Description
The broken lines in the Figures show portions of the electronic device charger which form no part of the claimed design. The shade lines in the Figures show contour and not surface ornamentation.
My electronic device charger design is characterized by rounded structural corners and an electronic device placement seat.

The ornamental design for an electronic device charger, as shown and described.
