The broken lines having consistent dash lengths (dash-dash-dash) represent portions of the firearm with charging handle that form no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines having inconsistent dash lengths (long dash-short dash-long dash) in FIGS. 14 and 21 represent boundaries of the claimed design.
