CLOTHING TREATMENT DEVICE WITH DRYING FUNCTION
A clothing treatment device with a drying function includes: a drum and a drying component, disposed in a housing of the clothing treatment device, in which the drying component is configured to dry clothing, and the drying component is disposed above or below the drum; and the drying component comprises at least a first air outlet and at least a first air inlet, the first air outlet of the drying component is in communication with the drum, and the first air inlet of the drying component is in communication with the drum through an air outlet duct; and an access panel, in which a rear housing of the clothing treatment device is provided with an opening, the access panel is detachably mounted to the opening, and a projection of the opening in a direction perpendicular to the rear housing at least covers part of the air outlet duct.

TECHNICAL FIELDThe present disclosure relates to the technical field of electrical appliances, and in particular, to a clothing treatment device with a drying function.
BACKGROUNDWashing machines, as common household appliances, have become ubiquitous in modern households. With increasing demands for enhanced user experience, washing machines are equipped with an ever-growing range of integrated functions. At present, many washing machines on the market feature automatic drying functions.
In the related art, washing machines using a moisture adsorption rotor structure for moisture extraction have been disclosed. However, the hot and humid air discharged from the drum of the washing machine may contain impurities such as lint generated during the clothing washing process. In order to reduce the entry of these impurities into the moisture adsorption rotor structure, a filter screen is usually disposed in the air outlet duct between the drum and the moisture adsorption rotor structure to filter out the impurities such as lint, so as to prevent the impurities from entering the moisture adsorption rotor, thereby improving the drying efficiency and safety.
However, after long-term use, the filter screen may still become clogged, thereby affecting the drying effect of the washing machine. Therefore, it is necessary to enable the user to remove the filter screen in a simple manner for manual cleaning when needed.
SUMMARYIn order to overcome the above shortcomings, the present disclosure provides a clothing treatment device with a drying function, which allows the user to conveniently disassemble the drum driving mechanism and the air outlet duct when needed, such that the filter screen disposed in the drum driving mechanism and the air outlet duct can be removed for manual repair.
The clothing treatment device with a drying function provided by the present disclosure includes: a drum and a drying component, disposed in a housing of the clothing treatment device, where the drying component is configured to dry clothing, and the drying component is disposed above or below the drum; and the drying component includes at least a first air outlet and at least a first air inlet, the first air inlet of the drying component is in communication with the drum, and the first air outlet of the drying component is in communication with the drum through an air outlet duct to form a circulating moisture adsorption airflow between the drum and the drying component; and an access panel, where a rear housing of the clothing treatment device is provided with an opening, the access panel is detachably mounted to the opening, and a projection of the opening in a direction perpendicular to the rear housing at least covers part of the air outlet duct.
According to the clothing treatment device with the drying function provided by the present disclosure, by providing the access panel to cover at least part of the air outlet duct, the filter screen mounted in the air outlet duct can be easily disassembled and maintained when needed, which is convenient and quick, thereby improving the user experience.

It should be noted that the partition member referred to herein refers to each individual partition member disposed from the inner wall of the first drying component housing 310 or the second drying component housing 320 to the central position of the housing in a radial connection manner. The at least two partition members 311 and the at least two partition members 321 may be integrally formed, or may be separately manufactured and mounted. In some other embodiments, the second drying component housing 320 may include a bottom plate and a circumferential side wall protruding from the bottom plate, and the recess formed therein is the second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region 340. Three second partition members 321 are disposed in the second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region 340 to divide the second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region into a dehumidification zone, a cooling zone, and a regeneration zone. Correspondingly, the first drying component housing 310 may be provided with a first moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region 330. The first moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region 330 is defined by the top wall and circumferential side wall of the first drying component housing 310 and three first partition members 311 formed by the radial side walls of the upper housing at positions corresponding to the three second partition members 321, so as to divide the first drying component housing 310 into a dehumidification zone, a cooling zone, and a regeneration module mounting area. The recess structure of the first drying component housing 310 is disposed opposite to that of the second drying component housing 320, such that the first drying component housing 310 and the second drying component housing 320 are connected in a sealing manner. The moisture adsorption-desorption member 300 is configured to separately absorb the moisture in the circulating airflow in the moisture adsorption zone, cool the moisture adsorption-desorption member 300 in the cooling zone, and discharge the moisture absorbed in the moisture adsorption zone through the moisture desorption airflow in the regeneration zone during rotation. Preferably, the dehumidification zone, the cooling zone, the regeneration zone, and the regeneration module mounting area are substantially sector-shaped. Similarly, a regeneration module 31 is mounted in the regeneration module mounting area in this embodiment. The structure and the mounting method of the regeneration module 31 are the same as those described above, and details are not described herein again. In this operating condition, the dehumidification zone has an area greater than or equal to that of both the cooling zone and the regeneration zone. Preferably, the area ratio of the dehumidification zone, the cooling zone, and the regeneration zone is approximately 4:1:1 to 1:1:1.

