Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image of the display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface.

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image of the display screen.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image of the display screen; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view of a fourth image of the display screen.

The outermost broken lines depicting an electronic device are included to illustrate environmental subject matter and form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate a display screen and portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of a transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
