The broken lines rendered in FIGS. 1-7 of the drawings illustrate portions of the attachment bracket for a stair railing and form no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of the vertical surface and stair railing, in FIG. 8, illustrates the environment of the claimed design and forms no part of the claimed design.
