FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the cookware side handle, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view, the left side elevation view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a back elevation view thereof.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 5 and 6 represent portions of the cookware side handle and form no part of the claimed design.
