The broken-line rectangle illustrates the perimeter of a display screen. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the transitional graphical user interface. The broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-8, 9-16, 17-24, and 25-32, respectively. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen with a transitional graphical user interface as shown and described.
