Description

This application is related to the following commonly owned co-pending patent application: U.S. application Ser. No. 29/948,641, entitled “Display Screen or Portion Thereof With Graphical User Interface,”.

The sole FIGURE is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface of one embodiment of our new design.

The broken lines showing a display screen and elements of the graphical user interface illustrate portions of the article and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface as shown and described herein.
