Description

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the anastomosis formation device shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the anastomosis formation device shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view of the anastomosis formation device shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view of the anastomosis formation device shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a left-side elevation view of the anastomosis formation device shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a right-side elevation view of the anastomosis formation device shown in FIG. 1.

The portions shown illustrating a thickness of the anastomosis formation device, represented in dashed lines, do not form part of the design.

The anastomosis formation device is shown with a symbolic break in its length, defined by two breakaway lines represented as dot-dash lines. The appearance of any portion of the anastomosis formation device between the breakaway lines forms no part of the design. The breakaway lines also form no part of the claim.
