The dot-dot-dash broken lines adjacent to the shaded area represent boundaries of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines depicting the remainder of the patterned material for body wear and gear show features that form no part of the claimed design. While the color of the gold elements forms an element of the claimed design, the color of the background material of the body wear and gear forms no portion of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for patterned material for body wear and gear, as shown and described.
