This application claims the priority benefit of China application serial no. 202220620480.1, filed on Mar. 21, 2022. The entirety of the above-mentioned patent application is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of this specification.

BACKGROUND Technical Field

The invention relates to a tyre, and particularly relates to a skateboard wheel tyre.

Description of Related Art

A skateboard wheel usually includes a hard wheel buckle for mounting a bearing and a tyre fixedly connected to the hard wheel buckle. In a traditional skateboard wheel, the tyre and the hard wheel buckle are of either a split structure or an integrally formed structure. When the tyre and the hard wheel buckle are of the split structure, the hard wheel buckle is placed in a forming die. The formed tyre made from a polyurethane (PU) material directly wraps the hard wheel buckle, and at the time, hardness of the PU material can be relatively low for shock absorption, so as to improve the comfort in a sliding process. When the tyre and the hard wheel buckle are of an integrally formed structure, the tyre and the hard wheel buckle are one-step formed in the forming die directly through the PU material, and at the time, to satisfy the hardness requirement on the hard wheel buckle, the hardness of the PU material is relatively high, so that the tyre features insufficient elasticity, poor shock absorption effect and insufficient comfort in the sliding process. In addition, the traditional skateboard wheel is relatively single in color, which is hard to satisfy the demand on visual diversity presently.

To solve the above problem of single color, a kind of skateboard wheels with tyres of split structure emerge in the current market. In this kind of skateboard wheels, the tyre and the hard wheel buckle are of the split structure or the integrated structure with same hardness. The tyre is divided into a plurality of parts. A part is manufactured and formed first, then the manufactured and formed part is placed in other dies, and raw materials for other parts are injected to form the other parts. Although all parts of the tyre of this kind of skateboard wheels can be different in color to meet the demand on visual diversity presently, hardness of all parts of the tyre of this kind of skateboard wheels is only kept consistent with either hard tyre, which results in poor comfort, or soft tyre with poor duration performance. The production process is complex, time- and labor-consuming, and the production cost is relatively high. The parts are relatively independent, are easy to strip and fall and are low in safety.

SUMMARY

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a skateboard wheel tyre which is capable of satisfying a demand on visual diversity presently, is higher in comfort and duration performance in a sliding process, and is simple in production process, time- and labor-saving, relatively low in production cost and relatively high in safety.

The technical solution adopted by the invention to solve the above technical problem is as follows: a skateboard wheel tyre, including an annular cover tyre, embedded parts and a first connector for connecting with a hard wheel buckle, wherein the first connector is located on the inner side of the annular cover tyre, and a cavity is formed therebetween; n second connectors are disposed in the cavity, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and each of the second connectors are respectively connected to the annular cover tyre and the first connector; the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors are integrally formed through any one material of rubber, polyurethane (PU), a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU); and the embedded parts are embedded into gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors to fill the gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors, and the embedded parts are made from a material which is the same as the annular cover tyre in type but different in color and hardness.

The hardness of the embedded parts is higher than that of the annular cover tyre. In the structure, when the skateboard wheel tyre is mounted on a skateboard and a person steps on the skateboard, as gravity gives a down force to the skateboard and the down force is transferred to the annular cover tyre, and the hardness of the annular cover tyre is lower than that of the embedded parts, the frictional force of the annular cover tyre contacting the ground is relatively high, so that the traction of the tyre can be improved and the tyre can be prevented from sliding. When the down force is transferred to the n second connectors through the annular cover tyre and is finally transferred to the first connector, as the hardness of the embedded parts is higher than that of the annular cover tyre and when the down force passes through the n second connectors, the embedded parts in the gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors can play a supporting role to prevent excessive deformation of the tyre, thereby further improving the safety.

