A wristband bracket and mobile phone case with a wristband are provided. The wristband bracket includes: a fixing member, a wristband, and a bracket assembly. The fixing member is configured to fix one end of the wristband to a protective shell body, the bracket assembly is configured to limit an other end of the wristband, the bracket assembly includes a bracket seat and a rotatable bracket rotatably connected to the bracket seat, and the bracket seat is configured to connect to the protective shell body. A mobile phone case with a wristband, includes: the above wristband bracket, and a protective shell body. The fixing member and the bracket assembly are both connected to the protective shell body.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 119 and the Paris Convention, this application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 202421079227.5 filed May 16, 2024, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND Technical Field

The present application relates to the technical field of terminal accessories, more particularly to a wristband bracket and a mobile phone case with a wristband.

Description of Related Art

With the continuous development of mobile terminals such as mobile phones, the screens of mobile phones are getting bigger and bigger. Generally, mobile phone protective cases are needed to protect mobile phones and prevent the mobile phones from breaking. There are various types of mobile phone protective cases, and some mobile phone cases have built-in brackets, which are convenient for users to tilt and support their mobile phones for use. However, the functions of current mobile phone cases are still relatively simple, and the usage scenarios are also relatively simple.

SUMMARY

It is an objective of the present application to provide a wristband bracket and a mobile phone case with a wristband to solve the technical problems of single function and single usage scenario of mobile phone cases in the prior art.

To achieve the above purpose, the following technical solutions are adopted by the present application:

A wristband bracket is provided. The wristband bracket comprises: a fixing member, a wristband, and a bracket assembly. The fixing member is configured to fix one end of the wristband to a protective shell body, the bracket assembly is configured to limit an other end of the wristband, the bracket assembly comprises a bracket seat and a rotatable bracket rotatably connected to the bracket seat, and the bracket seat is configured to connect to the protective shell body.

In an embodiment of the present application, the wristband is slidably connected to the bracket seat along a length direction of the wristband.

In an embodiment of the present application, the bracket seat has a groove structure having one side open, and the groove structure is configured to enclose with the protective shell body to form a slide groove, which allows the wristband to slide in the slide groove.

In an embodiment of the present application, the groove structure comprises: a first side plate, a bottom plate, and a second side plate, which are connected in sequence in a bent manner, and the bottom plate is configured to be arranged opposite to the protective shell body.

In an embodiment of the present application, the fixing member is provided with a magnetic member for magnetically attracting an accessory.

In an embodiment of the present application, the fixing member is in an annular shape, and the fixing member is provided with a notch for avoiding the wristband.

In an embodiment of the present application, an end of the rotatable bracket away from a rotation axle is connected to the bracket seat by interference fit or snap connection.

The present application also provides a mobile phone case with a wristband, which comprises the above-mentioned wristband bracket, and further comprises a protective shell body, the fixing member and the bracket assembly are both connected to the protective shell body.

In an embodiment of the present application, the fixing member is fixed to the protective shell body by means of a threaded piece, a pin piece, a rivet piece, or an adhesive piece; and one end of the wristband is clamped between the fixing member and the protective shell body.

In an embodiment of the present application, an accommodation groove is defined in a back side of the protective shell body, and the fixing member is accommodated in the accommodation groove.

The advantages of the wristband bracket provided by embodiments of the present application are summarized as follows: compared with the prior art, the wristband bracket provided by embodiments of the present application comprises: the fixing member, the wristband, and the bracket assembly. One end of the wristband can be fixed on the protective shell body by the fixing member, and the other end of the wristband is limited by the bracket assembly, so that the wristband can move relative to the bracket assembly. When using the wristband, the wristband is pulled out in a bent shape to allow the hand to extend into the wristband. When the wristband is not needed, the wristband can be flattened and closely contact the protective shell body. In addition, the rotatable bracket of the bracket assembly is rotatable relative to the bracket seat 1 to support the protective shell body and the mobile phone and to be used as a mobile phone bracket. In this way, the wristband bracket provided by embodiments of the present application has both the functions of the wristband and the bracket, thus enriching the use scenarios of the mobile phone case.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the purposes, technical solutions, and advantages of the present application clearer and more understandable, the present application will be further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the embodiments described herein are only intended to illustrate but not to limit the present application.

