FIG. 5 is a left view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a right view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view wherein the sensor is separated from the inspection chuck; and,

FIG. 10 is a perspective view wherein the sensor is received in the inspection chuck.
