FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the ornamental design of another alternative battery housing base, showing said design with shade lines and broken lines.

FIG. 9 is a front elevation view of the design of FIG. 8.

FIG. 10 is a rear elevation view of the design of FIG. 8.

FIG. 11 is a left side elevation view of the design of FIG. 8.

FIG. 12 is a right side elevation view of the design of FIG. 8.

FIG. 13 is a top view of the design of FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 14 is a bottom view of the design of FIG. 8.

The broken lines shown in the drawings show portions of the battery housing base which form no part of the claimed design.

The shade lines in the Figures show contour and not surface ornamentation.

It should be noted that references to relative positions (e.g., “left,” “right,” “front,” “rear”) in this description are merely used to identify various elements as are oriented in the Figures. It should be recognized that the orientation of particular components may vary greatly depending on the application in which they are used.

The ornamental design for a battery housing base, as shown and described.
