Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the field of a lift curtain, and in particular to a novel cord retracting-releasing apparatus.

The bottom of the curtain body of a lift curtain is generally provided with a bottom rod. The bottom rod is connected to a curtain retracting-releasing controller of the curtain through a pull cord. The terms such as “first” and “second” are used only for descriptive purposes, and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying the quantity of technical features. “A plurality of” means two or more, unless otherwise specifically defined.

As shown in FIG. 1, a novel cord retracting-releasing apparatus includes a conical reel set and a drive wheel set 7. One end of the conical reel set is connected to a curtain retracting-releasing controller 9 of a curtain. The other end of the conical reel set is connected to the drive wheel set 7, thereby transmitting power between the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9 and the drive wheel set 7. The curtain retracting-releasing controller 9 is configured to lift or release the curtain. The other end of the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9 is connected to a bottom rod of a curtain body. When the user drags the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9 in the direction close to the conical reel set, the conical reel set winds up the pull cord between it and the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9, to lift the curtain body. When the user drags the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9 in the direction away from the conical reel set, the conical reel set releases the pull cord between it and the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9, to lower the curtain body.

As shown in FIG. 8, in the present invention. The conical reel set includes a first cone pulley 201 and a second cone pulley 202. The first cone pulley 201 and the second cone pulley 202 are both in the shape of a truncated cone. The truncated cone includes a large-head end and a small-head end, and the diameter of the large-head end is greater than that of the small-head end. large-head ends of the two cone pulleys 2 are both disposed towards one side of the drive wheel set 7.

The first cone pulley 201 is configured to wind up a first pull cord 81 connected to the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9. The second cone pulley 202 is configured to wind up a second pull cord 82 connected to the drive wheel set 7. In addition, the first pull cord 81 and the second pull cord 82 are wound on the first cone pulley 201 and the second cone pulley 202 respectively at opposite directions. As shown in FIG. 8, in this embodiment, a specific connection structure is as follows: one end of the first pull cord 81 is connected to the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9. The other end of the first pull cord 81 is fastened to the large-head end of the first cone pulley 201 and is wound in a forward direction (an anticlockwise direction from right to left in FIG. 8). One end of the second pull cord 82 is connected to the reel 73 in the drive wheel set 7. The other end of the second pull cord 82 is fastened to the small-head end of the second cone pulley 202, and is wound in a backward direction (a clockwise direction from left to right in FIG. 8). The forward and backward directions here are only used to define two opposite winding directions.

By using the foregoing connection structure, in the present invention, when the curtain is lifted, the cords in the conical reel set and the drive wheel set 7 are retracted and released respectively in the following process: the first cone pulley 201 retracts the cord, and the first pull cord 81 is wound from the large-head end of the first cone pulley 201 to the small-head end; and the second cone pulley 202 releases the cord, and the second pull cord 82 is released from the large-head end of the second cone pulley 202 to the small-head end. On the contrary, in the present invention, when the curtain is lowered, the process of retracting and releasing the pull cords is as follows: the first cone pulley 201 releases the cord, and the first pull cord 81 is released from the small-head end of the first cone pulley 201 to the large-head end; and the second cone pulley 202 retracts the cord, and the second pull cord 82 is wound from the small-head end of the second cone pulley 202 to the large-head end.

It can be seen that the two cone pulleys in the conical reel set can smoothly implement the process of controlling the cords to be retracted and released. In addition, in the process of lifting the curtain, the arm of the first pull cord 81 on the first cone pulley 201 becomes small, to provide a relatively small arm for a tension that becomes large gradually on the first pull cord 81, thereby balancing the force, becoming large gradually, of the bottom rod of the curtain body on the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9. In the process of lowering the curtain, the arm of the first pull cord 81 on the first cone pulley 201 becomes large, to balance the force, becoming small gradually, of the bottom rod of the curtain body.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in the present invention, the conical reel set further includes a fixed base 1 and a rotation shaft 3. The fixed base 1 is provided with two wheel grooves configured for disposing the cone pulley. The first cone pulley 201 and the second cone pulley 202 rotate co-axially in the wheel grooves respectively by using the rotation shafts 3. A specific connection structure is as follows: the first cone pulley 201 and the second cone pulley 202 are disposed in the wheel grooves at a same direction, that is,

