Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image of a first embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a fourth image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a fifth image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a sixth image thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a seventh image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front view of a first image of a second embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 9 is a second image thereof;

FIG. 10 is a third image thereof;

FIG. 11 is a fourth image thereof;

FIG. 12 is a fifth image thereof;

FIG. 13 is a sixth image thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a seventh image thereof.

The uneven-length broken lines immediately adjacent to the claimed area are imaginary lines that depict boundaries of the claimed design and form no part thereof. The even-length broken lines showing the remainder of the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface depict environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design. For each embodiment, the appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface transitions between the images in the figures. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface as shown and described.