It should be noted that when an element is described as “fixed” or “arranged” on/at another element, it means that the element can be directly or indirectly fixed or arranged on/at another element. When an element is described as “connected” to/with another element, it means that the element can be directly or indirectly connected to/with another element.

It should be understood that terms “length”, “width”, “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “top”, “bottom”, “inside”, “outside” and the like indicating orientation or positional relationship are based on the orientation or the positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are merely for facilitating and simplifying the description of the present application, rather than indicating or implying that a device or component must have a particular orientation, or be configured or operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the application.

Moreover, the terms “first” and “second” are adopted for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, features prefixed by “first” and “second” will explicitly or implicitly represent that one or more of the referred technical features are included. With the continuous development of mobile terminals such as mobile phones, the screens of mobile phones are getting bigger and bigger. Generally, mobile phone protective cases are needed to protect mobile phones and prevent the mobile phones from breaking. There are various types of mobile phone protective cases, and some mobile phone cases have built-in brackets, which are convenient for users to tilt and support their mobile phones for use. However, the functions of current mobile phone cases are still relatively simple, and the usage scenarios are also relatively simple.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides a wristband bracket and a mobile phone case with a wristband. The wristband bracket comprises: a fixing member 1, a wristband 2, and a bracket assembly 3. The fixing member 1 and the bracket assembly 3 are both installed on the protective shell body 4, one end of the wristband 2 is fixed by the fixing member 1, and the other end of the wristband 2 is limited by the bracket assembly 3. The mobile phone case with the wristband provided by the present application has both a wristband 2 and a bracket assembly 3, that is, the mobile phone case with the wristband can allow a hand to pass through and can also support the mobile phone, thereby enriching the function of the mobile phone case and expanding the usage scenarios of the mobile phone case.

The wristband bracket provided by embodiments of the present application is described hereinbelow.

Referring to FIGS. 1-2, a wristband bracket comprises: a fixing member 1, a wristband 2, and a bracket assembly 3. The fixing member 1 is configured to fix one end of the wristband 2 to a protective shell body 4. The function of the fixing member 1 is to fix the wristband 2 and connect one end of the wristband 2 to the protective shell body 4. The bracket assembly 3 is configured to limit an other end of the wristband 2. That is to say, one end of the wristband 2 can be fixed by the fixing member 1, and the other end of the wristband 2 is limited by the bracket assembly 3, so that the other end of the wristband 2 is movable. When the wristband 2 is not in use, the wristband 2 is kept in a flat state, which is convenient for users to carry. When the wristband 2 is needed to be used, the other end of the wristband 2 can be moved relative to the bracket assembly 3, so that the length of the wristband 2 between the fixing member 1 and the bracket assembly 3 is extended, and the wristband 2 can be bent and deformed, which is convenient for the hand to reach between the wristband 2 and the protective shell body 4, thus being convenient for users to hold the mobile phone case with the wristband and reducing the possibility of the mobile phone falling. The protective shell body 4 is configured to wrap the mobile phone and protect the mobile phone.

The fixing member 1 is used to be fixed on the protective shell body 4, so that one end of the wristband 2 is fixed on the protective shell body 4. The fixing member 1 is in detachable connection with the protective shell body 4, or alternatively, the fixing member 1 is in fixed connection with the protective shell body 4. The bracket assembly 3 comprises a bracket seat 31 and a rotatable bracket 32. The bracket seat 31 is configured to connect with the protective shell body 4. The bracket seat 31 is in detachable connection with the protective shell body 4, or alternatively, the bracket seat 31 is in fixed connection with the protective shell body 4. The rotatable bracket 32 is rotatably connected to the bracket seat 31. When the rotatable bracket 32 is rotated to an open state relative to the bracket seat 31, the bracket assembly 3 can support the protective shell body 4 as well as the mobile phone in the protective shell body 4, which is convenient for the user to watch the mobile phone. When the rotatable bracket 32 is rotated to a storage state relative to the bracket seat 31, the bracket assembly 3 is in a flat state, which is convenient for the user to carry.

