Description

FIG. 1 is the first image in a sequence for a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface in accordance with a first embodiment.

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof.

FIG. 3 is the third image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is the fourth image thereof.

The outer perimeter broken line shown in the figures represents a display screen or portions thereof and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines in the figures represent portions of an animated graphical user interface that forms no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of a first transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