The hardness of the embedded parts is lower than that of the annular cover tyre. In the structure, when the skateboard wheel tyre is mounted on the skateboard and the person steps on the skateboard, as gravity gives a down force to the skateboard and the down force is transferred to the n second connectors through the annular cover tyre and is finally transferred to the first connector, excessive deformation of the tyre can be prevented, so that the safety is further improved. Meanwhile, when the down force passes through the n second connectors, as the hardness of the embedded parts is lower than that of the annular cover tyre, the embedded parts in the gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors can absorb excessive shock, so that the comfort of the tyre is further improved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the skateboard wheel tyre includes the annular cover tyre, the embedded parts and the first connector for connecting with the hard wheel buckle; the first connector is located on the inner side of the annular cover tyre, and the cavity is formed therebetween; the n second connectors are disposed in the cavity, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and each of the second connectors are respectively connected to the annular cover tyre and the first connector; the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors are integrally formed through any one material of rubber, PU, TPE and TPU; and the embedded parts are embedded into the gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors to fill the gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors, and the embedded parts are made from a material which is the same as the annular cover tyre in type but different in color and hardness. Therefore, the embedded parts in the invention can be different in color, which can satisfy the demand on visual diversity presently; the annular cover tyre and the embedded parts are different in hardness, and can match to provide support and shock absorption, so that the comfort and duration performance in the sliding process are higher; the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors are integrally formed, and the embedded parts are injected and cured, so that the production process is simple, time- and labor-saving, relatively low in production cost and relatively high in safety.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The invention is further described below in detail in combination with drawings and embodiments.

Embodiment I: as shown in drawings, a skateboard wheel tyre, including an annular cover tyre 1, embedded parts 2 and a first connector 4 for connecting with a hard wheel buckle 3, wherein the first connector 4 is located on the inner side of the annular cover tyre 1, and a cavity is formed therebetween; n second connectors 5 are disposed in the cavity, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and each of the second connectors 5 is connected to the annular cover tyre 1 and the first connector 4; the annular cover tyre 1, the first connector 4 and the n second connectors 5 are integrally formed through any one material of rubber, polyurethane (PU), a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU); and the embedded parts 2 are embedded into gaps among the annular cover tyre 1, the first connector 4 and the n second connectors 5 to fill the gaps among the annular cover tyre 1, the first connector 4 and the n second connectors 5, and the embedded parts 2 are made from a material which is the same as the annular cover tyre 1 in type but different in color and hardness.

In the embodiment, the hardness of the embedded parts 2 is higher than that of the annular cover tyre 1.

Embodiment II: the embodiment is substantially same as the embodiment I, and the difference only lies in that in the embodiment, the hardness of the embedded parts 2 is lower than that of the annular cover tyre 1.

When the skateboard wheel tyre of the invention is produced, if the tyre and the hard wheel buckle 3 are integrally formed, a liquid material is poured into a die and the material is taken out after being cured. At the time, the hard wheel buckle 3, the annular cover tyre 1, the first connector 4 and the n second connectors 5 are integrally formed to obtain a formed body. Then the integrally formed tyre is mounted on a secondary injection die, the liquid material is poured into the die to fill the gaps in the annular cover tyre 1, the first connector 4 and the n second connectors 5 to form the embedded parts 2 after being cooled, so processing of the skateboard wheel tyre is finished; if the tyre and the hard wheel buckle 3 are of the split structure, the hard wheel buckle 3 is mounted in the die first, then the liquid material is poured into the die, the annular cover tyre 1, the first connector 4 and the n second connectors 5 are integrally formed after the cured material is taken out and are fixedly connected to the hard wheel buckle 3 to obtain a formed body, then the formed body is mounted in the secondary injection die, the liquid material is poured into the die to fill the gaps in the annular cover tyre 1, the first connector 4 and the n second connectors 5 to form the embedded parts 2 after being cooled, so processing of the skateboard wheel tyre is finished.

In the skateboard wheel tyre of the invention, the annular cover tyre 1, the first connector 4 and the n second connectors 5 are integrally formed, the embedded parts 2 are poured and formed, and the two-time forming materials can be different in color, so that color matching of the skateboard wheel tyre is improved, and the appearance attractiveness is improved. The two-time forming materials are different in hardness, which can consider shock absorption and duration performance both into consideration.

Claims

1. A skateboard wheel tyre, comprising an annular cover tyre, embedded parts and a first connector for connecting with a hard wheel buckle, wherein the first connector is located on the inner side of the annular cover tyre, and a cavity is formed therebetween; n second connectors are disposed in the cavity, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and each of the second connectors are respectively connected to the annular cover tyre and the first connector; the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors are integrally formed through any one material of rubber, polyurethane (PU), a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU); and the embedded parts are embedded into gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors to fill the gaps among the annular cover tyre, the first connector and the n second connectors, and the embedded parts are made from a material which is the same as the annular cover tyre in type but different in color and hardness.

2. The skateboard wheel tyre according to claim 1, wherein the hardness of the embedded parts is higher than the hardness of the annular cover tyre.

3. The skateboard wheel tyre according to claim 1, wherein the hardness of the embedded parts is lower than the hardness of the annular cover tyre.
