BACKGROUND Technical FieldThe present invention relates to a work machine.
BACKGROUND ARTA work machine is provided with a storage box in which tools or the like used by an operator for maintenance, or the like are stored (e.g., see Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2018-141360 A).
For example, in the work machine described in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2018-141360 A, a storage box for tools is placed in front right of a revolving body. The storage box is disposed below a walkway through which the operator passes, and a step to the walkway is disposed in front of the storage box.
SUMMARYHowever, in the structure illustrated in the above patent document, since only a step is disposed in front of the storage box, there is no place to put a storage item at one's feet when the cover of the storage box is opened, and it is necessary to temporarily move the storage item to another place.
The present disclosure allows to provide a work machine that can allocate a workspace in which storage items removed from the storage box can be placed.
A work machine according to a first aspect of the present disclosure includes a traveling body and a revolving body. The revolving body includes a revolving frame, a flat surface, and a storage box. The revolving frame is rotatably disposed above the traveling body. The flat surface is disposed on the revolving frame. The storage box is disposed adjacent to the flat surface. The first side surface 41 faces the workspace S (first step surface 31a) as illustrated in
As illustrated in
The top surface 45 is disposed so as to connect the top end of the second side surface 42, the top end of the third side surface 43, and the top end of the fourth side surface 44, as illustrated in
The inclined surface 46 is disposed between the first side surface 41 and the top surface 45. The inclined surface 46 is disposed so as to connect the right end of the first side surface 41 and the top end of the first side surface 41. The inclined surface 46 is inclined to be disposed downward toward the workspace S (first step surface 31a).
As illustrated in
A rod-shaped member 50 is attached to the cover 40 to maintain an open state.
The through hole 53 has a first end 53a and a second end 53b. The through hole 53 is formed horizontally from the first end 53a toward the right and then to the lower-right until the second end 53b. The first end 53a is formed in a concave shape toward downward. As illustrated in
When the cover 40 is closed, the second end portion 50b of the rod-shaped member 50 can be released from the fitted state of the first end 53a in the concave shape by slightly lifting the cover 40. In this state, the second end portion 50b can move along the through hole 53 toward the second end 53b, so the cover 40 can be closed.
The shelf 48 is disposed inside the storage box 17 and is movable, as illustrated in

The hinge 55 is attached to the lower side of the left direction Y1 side edge of the shelf 48. Thus, the shelf 48 is configured such that the right direction Yr side edge can rotate in the up-down direction with the left direction Y1 side edge as the center. In the upwardly rotated state, the shelf 48 is disposed in the vertical state along the second side surface 42.
The shelf 48 is configured such that the horizontal state and the upwardly rotated vertical state can be each maintained. As illustrated in
A lower side clip member 63 is disposed on the inner surface 51 via a bracket 64. As illustrated in
When the shelf 48 rotates downward to become horizontal, along with the downward rotation of the main body 61, the projecting member 62 also rotates downward and is inserted from the opening 63a into the lower side clip member 63, and is sandwiched in the lower side clip member 63. The lower side clip member 63 elastically holds the projecting member 62 inserted inside. Thus, the shelf 48 can be held horizontally.
An upper side clip member 65 is fixed to the internal surface of the third side surface 43. The upper side clip member 65 has the same shape as the lower side clip member 63. The upper side clip member 65 has an opening 65a toward the right direction Yr.
When the shelf 48 rotates upward to become vertical, along with the upward rotation of the main body 61, the projecting member 62 also rotates upward and is inserted from the opening 65a into the upper side clip member 65, and is sandwiched in the upper side clip member 65. The upper side clip member 65 elastically holds the projecting member 62 inserted inside. Thus, the shelf 48 can be held vertically.
The removal of the tool bag 91 and the pail can 92 from the storage box 17 will be described below.

(5)
In the hydraulic excavator 1 according to the present embodiment, the storage box 17 includes the bottom surface 47 disposed below the first step surface 31a of the workspace S.
Thus, a part of the storage box 17 can be buried in the revolving frame 11, so the length of the storage box 17 in the up-down direction can be increased, thereby storing a long object such as the pail can 92 in the storage box 17 in the up-down direction
(6)
The hydraulic excavator 1 according to the present embodiment further includes the walkway 15 including the first step surface 31a configured to serve as a step. The storage box 17 is disposed adjacent to the walkway 15.
The storage box is not installed on the walkway 15 in this way, so the operator can pass through the walkway 15 even when the cover 40 of the storage box 17 is open.
(7)
In the hydraulic excavator 1 according to the present embodiment, the entrance 15a to the first step surface 31a is disposed on the right side surface 3a side of the revolving body 3. The storage box 17 is disposed facing the entrance 15a across the first step surface 31a. The walkway 15 extends from the first step surface 31a toward the rear of the revolving body 3.
Thus, the operator can move to the rear of the revolving body 3 through the walkway 15 even when the cover 40 of the storage box 17 is open.
(8)
The hydraulic excavator 1 according to the present embodiment includes the reductant tank 18 and the cover 70. The reductant tank 18 is disposed adjacent to the first step surface 31a. The cover 70 covers the reductant tank 18 and is openable. The reductant tank 18 includes the refill port 18a for the reductant, the refill port 18a facing the first step surface 31a side.
Thus, as illustrated in
