FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing a first image in an animated sequence;

FIG. 2 shows a second image in the animated sequence;

FIG. 3 shows a third image in the animated sequence; and,

FIG. 4 shows a fourth image in the animated sequence.

The appearance of the animated sequences of images transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken line illustrates a portion of a display screen while all other broken lines illustrate elements of a graphical user interface and/or representative imagery; all broken lines form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof.
