FIG. 2 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing a second image thereof.

The dot-dash broken lines illustrate the display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design. The appearance of the graphical user interface of the display screen or portion thereof transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 to 2. The process or period in which the graphical user interface transitions forms no part of the claimed design.