Therefore, after the access panel 52 is disassembled, the user can see the drum driving mechanism and at least part of the air outlet duct 15, and can disassemble the air outlet duct 15 and the drum driving mechanism 2c, such that the drum driving mechanism 2c and the filter screen 6 disposed in the air outlet duct 15 can be disassembled and manually cleaned. In some embodiments, the drum driving mechanism 2c is a drive motor. In some other embodiments, after the access panel 52 is disassembled, the user can see the drum driving mechanism 2c and at least part of the air outlet duct 15. An outer shell of this part of the air outlet duct 15 includes a manually openable and closable cover. Thus, when the access panel 52 is in a disassembled state, the user can remove the filter screen mounted therein for manual cleaning by opening or closing the manually openable and closable cover, without disassembling the air outlet duct 15.
It should be noted that the above “projection” refers to the projection of the access panel 52 from the panel assembly 5 of the clothing treatment device 1 toward the air outlet duct 15 onto the plane where the air outlet duct 15 is located, which is parallel to the plane where the panel assembly 5 is located, in the central axis direction of the drum 2.
In the related art, the detergent dispensing assembly is usually disposed on the front end surface of the washing machine. However, when the user's height does not match the size of the washing machine, the user will encounter a reduced experience when operating the detergent dispensing box.
Based on this, the present disclosure provides a clothing treatment device with a drying function, which achieves a highly compact overall arrangement of the clothing treatment device and can improve the operation experience of the user.

In addition, the front-end plate assembly 41 partially protrudes from a front surface 11 of the housing, and the outer surface of the front-end plate assembly 41 is disposed at an angle to the front surface 11 of the housing of the clothing treatment device, where the angle may be an acute elevation angle. By configuring the detergent dispensing box to partially protrude from the front surface 11 of the housing of the washing machine and to be disposed at an angle to the front surface of the washing machine body, the user operation of the detergent dispensing box is facilitated, thereby improving the user experience.

In some embodiments, a handle part 44 is disposed below the front-end plate assembly 41 for pulling out the entire detergent dispensing box 4. The handle part 44 may be a concave groove below the front-end plate assembly.
In some embodiments, the front-end plate assembly 41 protrudes from the front surface 11 of the housing. In addition, the outer surface of the front-end plate assembly 41 and the front surface 11 of the housing of the clothing treatment device may also form an acute elevation angle, thereby allowing the user to operate the detergent dispensing box 4 more conveniently.

In a preferred embodiment, the front-end plate assembly 41 of the detergent dispensing box 4, the control display screen 16, and the drying component 3 are at least partially overlapped in the height direction. By disposing the drying component 3 above the drum 2 and arranging the detergent dispensing box 4, the control display screen 16, and the drying component 3 to be at least partially overlapped in the height direction, the overall arrangement of the clothing treatment device can be highly compact.
In the related art, a main control board of the drying component and a power module are usually placed together to facilitate the power supply to the main control board by a power source and thus to reduce the wiring. However, as more functions are integrated into the washing machine, the size of the main control board is also increasing.
Based on this, the present disclosure provides a clothing treatment device with a drying function to make full use of the internal space of the washing machine, thereby achieving a highly compact overall arrangement of the clothing treatment device.