The wristband bracket in the above embodiments comprises: the fixing member 1, the wristband 2, and the bracket assembly 3. One end of the wristband 2 can be fixed on the protective shell body 4 by the fixing member 1, and the other end of the wristband 2 is limited by the bracket assembly 3, so that the wristband 2 can move relative to the bracket assembly 3. When using the wristband 2, the wristband 2 is pulled out in a bent shape to allow the hand to extend into the wristband 2. When the wristband 2 is not needed, the wristband 2 can be flattened and closely contact the protective shell body 4. In addition, the rotatable bracket 32 of the bracket assembly 3 is rotatable relative to the bracket seat 31 to support the protective shell body 4 and the mobile phone and to be used as a mobile phone bracket. In this way, the wristband bracket provided by embodiments of the present application has both the functions of the wristband 2 and the bracket, thus enriching the use scenarios of the mobile phone case.

In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 1, the wristband 2 is slidably connected to the bracket seat 31 seat along a length direction of the wristband 2. The length direction of the wristband 2 is the first direction, one end of the wristband 2 can slide relative to the bracket seat 31, and the sliding direction of the end of the wristband 2 is also the first direction. When the wristband 2 slides in the first direction, the wristband 2 can be switched between a bent state and a flattened state. The bent state of the wristband 2 means that the wristband 2 is in a curved state, so that a hole is formed between the wristband 2 and the protective shell body 4 to allow a hand to be inserted therein. The flattened state of the wristband 2 means that the wristband 2 is straight and can be arranged to closely contact the protective shell body 4.

In some embodiments, the wristband 2 is made of a leather, a soft rubber, and other materials that can be bent and deformed, so that the wristband 2 can be in a bent state, which is convenient for a hand to be inserted.

In some embodiments, a buckle 21 is provided at an end of the wristband 2 away from the fixing member 1, which is convenient for hanging some small items carried with the user.

In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIGS. 1-2, the bracket seat 31 has a groove structure 34 having one side open, and the groove structure 34 is configured to enclose with the protective shell body 4 to form a slide groove for the wristband 2 to slide therein. One side of the groove structure 34 on the bracket seat 31 has an opening, and the opening makes the groove structure 34 easier to be processed and has a lower processing cost. When the bracket seat 31 is installed on the protective shell body 4,

The side of the groove structure 34 having the opening is arranged to face the protective shell body 4, so that the opening of the groove structure 34 is enclosed by the protective shell body 4, thereby forming a slide groove. One end of the wristband 2 passes through the slide groove, and this end of the wristband 2 can slide under the limit of the slide groove to change the shape of the wristband 2 between the fixing member 1 and the bracket seat 31.

By providing the groove structure 34, the wristband 2 can be slid and limited, and the sliding path of the wristband 2 can be limited, so that the wristband 2 can slide along the first direction.

In other embodiments of the present application, the bracket seat 31 has a groove structure 34, and four inner walls of the groove structure 34 are all the inner walls of the bracket seat 31, that is, the groove structure 34 in enclosed along a circumferential direction thereof, and only has an inlet and an outlet to allow the wristband 2 to pass through. In this embodiment, a space enclosed by the groove structure 34 is the slide groove for the wristband 2 to slide.

