Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing a first image in a sequence according to our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof showing a second image in the sequence;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of portion 3 shown in FIG. 1, shown separately for completeness of illustration; and,

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of portion 4 shown in FIG. 2, shown separately for completeness of illustration.

The outer peripheral broken lines illustrate a display screen or portion thereof and forms no part of the claimed design.

The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the animated graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The dash-dot broken lines define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof.

The dot-dot-dash broken lines illustrate the boundaries of the enlarged portion and form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2.

The process or period in which one image transitions to another form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface as shown and described.
