prevented from slipping when being lifted. Through arrangements of the longitudinal limiting groove and the limiting column, on the one hand, the second bed board is prevented from slipping left and right, and on the other hand, the second bed board may be conveniently slide relative to the lifting plate when being inclined and lifted.

The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to the present application further realize the following beneficial effects.

The guardrail pillow, the hip-supporting pillow and the waist-protecting safety belt may be moved, so as to be moved forward and backward according to the age of the baby on the one hand, and to be moved left and right according to weight of the baby on the other hand.

Through arrangements of the first driving device and the second driving device, one-key starting may be carried out under centralized control, and starting may also be carried out respectively, which is relatively convenient. The product is more convenient compared with a baby bed which forms a slope manually or by filling and has a problem that in case of milk regurgitation of the baby, a mother needs to take care of the baby and also needs to make a bed, which is hurry-scurry.

A waist and a hip are kept on one board, which is more conducive to development of the spines of the baby. The product is more conducive to health compared with a baby bed which has a problem that a bending portion of a slope is arranged at a portion where a waist is positioned, such that if the baby sits for a long time, the development of the spines may be effected.

The present invention is described in detail above. In this description, specific examples are used for illustrating the principles and the implementations of the present invention. The description of the foregoing embodiments is used to help in understanding the method of the present invention and the core ideas thereof. Meanwhile, those of ordinary skill in the art may make various modifications in terms of specific implementations and the scope of application in accordance with the ideas of the present invention. In conclusion, the content of the description should not be understood as limiting the present invention.

From the description of the above implementations, those skilled in the art could clearly understand that the present invention may be implemented. Of course, the cases listed above are only examples, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Those skilled in the art should understand that other variations or simplifications in accordance with the technical solutions of the present invention may all be suitably applied to the present invention and should be included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. An inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed, comprising a bed bottom (1), a bed body (2) and a bed board (3); wherein the bed body (2) comprises a supporting plate (21) and an enclosing plate (22), the bed bottom (1) is connected to the supporting plate (21), and the enclosing plate (22) is fixedly arranged around the supporting plate (21) and sleeves the bed bottom (1); and the bed board (3) is arranged in a space delimited by the enclosing plate (22) above the supporting plate (21), the bed board (3) comprises a first bed board (31) and a second bed board (32), and the first bed board (31) and the second bed board (32) are connected in a relatively rotatable manner by means of a hinge (30).

2. The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 1, wherein the bed board (3) is separably provided with a waist-protecting safety belt (41), guardrail pillows (42) and a hip-supporting pillow (43).

The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 2, wherein a bottom of the waist-protecting safety belt (41), a bottom of the guardrail pillow (42) and a bottom of the hip-supporting pillow (43) are connected to the bed board (3) by means of hook and loop fasteners, and the two guardrail pillows (42) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the waist-protecting safety belt (41).

The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 2, wherein the guardrail pillow (42) is arranged at an end where the first bed board (31) is positioned, the hip-supporting pillow (43) is arranged on the second bed board (32), and the waist-protecting safety belt (41) is arranged in a region delimited by the guardrail pillows (42) and the hip-supporting pillow (43).

The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 2, wherein the guardrail pillow (42) is arranged at one end of the second bed board (32), the hip-supporting pillow (43) is arranged at the other end, adjacent to the first bed board (31), of the second bed board (32), and the waist-protecting safety belt (41) is arranged in a region delimited by the guardrail pillows (42) and the hip-supporting pillow (43).

The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 1, wherein the supporting plate (21) is provided with a first driving groove (211) and a second driving groove (212), and a first driving device (51) and a second driving device (52) for lifting the first bed board (31) and the second bed board (32) are arranged at portions, below the first driving groove (211) and the second driving groove (212), in the bed bottom (1) respectively.

The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 6, wherein the first driving device (51) and the second driving device (52) each are provided with a bottom plate (501) and a lifting plate (502), wherein two ends of the bottom plate (501) are provided with a fixed shaft hole (5001) and a sliding shaft long groove (5002) respectively, two ends of the lifting plate (502) are provided with a fixed shaft hole and a sliding shaft long groove respectively, a fixed shaft (503) is arranged in the fixed shaft hole (5001), and a sliding shaft (504) is arranged in the sliding shaft long groove (5002); and the first driving device and the second driving device each are further provided with a first connecting rod (505) and a second connecting rod (506), wherein one end of the first connecting rod (505) is connected to a shaft end of the fixed shaft (503) on the bottom plate (501), the other end of the first connecting rod (505) is connected to a shaft end of the sliding shaft (504) on the lifting plate (502), one end of the second connecting rod (506) is connected to a shaft end of the fixed shaft (503) on the lifting plate (502), and the other end of the second connecting rod (506) is connected to a shaft end of the sliding shaft (504) on the bottom plate (501).

8. The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 7, wherein a middle of the first connecting rod (505) and a middle of the second connecting rod (506) are further provided with hinged connecting shafts (500), and the first connecting rods (505) and the second connecting rods (506) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first driving device (51) and on two sides of the second driving device (52) respectively.

The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 7, wherein the first driving device (51) and the second driving device (52) each are further provided with an electric motor (509) and a screw rod (508) driven by the electric motor, the screw rod (508) is in transmission connection to the sliding shaft (504) in a threaded connection manner, and the screw rod (508) is connected to the shaft hole provided on the fixed shaft (503) in a relatively rotatable manner.

10. The inclinable baby bed capable of being electrically lifted and used on an adult bed according to claim 1, wherein infrared sensors are arranged around each of the first bed board (31) and the second bed board (32).