Claims
1. A clothing treatment device with a drying function, comprising:
- a drum and a drying component, disposed in a housing of the clothing treatment device, wherein the drying component is configured to dry clothing, and the drying component is disposed above or below the drum; and the drying component comprises at least a first air outlet and at least a first air inlet, the first air outlet of the drying component is in communication with the drum, and the first air inlet of the drying component is in communication with the drum through an air outlet duct to form a circulating moisture adsorption airflow between the drum and the drying component; and
- an access panel, wherein a rear housing of the clothing treatment device is provided with an opening, the access panel is detachably mounted to the opening, and a projection of the opening in a direction perpendicular to the rear housing at least covers part of the air outlet duct.
2. The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, comprising:
- a drum driving mechanism, disposed at a center of a rear end surface of the drum to drive an inner drum part of the drum to rotate around a rotation shaft of the drum, wherein the air outlet duct is detachably mounted near the drum driving mechanism and extends along a side edge of the drum driving mechanism.
3. The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet duct is defined by a first portion and a rear wall of the drum, wherein the first portion is fastened to the rear wall of the drum to jointly form the air outlet duct, and the first portion is detachably mounted on the rear wall of the drum.
4. The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet duct comprises a first portion, and the first portion has a groove with at least one side open; and the drum air outlet is formed in a rear wall of the drum, and the drum air outlet corresponds to a tail end of the groove with one side open in the first portion.
5. The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a filter screen is mounted inside the air outlet duct.
6. The clothing treatment device according to claim 5, wherein the filter screen is obliquely and detachably mounted in the air outlet duct.
7. The clothing treatment device according to claim 5, comprising a filter screen support, wherein the filter screen is mounted on the filter screen support, and the filter screen support is detachably mounted in the air outlet duct.
8. The clothing treatment device according to claim 4, wherein a side wall of the drum is further provided with an adapting part, wherein the first portion of the air outlet duct is mounted on the side wall of the drum through the adapting part, the adapting part is provided with an inlet and an outlet, the inlet is connected to the other tail end of the groove with one side open in the first portion, and the outlet is in airflow communication with the first air inlet of the drying component; and/or
- Wherein the inlet is directed toward the rear wall of the drum in a direction of a rotation shaft of the drum.

10. The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet duct comprises a manually openable and closable cover; and/or
- wherein when a filter screen mounted in the air outlet duct is configured to be disassembled and mounted by opening the manually openable and closable cover when the access panel is in a disassembled state.

12. The clothing treatment device according to claim 6, wherein an included angle between a plane where the filter screen is located and a normal of a cross section of the air outlet duct is between 25 and 65 degrees; or
- wherein an included angle between a plane where the filter screen is located and a normal of a cross section of the air outlet duct is between 40 and 60 degrees.

The clothing treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the drying component comprises: a first drying component housing, a second drying component housing, and a moisture adsorption-desorption member, wherein the first drying component housing and the second drying component housing are connected in a fitting manner, and the moisture adsorption-desorption member is disposed in a space formed by the first drying component housing and the second drying component housing.

The clothing treatment apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the second drying component housing is provided with a second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region, and in the second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region, at least two second partition members are disposed radially along the second drying component housing to divide the second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region into a second dehumidification zone and a regeneration zone; and/or
- wherein the clothing treatment device comprises at least one of:
- that the second dehumidification zone and the regeneration zone are substantially sector-shaped; and
- that at least part of the moisture adsorption-desorption member periodically passes through the second dehumidification zone and the regeneration zone.

The clothing treatment device according to claim 14, wherein the second drying component housing is provided with a second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region, and in the second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region, three second partition members are disposed radially along the second drying component housing to divide the second moisture adsorption-desorption member accommodating region into a dehumidification zone, a cooling zone, and a regeneration zone; and/or
- wherein the clothing treatment device comprises at least one of:
- that the dehumidification zone, the cooling zone, and the regeneration zone are substantially sector-shaped; and
- that at least part of the moisture adsorption-desorption member periodically passes through the dehumidification zone, the cooling zone, and the regeneration zone.

The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a detergent dispensing box is disposed in an upper space of the housing of the clothing treatment device, and the detergent dispensing box comprises a box body and a front-end plate assembly, wherein the box body is located above the drum, and the front-end plate assembly partially protrudes from a front surface of the housing of the clothing treatment device and is disposed at an angle to the front surface of the housing of the clothing treatment device; and the detergent dispensing box and the drying component are at least partially overlapped in a height direction.

The clothing treatment device according to claim 21, further comprising a control display screen disposed adjacent to the front-end plate assembly of the detergent dispensing box, and an outer surface of the control display screen is substantially located on a same plane as a surface of the front-end plate assembly.
23. The clothing treatment device according to claim 22, wherein the control display screen partially or entirely protrudes from the front surface of the housing of the clothing treatment device; and/or
- wherein the front-end plate assembly of the detergent dispensing box, the control display screen, and the drying component are at least partially overlapped in the height direction.

26. The clothing treatment device according to claim 22, wherein the front-end plate assembly forms an acute angle with the front surface of the housing of the clothing treatment device.
27. The clothing treatment device according to claim 21, wherein a handle part is disposed below the front-end plate assembly; and/or

The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the housing of the clothing treatment device comprises a front panel, a rear panel, and side panels on left and right sides, wherein a water inlet duct is arranged at the other side of the rear panel; and the water inlet duct and the drying component are at least partially overlapped in the height direction.
30. The clothing treatment device according to claim 29, wherein a main control board is disposed below the drum; and/or
- wherein the main control board is located in a space formed between the drum and the side panels on both sides.
