The inner rectangular broken line illustrate a display screen or portion thereof. Broken lines outside the rectangle illustrate a device. All broken lines inside the display screen illustrate portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