In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 2, the groove structure 34 comprises: a first side plate 341, a bottom plate 342, and a second side plate 343, which are connected in sequence in a bent manner, and the bottom plate 342 is configured to be arranged opposite to the protective shell body 4. The first side plate 341 and the second side plate 343 are arranged opposite to each other, and the bottom plate 342 is arranged opposite to the protective shell body 4. The first side plate 341, the bottom plate 342, the second side plate 343, and the protective shell body 4 are enclosed together to form the slide groove.

Through the arrangement of the first side plate 341, the bottom plate 342, and the second side plate 343, the groove structure 34 can be formed to allow the wristband 2 to pass through, so that a structural limit for the wristband 2 can be formed.

In some embodiments, the first side plate 341 and the bottom plate 342 are arranged perpendicular to each other, and the second side plate 343 and the bottom plate 342 are arranged perpendicular to each other, so that the groove structure 34 is a cuboid groove. A height of the first side plate 341 and a height of the second side plate 343 are relatively small, that is, a height of the groove structure 34 is small, and the height of the groove structure 34 is adapted to a thickness of the wristband 2.

In some embodiments of the present application, the bracket seat 31 is flat, and a groove structure 34 is provided on one side of the bracket seat 31. The groove structure 34 can be understood as a recess provided on the bracket seat 31.

In some embodiments of the present application, the fixing member 1 is provided with a magnetic member for magnetically attracting an accessory. The magnetic member is configured to magnetically attract an external accessory. For example, the magnetic member can be mutually attracted with a magnet in a wireless charging seat to ensure that the protective shell body 4 can be quickly positioned when the mobile phone is wirelessly charged.

In some embodiments, the fixing member 1 has an accommodation cavity, and the magnetic member is arranged in the accommodation cavity of the fixing member 1. The number of the magnetic members can be one or more, and the specific number is not limited here.

In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 1, the fixing member 1 is in an annular shape, and the fixing member 1 is provided with a notch 11 for avoiding the wristband 2. A part of the protective shell body 4 has a magnetic attraction function, and the magnetic member on the protective shell body 4 is generally arranged opposite to the magnetic member on a back of the mobile phone, so the protective shell body 4 is generally provided with an annular groove having the magnetic member. When the fixing member 1 in the present application is arranged in an annular shape, the protective shell body 4 (with the magnetic attraction function) that has been previously molded can be utilized, and the fixing member 1 can be directly arranged inside the above-mentioned annular groove, without the need to re-mold the protective shell body 4, thereby saving production costs. The wristband 2 is connected to one radial end of the fixing member 1 and passes through another radial end of the fixing member 1, therefore a notch 11 is provided to avoid the wristband 2. Such an arrangement can make the length of the wristband 2 longer, which is convenient for all kinds of users to use.

In other embodiments, the fixing member 1 may also be a strip, square, or other structure.

In some embodiments, the fixing member 1 is a metal member or a plastic member.

In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 1, an end of the rotatable bracket 32 away from a rotation axle is connected to the bracket seat 31 by interference fit or snap connection. A portion of the rotatable bracket 32 that is in rotatable connection with the bracket seat 31 is called a rotation end, and a rotation axle is arranged at the rotation end. An end of the rotatable bracket 32 away from the rotation axle is the end of the rotatable bracket 32 away from the rotation end, and is connected to an end of the bracket seat 31 away from the rotation end by interference fit or snap connection. When the bracket assembly 3 needs to be used, the rotatable bracket 32 is rotated open relative to the bracket seat 31, in order to support the protective shell body 4 and the mobile phone; and when the bracket assembly 3 is not needed, the rotatable bracket 32 is rotated and closed relative to the bracket seat 31.

By arranging the rotatable bracket 32 to be connected to the bracket seat 31 by interference fit or snap connection, after the rotatable bracket 32 is rotated and closed relative to the bracket seat 31, the rotatable bracket 32 will not rotate by itself under the action of gravity, so as to maintain the stability of the bracket assembly 3 in the closed state.

