Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, showing a first embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, showing a second embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 4 is a front view of a second image in the sequence thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front view of a third image in the sequence thereof.

The outermost broken lines showing the display screen form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines immediately within the outermost broken lines shows a boundary of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines showing portions of the graphical user interface form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in Embodiment 1 (FIGS. 1-2), as well as the images shown in Embodiment 2 (FIGS. 3-5). The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The first and second stipple patterns illustrate contrasts in appearance from each other and the unstippled areas. No claim is made to the specific patterns illustrated in the first and second stipple patterns. The first stipple pattern within the circles shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 5 contrasts in appearance from the unstippled areas, as well as the second stipple pattern that is shown in FIGS. 2 and 5. The second stipple pattern shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 contrasts in appearance from the unstippled areas, as well as the first stipple pattern.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
