Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image thereof.

The peripheral dashed broken lines depict a display screen or portion thereof, and form no part of the claimed design. The interior broken line ovals define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof. All other broken lines show portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the graphical user interface transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