In some embodiments, one of the rotatable bracket 32 and the bracket seat 31 has a protrusion, and the other has a recessed portion. The relationship between the sizes of the protrusion and the recessed portion is an interference fit relationship, so that the rotatable bracket 32 and the bracket seat 31 can be connected by interference fit.

In some embodiments, one of the rotatable bracket 32 and the bracket seat 31 has a first buckle portion, and the other has a second buckle portion. The first buckle portion and the second buckle portion are buckled with each other, so that the rotatable bracket 32 can be unlocked from the bracket seat 31 under the action of an external force.

In some embodiments, the rotatable bracket 32 is connected to the bracket seat 31 through a damping shaft, which makes the rotatable bracket 32 offer a better feel when rotating and therefore improves the user's experience.

In some embodiments, an elastic member 33 is provided on the rotation axle between the rotatable bracket 32 and the bracket seat 31. The elastic member 33 has a tendency to rotate and open the rotatable bracket 32 relative to the bracket seat 31, so that when the rotatable bracket 32 is in the open state, it can be kept in the open state under the action of the elastic member 33 to ensure the stability of the support of the bracket assembly 3.

Referring to FIG. 3, a mobile phone case with a wristband is also provided in embodiments of the present application. The mobile phone case with the wristband comprises the wristband bracket in any of the above embodiments. The wristband bracket further comprises a protective shell body 4, and the fixing member 1 and the bracket assembly 3 are both connected to the protective shell body 4. The fixing member 1 is arranged on the protective shell body 4, so that one end of the wristband 2 can be fixed to the protective shell body 4. The bracket seat 31 of the bracket assembly 3 is fixed on the protective shell body 4, so as to limit the other end of the wristband 2.

The protective shell body 4 has an accommodation chamber for accommodating a mobile phone, and at least the lateral sides and back of the mobile phone are wrapped by the protective shell body 4 to prevent the screen from breaking when the mobile phone falls.

The fixing member 1 is in detachable connection with the protective shell body 4, or alternatively, the fixing member 1 is in fixed connection with the protective shell body 4. The bracket seat 31 is in detachable connection with the protective shell body 4, or alternatively, the bracket seat 31 is in fixed connection with the protective shell body 4.

The mobile phone case with the wristband provided by the embodiments of the present application adopts the above-mentioned wristband bracket. The wristband bracket comprises: the fixing member 1, the wristband 2, and the bracket assembly 3. One end of the wristband 2 can be fixed on the protective shell body 4 by the fixing member 1, and the other end of the wristband 2 is limited by the bracket assembly 3, so that the wristband 2 can move relative to the bracket assembly 3. When using the wristband 2, the wristband 2 is pulled out in a bent shape to allow the hand to extend into the wristband 2. When the wristband 2 is not needed, the wristband 2 can be flattened and closely contact the protective shell body 4. In addition, the rotatable bracket 32 of the bracket assembly 3 is rotatable relative to the bracket seat 31 to support the protective shell body 4 and the mobile phone and to be used as a mobile phone bracket. In this way, the wristband bracket provided by embodiments of the present application has both the functions of the wristband 2 and the bracket, thus enriching the use scenarios of the mobile phone case.

In some embodiments, one end of the wristband 2 is fixed on the fixing member 1, and when the fixing member 1 is installed on the protective shell body 4, the wristband 2 is also fixed to the protective shell body 4. The wristband 2 and the fixing member 1 can be fixed by fixing methods such as adhering by an adhesive piece.

In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 3, the fixing member 1 is fixed to the protective shell body 4 by means of a threaded piece, a pin piece, a rivet piece, or an adhesive piece, and one end of the wristband 2 is clamped between the fixing member 1 and the protective shell body 4. In this embodiment, after the fixing member 1 is fixed to the protective shell body 4, the fixing member 1 is generally not detached from the protective shell body 4, so as to maintain the structure integrity of the mobile phone case with the wristband, as well as the stronger stability in use.

