FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the electrical charger;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the electrical charger;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the electrical charger;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of the electrical charger; and,

FIG. 8 is another front perspective view of the electrical charger showing it affixed to an unclaimed mounting board that can be attached to a wall.

The broken lines shown in the drawings are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the electrical charger that form no part of the claimed design.
