The broken lines having consistent dash lengths (dash-dash-dash) represent portions of the medical treatment apparatus that form no part of the claimed design.

In FIGS. 1-5, 8-12, and, the broken lines having inconsistent dash lengths (short dash-medium dash-short dash) define boundaries of the claimed design and form no part thereof. Similarly, the line segments in FIGS. 15-19 extending transversely across the electrode array between the portions of the electrode array shown in solid lines and the portions of the electrode array shown in broken lines define boundaries of the claimed design and form no part thereof.

There are symbolic breaks along the lengths of the medical treatment apparatus in FIGS. 1-5, and 8-12. In these figures, the break lines and the open spaces between the break lines indicate indefinite length and form no part of the claimed design.