In some embodiments, the fixing member 1 is fixed to the protective shell body 4 by a screw piece, a connection hole is defined in the fixing member 1, and a connection hole is also defined in the protective shell body 4. A screw passes through the connection holes on the fixing member 1 and the protective shell body 4, so that the fixing member 1 and the protective shell body 4 are connected and fixed to each other.

In some embodiments of the present application, the bracket seat 31 is fixed to the protective shell body 4 by means of 4 by means of a threaded piece, a pin piece, a rivet piece, or an adhesive piece, and the like. Or alternatively, the bracket seat 31 is in detachable connection with the protective shell body 4 by a magnetic member.

In some embodiments of the present application, referring to FIG. 3, an accommodation groove is defined in a back side of the protective shell body 4, and the fixing member 1 is accommodated in the accommodation groove. The shape of the accommodation groove matches the shape of the fixing member 1, so that the fixing member 1 can be placed in the accommodation groove, and the fixing member 1 will not protrude from the back of the protective shell body 4, thereby maintaining the flatness of the back of the mobile phone case with the wristband.

In some embodiments, the fixing member 1 is in an annular shape, and the accommodation groove is also arranged in the annular shape.

The aforementioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, and so on, which are made within the spirit and the principle of the present application, should be included in the protection scope of the present application.

Claims

1. A wristband bracket, comprising: a fixing member, a wristband, and a bracket assembly;

wherein
the fixing member is configured to fix one end of the wristband to a protective shell body,
the bracket assembly is configured to limit an other end of the wristband,
the bracket assembly comprises a bracket seat and a rotatable bracket rotatably connected to the bracket seat, and
the bracket seat is configured to connect to the protective shell body.

2. The wristband bracket according to claim 1, wherein the wristband is slidably connected to the bracket seat along a length direction of the wristband.

3. The wristband bracket according to claim 2, wherein the bracket seat has a groove structure having one side open, and the groove structure is configured to enclose with the protective shell body to form a slide groove, which allows the wristband to slide in the slide groove.

4. The wristband bracket according to claim 3, wherein the groove structure comprises: a first side plate, a bottom plate, and a second side plate, which are connected in sequence in a bent manner, and the bottom plate is configured to be arranged opposite to the protective shell body.

5. The wristband bracket according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member is provided with a magnetic member for magnetically attracting an accessory.

6. The wristband bracket according to claim 4, wherein the fixing member is provided with a magnetic member for magnetically attracting an accessory.

7. The wristband bracket according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member is in an annular shape, and the fixing member is provided with a notch for avoiding the wristband.

8. The wristband bracket according to claim 4, wherein the fixing member is in an annular shape, and the fixing member is provided with a notch for avoiding the wristband.

9. The wristband bracket according to claim 1, wherein an end of the rotatable bracket away from a rotation axle is connected to the bracket seat by interference fit or snap connection.

10. The wristband bracket according to claim 4, wherein an end of the rotatable bracket away from a rotation axle is connected to the bracket seat by interference fit or snap connection.

11. A mobile phone case with a wristband, comprising: the wristband bracket according to claim 1, and a protective shell body; wherein the fixing member and the bracket assembly are both connected to the protective shell body.

12. The mobile phone case with the wristband according to claim 11, wherein

the fixing member is fixed to the protective shell body by means of a threaded piece, a pin piece, a rivet piece, or an adhesive piece; and
one end of the wristband is clamped between the fixing member and the protective shell body.

13. The mobile phone case with the wristband according to claim 11, wherein an accommodation groove is defined in a back side of the protective shell body, and the fixing member is accommodated in the accommodation groove.

14. The mobile phone case with the wristband according to claim 11, wherein the wristband is slidably connected to the bracket seat along a length direction of the wristband.

15. The mobile phone case with the wristband according to claim 14, wherein the bracket seat has a groove structure having one side open, and the groove structure is configured to enclose with the protective shell body to form a slide groove, which allows the wristband to slide in the slide groove.
