Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing a first image in a sequence showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a second embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing a first image in a sequence showing my new design; and,

FIG. 4 is a second image thereof.

The dashed lines, broken text, and broken graphics illustrate portions of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

In the first embodiment, the appearance of the graphics sequentially transitions from FIG. 1 to FIG. 2. In the second embodiment, the appearance of the graphics sequentially transitions from FIG. 3 to FIG. 4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
