Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof having an animated graphical user interface showing a first image of the claimed design.

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a fourth image thereof.

FIG. 5 is a fifth image thereof.

FIG. 6 is a sixth image thereof.

FIG. 7 is a seventh image thereof.

FIG. 8 is an eighth image thereof.

FIG. 9 is a ninth image thereof.

FIG. 10 is a tenth image thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is an eleventh image thereof. The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions from FIG. 1 to FIG. 11. The process or period in which a figure transitions to another figure forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost dot-dashed broken lines depict the display screen or portion thereof. Other dot-dashed broken lines within the outermost dot-dashed broken lines depict boundaries of the claim and form no part of the claimed design. The dashed broken lines depict portions of the display screen or portion thereof having a graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof having an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
