FIG. 7 is a left elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a rear perspective view thereof, shown in a first state of use; and,

FIG. 10 is a rear perspective view thereof, shown in a second state of use.

The broken lines in the drawings are for the purpose of illustrating both portions of the article and environmental subject matter that form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a terminal block connection device, substantially as shown and described.