    • the large-head ends of the first cone pulley 201 and the second cone pulley 202 are both disposed towards one side of the drive wheel set 7. The rotation shaft 3 penetrates through the axis centers of the two cone pulleys, and is detachably mounted on the fixed base 1 by using an assembly member. The rotation shaft 3 is movably connected to the assembly member. Specifically, the middle part of the assembly member is provided with a round hole 53. The rotation shaft 3 penetrates through the round hole 53, and can rotate in the round hole 53 along the axis of the rotation shaft 3.

As shown in FIGS. 3, 6, and 7, the fixed base 1 is provided with an assembly slot. The assembly member is detachably mounted in the assembly slot. The assembly member includes a first assembly member 4 and a second assembly member 5. A chute is disposed at a side of the first assembly member 4. A first stopper 41 is disposed at a side of the chute. The first assembly member 4 is slidably connected to the assembly slot through the chutes at two sides, and is slid from top to bottom towards the first stopper 41, to abut against a bump on the inner wall of the assembly slot, that is, is, slid to a right position. The bottom of the first assembly member 4 is provided with a first hook 42. When the first assembly member 4 is slide to the right position, the hook 42 is snap-fastened to a bottom of the assembly slot. The assembly member can be pulled out by disengaging the first hook 42 from the engaging part. Similarly, a chute is disposed at a side of the second assembly member 5. A second stopper 51 is disposed at a side of the chute. A second hook 52 is disposed at a bottom of the second assembly member 5.

It can be seen that the structure of the conical reel set in the present invention is simple, and can be disassembled and assembled quickly by using the assembly member.

A nut groove 43 is disposed at the round hole 53 of the first assembly member 4. A nut 6 is disposed in the nut groove 43. An external thread section 31 is disposed at the end of the rotation shaft 3 and is connected a thread of the nut 6. When the rotation shaft 3 rotates, because the nut 6 is fixed, the rotation shaft 3 moves in the direction of the axis, thereby driving the two cone pulleys to move.

As shown in FIG. 4, in an optional embodiment, a pin hole is disposed in the rotation shaft 3. A through hole 21 is disposed in the small-head end of the cone pulley. When the through hole 21 is aligned with the pin hole, a pin penetrates through them, and fixedly connects the cone pulley to the rotation shaft 3.

In the present invention, the small-head end of the cone pulley is further provided with a knot hole 22, and the large-head end of the cone pulley is provided with a knot notch 23. The knot hole 22 and the knot notch 23 are each used to fix a line end of a pull cord. In an optional embodiment, a rectangular block with a small hole is disposed at a side of the small-head end of the cone pulley. The small hole is the knot hole 22. The line end of the pull cord is passed through the small hole and then is knotted. The knot notch 23 is disposed at an edge of the large-head end of the cone pulley, and is formed by a triangular notch and an oblong notch that communicate. The line end of the pull cord enters the triangular notch located outside, and is fixed at the oblong notch.

As shown in FIG. 8, in a preferable embodiment, middle bottoms of the two wheel grooves of the fixed base 1 are each provided with a first fixed pulley 11. The pull cord is wound on the first fixed pulley 11, and then is wound on the cone pulley. The first fixed pulley 11 makes the cone pulley drag the pull cord in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the cone pulley, such that the cone pulley can retract and release the pull cord better. In addition, the first fixed pulley 11 makes the pull cord dragged more smoothly, to prevent the pull cord from being worn.

Bottoms at two ends of the fixed base 1 are each provided with a second fixed pulley 12. After dragged from the cone pulley, the pull cord is wound on the second fixed pulley 12 and then is connected to the curtain retracting-releasing controller 9 and the drive wheel set 7. By disposing the second fixed pulley 12, the friction between the pull cord and the bottom corner of the fixed base 1 can be avoided, thereby ensuring a smoother process of retracting and releasing the pull cord.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the present invention, the drive wheel set 7 includes a top cover 71, a bottom 72, a reel 73, a winding wheel 74, and an unwinding wheel 75. The top cover 71 is snap-fitted to the base 72. The base 72 is provided with a plurality of wheel axes. The hubs of the reel 73, the winding wheel 74, and the unwinding wheel 75 are sleeved on the wheel axes, and rotate around the wheel axes. The reel 73, the winding wheel 74, and the unwinding wheel 75 are meshed sequentially. The reel 73 is configured to retract and release the second pull cord 82. When the second cone pulley 202 retracts the cord, the reel 72 releases the cord. When the second cone pulley 202 releases the cord, the reel 73 retracts the cord. The winding wheel 74 and the unwinding wheel 75 operates. The unwinding wheel is wound with a variable-force volute spring, and an end in the variable-force volute spring is fixed to the unwinding wheel 75. An end outside the variable-force volute spring is fixedly connected to the winding wheel 74. When the winding wheel 74 and the unwinding wheel 75 rotate, because they are engaged, their rotation directions are opposite, such that when one of them retracts the variable-force volute spring, the other one releases the variable-force volute spring. For example, when the winding wheel 74 rotates clockwise and retracts the variable-force volute spring, the unwinding wheel 75 rotates anticlockwise and releases the variable-force volute spring. When the winding wheel 74 rotates anticlockwise and releases the variable-force volute spring, the unwinding wheel 75 rotates clockwise and retracts the variable-force volute spring

Those skilled in the art may know that when the variable-force volute spring is completely wound on the unwinding wheel 75, the elastic force of the variable-force volute spring is largest. When the variable-force volute spring is released from the unwinding wheel 75 gradually, the elastic force of the variable-force volute spring decreases gradually.

It can be known from the above that the reel 73 is configured to retract and release the second pull cord 82, and is meshed with the winding wheel 74. When the reel 73 rotates clockwise and retracts the second pull cord 82, the winding wheel 74 rotates anticlockwise, and the unwinding wheel 75 rotates clockwise. In this case, the second cone pulley 202 releases the cord, and the second pull cord 82 moves from the large-head end of the second cone pulley 202 to the small-head end. Then, the unwinding wheel 75 retracts the variable-force volute spring gradually, and therefore, the elastic force of the variable-force volute spring increases gradually. Such a structure can provide a small arm for a large elastic force, to balance the force of the second pull cord 82 at one side of the second cone pulley 202.

In the present invention, the second pull cord 82 and the variable-force volute spring are wound on the reel 73 and the winding wheel 74 respectively at a same direction, such that the reel 73 and the winding wheel 74 perform retracting and releasing consistently (that is, when the reel 73 releases the second pull cord 82, the winding wheel 74 releases the variable-force volute spring; and when the reel 73 retracts the second pull cord 82, the winding wheel 74 retracts the variable-force volute spring). In this embodiment, the second pull cord 82 and the variable-force volute spring are wound on the reel 73 and the winding wheel 74 respectively anticlockwise, such that when rotating clockwise, the reel 73 retracts the second pull cord 82; and when rotating clockwise, the winding wheel 74 retracts the variable-force volute spring.

The drive wheel set 7 of the present invention is configured to provide the force for autonomously retracting the second pull cord 82, and the force is variable, and is balanced by using an arm of the second pull cord 82 on the second cone pulley 202.

In an optional embodiment, the drive wheel set 7 further includes a reverse backup wheel 76. The reverse backup wheel 76 is meshed with the unwinding wheel 75, and the reverse backup wheel 76 and the reel 73 rotate at opposite directions. The reverse backup wheel may be also configured to wind the cord, to provide a line outlet for the drive wheel set 7.

The technical features of the foregoing embodiments can be arbitrarily combined. To simplify the descriptions, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are described. However, as long as there is no contradiction in the combinations of these technical features, the combinations should be considered as the scope described in this specification.

The foregoing embodiments only express some implementations of the present invention. Descriptions of the foregoing implementations are relatively specific and detailed, but cannot be understood as limiting the patent scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those of ordinary skill in the art, without departing from the concept of the present invention, modifications and improvements can be further made, and all belong to the protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the patent for the present invention shall be subject to the appended claims.
